(2) When the monitoring display screen 4 does not need to be cleaned, the bristles 509 are placed in the placing cavity under the action of the rotating motor 516, so that the influence of dust is reduced, when more dust is in the air, the water spraying head 505 faces to the front upper part of the monitoring display screen 4 through the operation of the rotating motor 516, at the moment, the water pump 513 operates, so that the water in the water accumulating tank 711 is pumped out through the water inlet pipe 515 and reaches the supporting pipe 501 on the right side through the water outlet pipe 514, and then is sprayed out through the water spraying head 505 along with entering the connecting pipe 502 on the right side, at the moment, the water is sprayed to the high altitude and then falls, so that dust falling treatment can be carried out on the dust in the air, the phenomenon that the observation of the monitoring display screen 4 is influenced by excessive dust is avoided, when the water spraying head 505 faces to the front upper part of the monitoring display screen 4, the air spraying head 504 just faces to the direction of the monitoring display screen 4, at this moment, the air flow can pass through the operation of the fan 511, the air flow enters the left support pipe 501 along the air pipe 512, the air flow is further influenced by the guide plate, the air flow enters the exhaust pipe 503 through the guide hole, and is sprayed out through the air nozzle 504, when there are multi-strand air nozzle 504 sprayed air flows on the front side of the monitoring display screen 4, the raised dust is not easy to contact with the monitoring display screen 4, the excessive dust is prevented from being accumulated on the monitoring display screen 4, when the output shaft of the rotating motor 516 rotates forwards, the lifting rope 506 is in an unreeling state at this moment, the lifting plate 508 cannot be influenced by the rotation of the lifting plate, therefore, the self-cleaning of the monitoring display screen 4 is realized, the dust falling treatment can be carried out on the front side of the lifting rope, the watching of a watcher can conveniently watch the environment monitoring data, and the accumulated amount of the dust is reduced.
