wherein, the smell removing agent comprises the following components: the deodorant comprises ethylenediamine solution, water, sodium bisulfite, plant essential oil and a deodorant, and is prepared by the following method: adding ethylenediamine solution, water and sodium bisulfite into a container, stirring for 15min, adding plant essential oil, stirring again for 15min, and adding into a sealed container;
s2, preparing a skin surface treating agent: 80 parts of film-forming resin, 30 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 15 parts of compatilizer, 9 parts of curing agent and 10 parts of carrier brightener sodium benzoate;
wherein, the main components of the compatilizer are as follows: polyphenylene oxide and maleic anhydride, wherein the volume ratio of the polyphenylene oxide to the maleic anhydride is 100; the curing agent comprises the following main components: diethylenetriamine;
s3, adding the film-forming resin, the polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether, the compatilizer and the sodium benzoate serving as the carrier brightening agent in the step S2 into a container, heating to be completely molten, stirring for 10 minutes, then adding the curing agent, and continuing stirring for 6 minutes to obtain a skin surface treating agent for later use;

In this embodiment: the drying temperature of the fan is 45 ℃, and the stirring speed is 300r/min.

In the comparative example, when the fabric is treated, the obtained semi-finished fabric obviously has certain peculiar smell and is higher in hardness, certain crease can exist in the production of a finished product, and the glossiness of the outer surface of the fabric is not ideal as in the embodiment.

s1, preparing a flexible composite layer: adding deer skin fabric into water containing a deodorant for cleaning, heating the water to 30-40 ℃, soaking for 15-25 minutes, taking out the deer skin fabric, washing the deer skin fabric with 25-35 ℃ water for 10-15 minutes, drying the cleaned deer skin fabric by a fan, cutting the deer skin fabric into 30-80cm long, polishing the cut edge for flattening for later use, adding fatty acid sulfate and resin into deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding the later deer skin fabric for treatment for 20-30min, taking out the deer skin fabric, and drying to obtain a flexible composite layer;
s2, preparing a skin surface treating agent: 50-80 parts of film-forming resin, 10-30 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5-15 parts of compatilizer, 3-9 parts of curing agent and 4-10 parts of carrier brightener sodium benzoate;
s3, adding the film-forming resin, the polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether, the compatilizer and the sodium benzoate serving as the carrier brightening agent in the step S2 into a container, heating to be completely molten, stirring for 5-10 minutes, then adding the curing agent, and continuously stirring for 3-6 minutes to obtain a skin surface treating agent for later use;
s4, the flexible composite layer prepared in the step S1 is flatly laid on a processing table, then the skin surface treating agent prepared in the step S3 is uniformly sprayed on the outer surface of the flexible composite layer, and the skin surface treating agent is subjected to uniform air drying treatment.

The production process of the environment-friendly super-soft artificial leather fabric according to claim 1, wherein the deodorant comprises the following components: the deodorant comprises ethylenediamine solution, water, sodium bisulfite and plant essential oil, and is prepared by the following steps: adding ethylenediamine solution, water and sodium bisulfite into container, stirring for 5-15min, adding plant essential oil, stirring for 5-15min, and adding into sealed container.

The production process of the environment-friendly super-soft artificial leather fabric according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the compatilizer mainly comprises the following components: polyphenylene oxide and maleic anhydride, wherein the volume ratio of the polyphenylene oxide to the maleic anhydride is 100.

The production process of the environment-friendly super-soft artificial leather fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the leather surface treating agent comprises: 60-70 parts of film-forming resin, 15-25 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 7-10 parts of compatilizer, 5-8 parts of curing agent and 5-9 parts of carrier brightener sodium benzoate.

The production process of the environment-friendly super-soft artificial leather fabric according to claim 4, characterized in that the leather surface treating agent comprises: 50 parts of film-forming resin, 10 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5 parts of compatilizer, 3 parts of curing agent and 4 parts of carrier brightener sodium benzoate.

The production process of the environment-friendly super-soft artificial leather fabric according to claim 4, wherein in the leather surface treatment agent: the skin surface treating agent comprises: 80 parts of film-forming resin, 30 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 15 parts of compatilizer, 9 parts of curing agent and 10 parts of carrier brightener sodium benzoate.
7. The production process of the environment-friendly super-soft artificial leather fabric according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent mainly comprises the following components: diethylenetriamine.
