本发明公开了一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗,包括前基板玻璃、支撑框、后基板玻璃以及光伏发电组件,所述前基板玻璃与所述后基板玻璃平行设置,所述前基板玻璃通过所述支撑框与所述后基板玻璃连接,且所述支撑框与所述前基板玻璃及所述后基板玻璃的边缘部连接,所述前基板玻璃、所述支撑框及所述后基板玻璃围设形成内腔,所述光伏发电组件安装在所述内腔中。本发明还公开了一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗的制备方法。所述嵌入式光伏百叶窗具有隔音和隔热的功能,同时还可以防止光伏百叶片上落灰,功能更多,同时能够长时间保持较高的发电效率;所述嵌入式光伏百叶窗的制备方法高效便捷。

Description

一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及光伏发电设备相关技术领域,更准确的说涉及一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着新能源技术的发展,对太阳能、风能、地热能、潮汐能的开发越来越多。其中,采用太阳能发电受限制的因素相对较少,如何高效利用太阳能是新能源领域的重要问题。目前,建筑能耗逐年上涨,绿色建筑能够降低建筑能耗,达到环保的目的。光伏百叶窗是绿色建筑中常用的部件,其具有遮阳和发电的双重功能,可以有效利用建筑的外围护结构,无需额外用地,可以提供电能并改善室内温度环境。
现有的光伏百叶窗一般由封装后的光伏百叶片与玻璃窗结合后构成,光伏百叶片上容易落灰后遮挡光辐照,影响光伏百叶窗的发电效率。此外,现有的光伏百叶窗一般不具有隔音和隔热的功能,难以满足使用需求。
综上,本领域需要一种能够减少落灰并具有隔音和隔热功能的光伏百叶窗,以在提高发电效率的同时提高使用体验。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗,具有安装光伏发电组件的内腔,通过内腔阻隔声音和热量,同时防止灰尘,以在提高发电效率的同时实现隔音和隔热功能。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗的制备方法,高效便捷地生产所述嵌入式光伏百叶窗。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗,包括前基板玻璃、支撑框、后基板玻璃以及光伏发电组件,所述前基板玻璃与所述后基板玻璃平行设置,所述前基板玻璃通过所述支撑框与所述后基板玻璃连接,且所述支撑框与所述前基板玻璃及所述后基板玻璃的边缘部连接,所述前基板玻璃、所述支撑框及所述后基板玻璃围设形成内腔,所述光伏发电组件安装在所述内腔中。
优选地,所述光伏组件包括一组支撑件以及与是支撑件可转动连接的若干光伏百叶片,所述支撑件与所述支撑框结合安装。
优选地,所述后基板玻璃朝向所述前基板玻璃的一面上具有隔热薄膜。
优选地,所述隔热薄膜为氧化锡薄膜。
优选地,所述后基板玻璃上具有一个穿透后基板玻璃的充排气孔。
优选地,所述内腔抽真空后充入氩气。
本发明提供一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗的制备方法,包括步骤:
(A)制备光伏百叶片,与支撑件组合安装,并将支撑组件与支撑框结合安装,制成第一模块;
(B)将前基板玻璃作为第二模块;
(C)清洗后基板玻璃,磁控溅射蒸镀氧化锡薄膜形成隔热薄膜,并在后基板玻璃上钻设充排气孔,制成第三模块;
(D)将第二模块、第一模块、第三模块依次排列安装,形成内腔,通过充排气孔对内腔抽真空后充入氩气,并对充排气孔进行密封。
与现有技术相比,本发明公开的一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗及其制备方法的优点在于:所述嵌入式光伏百叶窗具有隔音和隔热的功能,同时还可以防止光伏百叶片上落灰,功能更多,同时能够长时间保持较高的发电效率;所述嵌入式光伏百叶窗的制备方法高效便捷。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本申请一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗包括前基板玻璃11、支撑框12、后基板玻璃13以及光伏发电组件2,前基板玻璃11与后基板玻璃13平行设置,前基板玻璃11通过支撑框12与后基板玻璃13连接,且支撑框12与前基板玻璃11及后基板玻璃13的边缘部连接,前基板玻璃11、支撑框12及后基板玻璃13围设形成内腔10,光伏发电组件2安装在内腔10中。通过内腔10可以实现光伏百叶窗的隔音及隔热功能,光伏组件2安装在内腔10中可以防止灰尘积累,从而保证了光伏组件2的发电效率。
参见图2和图3,光伏组件2包括一组支撑件21以及与支撑件21可转动连接的若干光伏百叶片22,支撑件21与支撑框12结合安装。
后基板玻璃13朝向前基板玻璃11的一面上具有隔热薄膜131,以提高所述嵌入式光伏百叶窗的隔热性能。具体的,隔热薄膜131为氧化锡薄膜。
后基板玻璃13上具有一个穿透后基板玻璃13的充排气孔132,通过充排气孔132对内腔10进行抽真空后充入氩气,提高隔声效果。
如图4所示,本申请一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗的制备方法包括步骤:
(A)制备光伏百叶片,与支撑件组合安装,并将支撑组件与支撑框结合安装,制成第一模块;
(B)将前基板玻璃作为第二模块;
(C)清洗后基板玻璃,磁控溅射蒸镀氧化锡薄膜形成隔热薄膜,并在后基板玻璃上钻设充排气孔,制成第三模块;
(D)将第二模块、第一模块、第三模块依次排列安装,形成内腔,通过充排气孔对内腔抽真空后充入氩气,并对充排气孔进行密封。

1.一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗,其特征在于,包括前基板玻璃、支撑框、后基板玻璃以及光伏发电组件,所述前基板玻璃与所述后基板玻璃平行设置,所述前基板玻璃通过所述支撑框与所述后基板玻璃连接,且所述支撑框与所述前基板玻璃及所述后基板玻璃的边缘部连接,所述前基板玻璃、所述支撑框及所述后基板玻璃围设形成内腔,所述光伏发电组件安装在所述内腔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式光伏百叶窗,其特征在于,所述光伏组件包括一组支撑件以及与是支撑件可转动连接的若干光伏百叶片,所述支撑件与所述支撑框结合安装。
3.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式光伏百叶窗,其特征在于,所述后基板玻璃朝向所述前基板玻璃的一面上具有隔热薄膜。
4.如权利要求3所述的嵌入式光伏百叶窗,其特征在于,所述隔热薄膜为氧化锡薄膜。
5.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式光伏百叶窗,其特征在于,所述后基板玻璃上具有一个穿透后基板玻璃的充排气孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式光伏百叶窗,其特征在于,所述内腔抽真空后充入氩气。
7.一种嵌入式光伏百叶窗的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(A)制备光伏百叶片,与支撑件组合安装,并将支撑组件与支撑框结合安装,制成第一模块;
(B)将前基板玻璃作为第二模块;
(C)清洗后基板玻璃,磁控溅射蒸镀氧化锡薄膜形成隔热薄膜,并在后基板玻璃上钻设充排气孔,制成第三模块;
(D)将第二模块、第一模块、第三模块依次排列安装,形成内腔,通过充排气孔对内腔抽真空后充入氩气,并对充排气孔进行密封。
