Abstract
The application provides a paper hose, includes: a bottle cap, a front section pipe body, a rear section pipe body and a binding ring; the paper hose is completely made of environment-friendly materials, and replaces the traditional plastic or aluminum hose, wherein the bottle cap, the front section pipe body and the binding ring are made of plant materials which mainly comprise bamboo powder and can be naturally decomposed, the bottle cap can be connected with one pipe body of the front section pipe body, the rear section pipe body is made of waterproof paper, the head end of the rear section pipe body can be connected with the front section pipe body, and the front section pipe body and the bottle cap are used for sealing the head end of the rear section pipe body together to form a complete and sealed paper hose; paper hoses of the present application are suitable for containing materials including, but not limited to, for example: toothpaste, engine oil, viscose, facial cleanser and other substances or commodities.

and the binding ring is made of plant materials and can be embedded into the annular groove of the connecting section of the front section pipe body so as to tightly press the head end of the rear section pipe body in the annular groove.
In a preferred embodiment of the paper hose of the present invention, the cap, the front tube and the collar are made of the plant material mixed by bamboo powder and naturally decomposable plastic by molding.
Wherein the naturally degradable plastic is polylactic acid (PLA).
The end plate of the connecting section is a plane which extends in the outward radiation direction by taking the circle center of the pipe body as a center point, and the shape of the end plate comprises a circle and an ellipse.
As a preferred embodiment of the paper hose of the present application, the rear tube has a two-layer structure, wherein the inner layer of the two-layer structure is a waterproof layer made of waterproof material, and the outer layer of the two-layer structure is made of fiber paper.
Wherein the waterproof material for manufacturing the inner layer structure is a polylactic acid film (PLA film).
As a preferred embodiment of the paper hose of the present application, the head end of the rear tube is bonded to the annular groove of the connection section of the front tube by the inner layer structure to form a sealing state.
As a preferred embodiment of the paper hose of the present application, the collar is formed by a first collar and a second collar which are annularly formed together, and the shape of the annular groove of the connecting section of the collar and the front section tube is identical.
The paper hose has the advantages and effects that the paper hose is completely made of environment-friendly materials, replaces the conventional hose made of plastics (such as PP and PE which cannot be biologically or naturally decomposed) or aluminum tubes, and is simple in structure.

Detailed Description
The positional relationship described in the following embodiments includes: top, bottom, left and right, unless otherwise indicated, are based on the direction in which elements in the drawings are depicted.
Referring first to fig. 1 and 2, there are shown an exploded view and an external view of the paper tube of the present application. The construction of one embodiment of the paper hose of the present application includes: a bottle cap 10, a front tube 20, a rear tube 30 and a collar 40.
In which a bottle cap 10 is made of vegetable material and has a first thread 11 (see fig. 3) on the inside.
The front tube 20 is made of plant material, the structure of the front tube 20 includes a tube 21 and a connection section 22 that are inseparable as a whole, the tube 21 is a hollow tubular component with two open ends, the outer side of the tube 21 has a second thread 23 for screw connection with the first thread 11, the connection section 22 is connected to the end of the tube 21, the connection section 22 includes an end plate 221 and a ring portion 222, the ring portion 222 is located on the other side of the end plate 221 relative to the tube 21, and the outer side of the ring portion 222 has a ring groove 24 recessed towards the center. In an embodiment of the present application, the end plate 221 of the front section tube 20 is a plane substantially extending in the outward radial direction with the center of the tube 21 as the center point, and the end plate 221 may be substantially circular or elliptical.
The rear tube 30 is a hollow tube made of waterproof paper, wherein the rear tube 30 is made of waterproof paper and is wound into a hollow tube, and the seam of the tube is connected by adhesive (using natural degradable adhesive) or by heat sealing, high frequency bonding or ultrasonic bonding, the head end of the rear tube 30 can be connected with the connecting section 22 of the front tube 20, in other words, the head end of the rear tube 30 has an opening 31 for inserting and connecting the connecting section 22 of the front tube 20, and the tail end 34 of the rear tube 30 is sealed, wherein one embodiment is made by heat clamping, high frequency sealing or ultrasonic sealing. Referring to fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the structure of the rear-end tube 30, the rear-end tube 30 has a two-layer structure, wherein an inner layer 32 of the two-layer structure is made of waterproof material as a waterproof layer, and an outer layer 33 is made of fiber paper; the waterproof material is a PLA film, the PLA is also called polylactic Acid (Poly Lactic Acid), the ductility and the flexibility of the PLA film are certain, and the heat sealing performance is more excellent; in one embodiment of the present application, the head end of the rear tube 30 is bonded to the annular groove 24 of the connecting section 22 of the front tube 20 by the inner layer 32 to form a sealed state.
The collar 40 is made of plant material, and the collar 40 can be inserted into the annular groove 24 of the connecting section 22 of the front section tube 20 to tightly press the head end of the rear section tube 30 against the annular groove 24. As a preferred embodiment of the paper hose of the present application, wherein the ring 40 is composed of a first bundle 41 and a second bundle 42 which can be combined together to form a ring, the first bundle 41 and the second bundle 42 can be bonded together by using an adhesive, and the ring 40 and the annular groove 24 of the connecting section 22 of the front section tube 20 are formed in the same shape.
The front tube 20 and the cap 10 are used together to close the head end of the rear tube 30 to form a complete and sealed paper hose, which is suitable for containing, but not limited to: toothpaste, engine oil, viscose, facial cleanser and other substances or commodities.
One embodiment of making the bottle cap 10, the front tube 20 and the collar 40 from plant materials is to mix bamboo powder with a naturally decomposable plastic (such as PLA) or a plant resin, and then mold the mixture to make the bottle cap 10, the front tube 20 and the collar 40.

Claims (9)
1. A paper hose, comprising:
the bottle cap is made of plant materials, and the inner side of the bottle cap is provided with a first thread;
the connecting section is connected to the tail end of the pipe body and comprises an end plate and an annular part, the annular part is positioned on the other side of the end plate relative to the pipe body, and an annular groove which is sunken towards the center is formed in the outer side of the annular part;
the rear section pipe body is a hollow tubular component made of waterproof paper, the head end of the rear section pipe body can be connected with the connecting section of the front section pipe body, and the tail end of the rear section pipe body is closed; and
a binding ring made of plant material, which can be embedded into the annular groove of the connecting section of the front section pipe body to tightly press the head end of the rear section pipe body to the annular groove.
2. The paper hose of claim 1, wherein the cap, the front tube and the collar are made of a plant material mixed by bamboo powder and a naturally degradable plastic by molding.
3. The paper hose of claim 2, wherein the naturally degradable plastic is polylactic acid.
4. The paper hose of claim 1, wherein the end plate of the connecting section is a flat surface extending radially outward from a center point of the tube, the end plate having a shape including a circle and an ellipse.
5. The paper hose according to claim 1, wherein the rear tube has a two-layer structure, wherein an inner layer of the two-layer structure is a waterproof layer made of waterproof material, and an outer layer of the two-layer structure is made of fiber paper.
6. The paper hose of claim 5, wherein the water-resistant material of the inner layer is a polylactic acid film.
7. The paper hose of claim 6, wherein the head end of the rear tube is bonded to the annular groove of the connecting section of the front tube by the inner layer structure to form a sealed state.
8. The paper hose of claim 1 wherein the collar is formed from a first collar and a second collar that are annularly arranged together, and wherein the collar conforms to the annular groove of the connecting section of the forward tube body.
9. The paper hose of claim 8, wherein the first and second strands are butt bonded with an adhesive.
