When the basket 110 is lifted upwards and the downward force on the pressure bearing block 183 is removed, the third elastic member 185 supports the pressure bearing block 183 to move upwards, and the screw cap 181 rotates in the opposite direction together with the driving gear 173, thereby driving the driven gear 175 to rotate in the opposite direction. The principle of the screw assembly is the same as that of the conventional hand-propelled flying saucer and is not described in detail herein.
The side wall of the disinfection chamber 101 is provided with a U-shaped avoiding groove 105, the central part of the guide plate 176 is rotatably connected with the side wall of the U-shaped avoiding groove 105, namely, rotating shafts are fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vertical central position of the guide plate 176, and the rotating shafts on the two sides of the guide plate 176 are rotatably connected with the two opposite side walls of the U-shaped avoiding groove 105, so that the guide plate 176 can swing left and right in the U-shaped avoiding groove 105 around the rotating shafts.
A driving lever 187 is rotatably coupled to an upper end of the guide plate 176, and the upper end of the guide plate 176 and a non-central position of the top surface or the bottom surface of the driven gear 175 are coupled by the driving lever 187, that is, the driving lever 187 is coupled to an edge position of the driven gear 175, as shown in fig. 5. Normally, the guide plate 176 is parallel to the side wall of the sterilizing compartment 101, and when the driven gear 175 rotates, the guide plate 176 is continuously inclined, and the upper end of the guide plate 176 moves in a direction approaching the basket 110. When the basket 110 is installed in place in the sterilization chamber 101, the guide plate 176 reaches the maximum inclination degree, and at this time, the operator can control the docking head 123 to move towards the second connection assembly 140 by operating the control member 111 until the right end of the docking head 123 abuts against the second connection assembly 140, and at this time, part of the docking head 123 and the second connection assembly 140 clamp the lower end of the guide plate 176. The butt joint 123 is provided with a first passage penetrating both ends thereof for conveying gas. Preferably, the top end of the docking head 123, the guide plate 176 and the portion of the second connecting member 140 that contacts each other are attached to each other, thereby increasing the tightness between the three. Due to the contact between the top end of part of the docking head 123 and the guiding plate 176 and the tension of the third elastic element 185, when the basket 110 moves upward, the guiding plate 176 gradually returns to the original position, i.e. the lower end of the guiding plate 176 continuously pushes the docking head 123 leftward, so that the docking head 123 is forced to retract toward the inside of the fixing base 121 until the original position is restored, and the guiding plate 176 pushes the docking head 123.
Referring to fig. 6, the second connecting assembly 140 includes a docking seat 141, one end of the docking seat 141 penetrates through the sidewall of the sterilization chamber 101, a peripheral wall of the docking seat 141 is connected to the sidewall of the sterilization chamber 101, one end of the docking seat 141 located outside the sterilization chamber 101 is connected to the conveying assembly 130, a notch 143 is formed in a peripheral wall of the other end of the docking seat 141, when the guide plate 176 is tilted, a lower end of the guide plate can be located in the notch 143, and one end of the docking seat 141 having the notch can be abutted to the docking head 123. The docking seat 141 is provided with a second channel penetrating through two ends thereof, after the docking head 123 is docked with the docking seat 141, the first channel is hermetically connected with the second channel, and the conveying assembly 130 can convey the clean gas into the basket 110, so as to act on the medical apparatus.
Referring to fig. 2, the delivering assembly 130 includes a third driving device 131 and a spraying assembly 133, an output end of the third driving device 131 is connected to the spraying assembly 133 through a first pipe 132, the spraying assembly 133 is installed inside the sterilizing chamber 101, the third driving device 131 is installed outside the sterilizing chamber 101, in this embodiment, the third driving device 131 is installed inside the installing chamber, and the third driving device 131 is an air pump. The spraying assembly 133 comprises at least one air outlet pipe 135 and a mounting seat 137, the air outlet pipe 135 is of a shuttle-shaped structure, one end of the air outlet pipe is arranged in a closed mode, the other end of the air outlet pipe is arranged in an open mode, a plurality of first exhaust holes 138 are formed in the top of the air outlet pipe 135, a plurality of second exhaust holes 139 are formed in the side ridge of one side of the air outlet pipe 135, a flow guide channel is formed in the air outlet pipe 135, and the first exhaust holes 138 and the second exhaust holes 139 are communicated with the flow guide channel. The air outlet pipe 135 is installed on the installation seat 137, and an air delivery channel is arranged in the installation seat 137 and communicated with the flow guide channel. One end of the first pipe 132 penetrates through the side wall of the mounting seat 137 and is connected with the side wall of the mounting seat 137, and the clean gas passes through the first pipe 132, the air delivery channel and the flow guide channel in sequence and is finally shunted and ejected out of the first exhaust hole 138 and the second exhaust hole 139. The clean gas is sprayed out through the first exhaust hole 138 and acts on the medical instrument to move, dry or cool the medical instrument; the clean gas is ejected through the second exhaust hole 139 to form a reverse thrust force to the air outlet pipe 135, so that the air outlet pipe 135 is pushed to rotate by taking the mounting seat 137 as a center, and the area of the clean gas ejected through the first exhaust hole 138 acting on the medical instrument is increased.
Referring again to fig. 1, the cooling assembly 150 includes a second pipe 151, and one end of the second pipe 151 is connected to the upper end of the sterilizing chamber 101, and the height of the connection is higher than the water level in the sterilizing chamber 101. The second duct 151 is provided with a refrigerating member 153, a receiving box 155, and a first driving device 157 in sequence. In the disinfection stage, the water vapor generated in the disinfection chamber 101 is sucked into the refrigerating member 153 under the action of the first driving device 157, the refrigerating member 153 can refrigerate the water vapor rapidly to liquefy the water vapor, and the liquefied water flows into the containing box 155 to be stored, so that the centralized treatment is facilitated. The refrigeration component 150 can quickly cool the water vapor, and avoid burning when the human body contacts with the water vapor. In the present embodiment, the first driving device 157 is an air pump, and the cooling member 153 is a conventional cooling plate, which will not be described in detail herein. Preferably, the cooling member 153 further includes a second driving device 159, the first pipe 132 is further provided with a heat exchange member, the holding box 155 is connected to an input end of the heat exchange member through the second driving device 159, and an output end of the heat exchange member is provided with a waste water collecting member.
