10. A treatment method of a marine benthos treatment device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the benthos and the sludge are grabbed from the seabed together by a sludge sampler and are transported into a biological sieve drum;
s2: starting a water suction pump and an oscillator, wherein the oscillator drives the biological sieve barrel to vibrate through an oscillation arm, the water suction pump pumps seawater and sprays the seawater from a first water gun head and a second water gun head, the first water gun head flushes the middle of a sludge bearing area on the bearing plate, part of sludge is flushed away and leaks into a sewage barrel, the other part of sludge is diffused outwards, and the second water gun head flushes the sludge from the bottom of the bearing plate;
s3: after the sludge is removed, the blocking of the sample outlet pipe by the baffle is removed, the benthos in the biological sieve cylinder is flushed into the sample outlet pipe by the handheld flushing gun, and the benthos is collected from the outer end of the sample outlet pipe.
