In other embodiments, fixed shielding plates may be disposed on the upper and lower sides of the rear side of the supporting plate to shield the inner surfaces of the upper and lower sides of the chassis.
Two limiting rods 34 are arranged on the back side surface of the supporting plate 31 one above the other, and the two limiting rods 34 are both positioned below the supporting rod 32. The limiting rod is used for limiting the rotation angle of the supporting rod.
The spraying manipulator 4, the first operation unit and the second operation unit are electrically connected with the processor, a worker is required to be arranged at the feeding and discharging station to manually install the non-sprayed case on the tool and take down the sprayed case, the action of the spraying manipulator 4 is controlled by the processor, the spraying manipulator performs spraying according to a preset route, and the spraying time is fixed.
When the automatic exchange spraying system is in a starting stage, a worker installs a non-sprayed case on a tool at a feeding and discharging station, then clicks a first operation unit, and after receiving a signal of the first operation unit, a processor controls a tool rotary table 2 to rotate 180 degrees and starts a spraying manipulator 4 to spray, and then the automatic exchange spraying system enters a cycle working stage.
In the cycle working stage, a worker installs the next non-sprayed case on the rotating tool (or installs the non-sprayed case on the rotating tool after taking the sprayed case on the rotating tool down), the first operation unit is clicked in the same way after the installation is finished, after the spraying of the spraying manipulator 4 is finished, the signal of the completion of the operation is sent to the processor, the processor controls the tool rotary table 2 to rotate 180 degrees and starts the spraying manipulator 4 only after receiving the signal of the completion of the operation of the spraying manipulator 4 and the signal of the first operation unit at the same time, and the cycle spraying can be realized by repeated operation.
The spraying manipulator is at the spraying station spraying on one side, and the workman gets the cyclic operation of piece and pendant in step at unloading station from top to bottom, can provide spraying efficiency greatly, simultaneously because the unloading station of going up does not involve the spraying operation, consequently the workman can not receive the interference of coating, and the spraying station can set up tail gas processing apparatus alone.
The second operation unit is mainly used for manual control of the spraying manipulator 4, and when a worker observes that spraying is abnormal, the worker can click the second operation unit to make the spraying manipulator suddenly stop.
The rotary platform 1 is provided with a cross frame 5, the two tooling rotary tables 2 are respectively arranged at two ends of the cross frame 5, each tooling rotary table is provided with a tooling fixture, and the tooling fixtures are detachably arranged on the tooling fixtures.
