On the basis of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the roll flattening device further includes a flattening mechanism 13, the flattening mechanism 13 is installed on the support 11, the flattening mechanism 13 is located above the electric winding roll 12, the flattening mechanism 13 includes a sliding frame 131, synchronous motors 132, rotating discs 133, connecting rods 134 and balls 135, the sliding frame 131 is connected to the top of the support 11 in a sliding manner, the synchronous motors 132 are installed on the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the sliding frame 131, the rotating discs 133 are connected to output shafts of the two synchronous motors 132, six connecting rods 134 are connected to the rotating discs 133 at circumferentially uniform intervals, and the balls 135 are connected to one ends, far away from the rotating discs 133, of the six connecting rods 134 in a rotating manner.
When the electric roller 12 rotates to roll chemical fiber cloth, the balls 135 are in contact with the chemical fiber cloth, the synchronous motors 132 on two sides are started to rotate, the synchronous motor 132 on the rear side rotates anticlockwise, the synchronous motor 132 on the front side rotates clockwise, the rotary disc 133 and the connecting rod 134 rotate along with the synchronous motors, the front end and the rear end of the chemical fiber cloth are respectively leveled to the front side and the rear side through the balls 135, wrinkles caused by winding due to deviation to one side during winding of the chemical fiber cloth are avoided, when more and more chemical fiber cloth is wound on the electric roller 12, the chemical fiber cloth gradually pushes the sliding frame 131 to move upwards on the support 11, and the balls 135 are always in contact with the chemical fiber cloth.
As shown in fig. 3 and 11, the pressing device 14 further includes a fixing plate 141, a fixing shaft 142, a sliding shaft 143, and a tension spring 144, the fixing plate 141 is connected to the right side of the drying cabinet 2, the fixing plate 141 is provided with an opening for moving the chemical fiber cloth, the fixing shaft 142 is rotatably mounted on the lower portion of the opening, the sliding shaft 143 is rotatably mounted on the upper portion of the opening, the sliding shaft 143 can slide up and down in the opening, and the tension spring 144 is connected between the sliding shaft 143 and the fixing plate 141.
When the chemical fiber cloth passes through the drying box 2, the sliding shaft 143 is pulled to move upwards, the tensioning spring 144 is stretched, the chemical fiber cloth passes through the space between the fixed shaft 142 and the sliding shaft 143, the sliding shaft 143 is loosened, the sliding shaft 143 is driven to move downwards under the action of the tensioning spring 144, the sliding shaft 143 is matched with the fixed shaft 142 to clamp the chemical fiber cloth, the tension when the electric roller 12 winds the chemical fiber cloth is ensured, and wrinkles caused by looseness of the chemical fiber cloth in the transmission process are avoided.

The chemical fiber spinning dryer capable of preventing wrinkles is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a drying box (2), an insulation can (3), an air guide pipe (4), a frame (6), a drying mechanism (7), a wrinkle preventing mechanism (8), a support (11) and an electric winding roller (12), wherein the support (11) and the drying box (2) are connected to two sides of the top of the rack (1) respectively, the electric winding roller (12) is detachably mounted on the support (11), the insulation can (3) is connected to the top of the drying box (2), the air guide pipe (4) is connected to the side wall of the insulation can (3), the frame (6) is connected to the side wall of the drying box (2) in an embedded mode, one end, far away from the insulation can (3), of the air guide pipe (4) is connected with the frame (6), the drying mechanism (7) is mounted between the drying box (2) and the frame (6), and the wrinkle preventing mechanism (8) is mounted on one side, close to the support (11), of the drying box (2); the drying mechanism (7) comprises a fan (71), an air outlet pipe (72), an air inlet pipe (73), electric heating wires (74) and filter screens (75), the fan (71) is installed on the heat preservation box (3), the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the fan (71) are respectively connected with the air inlet pipe (73) and the air outlet pipe (72), the air inlet pipe (73) is connected with the drying box (2), the air outlet pipe (72) is connected with the heat preservation box (3), the filter screens (75) are installed on two sides of the frame (6), the electric heating wires (74) are installed in the frame (6), and the electric heating wires (74) are located between the two filter screens (75); prevent fold mechanism (8) including adjusting part (81), casing (82), servo motor (86) and first gear (87), adjusting part (81) are installed in drying cabinet (2) and are close to one side of support (11), are equipped with casing (82) of two relative settings on adjusting part (81), all are equipped with the flat subassembly of sweeping that two symmetries set up in every casing (82), the flat subassembly of sweeping is including two transmission shafts (83), a drive belt (84) and a plurality of brush hair (85), and two transmission shafts (83) rotary type are connected on casing (82), and drive belt (84) are around on two transmission shafts (83), and drive belt (84) surface is equipped with a plurality of brush hairs (85), and servo motor (86) are all installed to every casing (82) surface, all are connected with first gear (87) on two transmission shafts (83) that are close to each other in same casing (82), and two first gear (87) mesh mutually, and one of them transmission shaft (83) are connected with servo motor (86).

The chemical fiber spinning dryer capable of preventing wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting assembly (81) comprises a guide rail (811), a bidirectional screw (812), a sliding block (813) and an adjusting handle (814), the guide rail (811) is connected with the outer wall of the drying box (2), the sliding blocks (813) are slidably connected to the upper side and the lower side of the guide rail (811), the two sliding blocks (813) are respectively connected with the two shells (82), the bidirectional screw (812) is rotatably connected to the middle of the guide rail (811), the bidirectional screw (812) penetrates through the two sliding blocks (813), the bidirectional screw (812) is in threaded connection with the sliding block (813), and the adjusting handle (814) is connected to the top end of the bidirectional screw (812).
