The controller can realize two grinding modes of low-speed grinding and high-speed grinding, wherein the rotating speed of the low-speed grinding is 4200rpm, the low-speed grinding is used for rough grinding and 150-diameter grinding wheels, and the rotating speed of the high-speed grinding is 4800rpm, the high-speed grinding is used for fine grinding and 125-diameter grinding wheels.

Claims (10)

1. A multifunctional grinding device, comprising:
a polishing seat (1);
the polishing shaft (87) is rotatably arranged on the polishing seat (1) and used for installing a polishing cutter (92), and the polishing cutter (92) is positioned at the bottom of the polishing seat (1);
the feeding device (8) is mounted on the grinding seat (1), and the feeding device (8) is connected with the grinding shaft (87);
the grinding driving device is connected with the feeding device (8) and is used for driving the grinding shaft (87) to rotate;
the polishing rollers (2) are rotatably arranged at two ends of the polishing seat (1) and are used for abutting against the steel rail (91) to move the polishing seat (1);
the limiting wheels (3) are rotatably mounted at two ends of the polishing seat (1), and the limiting wheels (3) are clamped on a steel rail (91) to roll and enable the polishing device to rotate for polishing angles;
the operating rod (4), the said operating rod (4) is connected with said spacing wheel (3); and
the angle locking device (5), the angle locking device (5) respectively with polish seat (1) with action bars (4) are connected for the adjustment and lock grinding device's angle of polishing.
2. A multifunctional sharpening device according to claim 1, characterized in that said angle locking means (5) comprise:
the angle adjusting rod (57), the angle adjusting rod (57) is fixed on the operating rod (4);
the locking seat (51), the locking seat (51) is arranged on the polishing seat (1);
the locking handle (52), the locking handle (52) is connected with the locking seat (51) through threads; and
the movable clamp plate (53), movable clamp plate (53) are located one side of locking seat (51), the one end of locking handle (52) with movable clamp plate (53) rotate to be connected, angle adjusting rod (57) activity is inserted movable clamp plate (53) with between locking seat (51), locking handle (52) are used for passing through movable clamp plate (53) will angle adjusting rod (57) compress tightly on locking seat (51).
3. A multifunctional sharpening device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a balancing device (6), said balancing device (6) comprising:
the balance rod (62), one end of the balance rod (62) is fixed on the operating rod (4); and
a balance roller (61), the balance roller (61) is rotatably mounted at the other end of the balance bar (62) and is used for rolling on the other steel rail (91).
4. A multifunctional sharpening device according to claim 1, characterized in that said limiting wheel (3) comprises:
the limiting shaft (33), the limiting shaft (33) is rotatably installed on the polishing seat (1);
the outer catch wheel (31), the said outer catch wheel (31) is installed on one end of the said spacing axle (33) rotatably; and
the inner catch wheel (32) is rotatably arranged at the other end of the limiting shaft (33), the diameter of the outer catch wheel (31) is larger than that of the inner catch wheel (32), and the inner catch wheel (32) is positioned on the inner side of a steel rail (91) on the track.
5. A multifunctional sharpening device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a pulsator device (7), said pulsator device (7) comprising:
the impeller seats (71), the impeller seats (71) are fixed at two ends of the polishing seat (1); and
the wave roller (72) is rotatably arranged on the wave wheel seat (71), and a plurality of wave rollers (72) are arranged.
6. A multifunctional sharpening device according to claim 1, characterized in that said feeding means (8) comprise:
the polishing barrel is arranged on the polishing seat (1);
a feed drive mounted on the grinding drum;
the lifting transmission device is arranged on the grinding cylinder and is connected with the feeding driving device;
the lifting sleeve (861) is rotatably mounted on the polishing barrel, the polishing shaft (87) is movably inserted into the lifting sleeve (861) and is connected with the lifting transmission device, and a polishing disc (871) for mounting a polishing cutter (92) is arranged at the end part of the polishing shaft (87); and
a transmission key arranged between the grinding shaft (87) and the lifting sleeve (861) and used for enabling the grinding shaft (87) to rotate along with the lifting sleeve (861);
the feeding driving device is used for driving the grinding shaft (87) to lift through the lifting transmission device.
7. A multi-function sharpening device according to claim 6, wherein said feed drive means comprises:
the feed shaft (821), the feed shaft (821) is installed on the top of the grinding barrel in a rotating mode, and a feed threaded rod (8211) is arranged on the feed shaft (821);
the feeding sleeve (83), the feeding sleeve (83) is installed on the feeding threaded rod (8211) and is connected with the lifting transmission device;
a feed motor (843), the feed motor (843) being mounted on the sanding cartridge;
a second belt drive connected to the feed motor (843) and the feed shaft (821), respectively; and
a feed handle (845), the feed handle (845) being coupled to the feed shaft (821).
8. A multi-function sharpening device as defined in claim 6, wherein said lifting transmission comprises:
the lifting cylinder (851) is installed on the grinding cylinder;
the lifting seat (852) is slidably installed in the lifting cylinder (851) and is connected with the feeding device (8); and
the lifting bearing (853), lifting bearing (853) install on lift seat (852), and with polish axle (87) be connected.
9. The multi-function sharpening device of claim 6, wherein said sharpening drive comprises:
a first belt drive connected to the lifting sleeve (861); and
rotating electrical machines (893), rotating electrical machines (893) are installed polish on seat (1), rotating electrical machines (893) with first area transmission is connected, be used for through first area transmission drives lifting sleeve (861) with polish axle (87) rotation.
10. A multi-function sharpening device as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising: a power supply device, the power supply device comprising:
