Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that they are presented herein only to illustrate and explain the present invention and not to limit the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a medical instrument sterilization system for remote sterilization, as shown in fig. 1, including:
the medical instrument disinfection equipment is distributed at a plurality of preset positions in the medical institution;
the background server is in communication connection with the plurality of medical instrument disinfecting devices;
wherein the background server performs the following operations:
acquiring an instrument image of a target medical instrument to be placed into the medical instrument disinfecting device by a user;
determining a suitable disinfection scheme based on the instrument image and a preset disinfection scheme library;
and after the target medical instrument is put into the medical instrument box, controlling the medical instrument disinfection equipment to disinfect based on the proper disinfection scheme.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the preset position can be set according to the medical instrument disinfection requirement in the medical institution, for example: a certain position in the medical instrument disinfection room, a certain position in the disinfection room in the operating room and the like. The background server is connected with medical instrument disinfecting equipment communication [ Wifi and 4G/5G, etc. ], and the background server can remotely control the disinfection of the medical instrument disinfecting equipment, so that the Internet of things and remote disinfection are realized. The user is a person in a medical facility performing an instrument sterilization operation. When the user is about to place the target medical instrument into the medical instrument sterilization apparatus, an instrument image is acquired. An instrument type may be determined based on the instrument image. The preset disinfection scheme library has disinfection schemes (disinfection temperature, temperature holding time and the like) corresponding to different instrument types. Based on the instrument image and a pre-set disinfection protocol library, an appropriate disinfection protocol is determined. And controlling the medical instrument disinfection equipment to disinfect based on a proper disinfection scheme.
This application self-adaptation is confirmed to put into the disinfection scheme that medical instrument in the medical instrument disinfecting equipment is suitable to go on corresponding disinfection control, need not the user and sets for the disinfection procedure according to the medical instrument type of the medical instrument of treating disinfection, promoted the convenience, more promoted the suitability of disinfection control, avoid the user to set for the disinfection procedure artifical probably to have the disinfection procedure to set for the unreasonable condition emergence and cause the disinfection not thoroughly etc..
In one embodiment, the background server acquires an instrument image of a target medical instrument to be placed in the medical instrument disinfecting device by a user, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an instrument image of a target medical instrument to be put into the medical instrument disinfecting equipment by a user through first image acquisition equipment arranged beside a medical instrument putting-in port on the medical instrument disinfecting equipment;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
acquiring an instrument image of a target medical instrument to be placed into the medical instrument disinfecting equipment by a user through second image acquisition equipment arranged in an internal scene of a mechanism where the medical instrument disinfecting equipment is located.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
there are two ways for acquiring an instrument image of a target medical instrument to be placed in the medical instrument disinfecting apparatus by a user: 1. a first image acquisition device (a camera and the like) is arranged beside a medical instrument placing opening on the medical instrument disinfection device to acquire, and when a user places a target medical instrument into the medical instrument placing opening, the first image acquisition device can shoot the target medical instrument. 2. The internal scenario of the facility where the medical instrument disinfection device is located [ for example: operating room disinfection booth) will be provided with a second image acquisition device for monitoring, through which acquisition takes place. Two modes are introduced to acquire the instrument image of the target medical instrument to be placed into the medical instrument disinfection equipment by the user, so that the applicability of the system is improved, and the existing monitoring resources in the medical institution are fully utilized.
In one embodiment, the method for acquiring, by the background server, the instrument image of the target medical instrument to be placed into the medical instrument disinfecting apparatus by the user through the second image capturing device disposed in the internal scene of the mechanism in which the medical instrument disinfecting apparatus is located includes:
acquiring a hand area image of a user holding a medical instrument in an internal scene of the mechanism through the second image acquisition equipment;
determining hand movement information of the user based on the hand region image;
acquiring the position of an entrance of the medical instrument disinfection equipment;
determining whether the user is about to place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfecting device based on the hand movement information and the placement opening position;
if so, taking the corresponding medical instrument as a target medical instrument;
an instrument image of the target medical instrument is extracted from the hand region image.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
medical instrument disinfecting equipment is more than some medical instrument storage facilities [ for example: shelving, etc.) a user may not be ready to place a medical instrument in a medical instrument sterilization device by holding the medical instrument in his or her hand, for example: the medical instrument storage facility is used for arranging the medical instruments and the like. Therefore, when the instrument image is acquired by the second image capturing device, it is necessary to predict whether or not the user has an intention to place the medical instrument in hand in the medical instrument sterilizing apparatus, unlike when the first image capturing device is acquired in close proximity.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a hand area image (the image comprises a hand and a held medical instrument) of a user holding the medical instrument in a scene inside a mechanism based on an image recognition technology through second image acquisition equipment. Determining hand movement information based on the hand region image, the hand movement information including: the movement position at different moments [ can be determined based on the hand position in the hand region image ] and the movement direction [ can be determined based on the direction of the change in position of the hand position in the two consecutive frames of hand region images ]. And determining whether a user is about to put the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfecting equipment or not based on the hand movement information and the putting-in position of the medical instrument disinfecting equipment, and if so, extracting an instrument image of the target medical instrument from the image. The applicability of acquiring the instrument image by using the existing second image acquisition equipment in the internal scene of the mechanism is improved, the device is particularly suitable for the scene where medical instrument disinfection equipment and medical instrument storage facilities are arranged in parallel, and the error acquisition of the instrument image is avoided.
In one embodiment, the backend server determines whether the user is about to place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfecting device based on the hand movement information and the placement opening position, including:
extracting a hand starting movement position and a hand starting movement direction from the hand movement information;
acquiring a relative position relation between the hand starting moving position and the placing-in position;
predicting hand treatment movement information which should be generated if the user puts the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfecting device based on the relative position relation and the hand starting movement direction;
performing information matching on the hand movement information and the hand principle movement information to obtain information matching degree;
and if the information matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset information matching degree threshold value, determining that the user can place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfection equipment.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the hand start movement position and the hand start movement direction are the movement position and the movement direction at the time when the user starts moving the hand. Predicting hand treatment movement information which is generated if a user puts medical instruments into the medical instrument disinfection equipment based on the relative position relation between the hand starting movement position and the entry position, wherein the hand treatment movement information comprises: the predicted movement position and movement direction at different times that the user should generate. For example: as shown in fig. 2, a is a hand starting movement position, B is a hand starting movement direction, and C is a placing position, so that a movement locus D which should be generated by a user when the user places a medical instrument into the medical instrument sterilizing apparatus can be predicted, and the movement position and the movement direction at different moments which should be generated by the user can be determined based on the movement locus D. And performing information matching on the hand movement information and the hand principle movement information to acquire information matching degree. If the user is about to place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfecting equipment, the information matching degree of the hand movement information actually generated by the user and the hand movement information is enough, and therefore if the information matching degree is larger than or equal to the preset information matching degree threshold value, it is determined that the user is about to place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfecting equipment. Hand treatment mobile information is introduced, whether a user is about to place medical equipment into the medical equipment disinfection equipment or not is determined based on the information matching degree of the hand treatment mobile information and the hand treatment mobile information, and the accuracy and the advance of determination are improved.
In one embodiment, the backend server determines whether the user is about to place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfecting device based on the hand movement information and the placement opening position, including:
extracting a hand last movement position and a hand last movement direction from the hand movement information;
acquiring a linear distance between the last moving position of the hand part and the placing position;
acquiring a direction included angle between the last moving direction of the hand part and a linear direction from the last moving position of the hand part to the position of the placing opening;
and if the linear distance is less than or equal to a preset linear distance threshold value and the direction included angle is less than or equal to a preset vector included angle threshold value, determining whether the user can place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfection equipment.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the hand last movement position and the hand last movement direction are based on the movement position and the movement direction at the time of the user's hand last movement that can be determined by the hand region image. If the user puts the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfection equipment, the linear distance between the last moving position of the hand and the placing position of the hand is small enough, and the angle of the linear distance is aligned with the placing position of the hand, so that if the linear distance is smaller than or equal to a preset linear distance threshold value and the direction included angle is smaller than or equal to a preset vector included angle threshold value, whether the user is about to put the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfection equipment or not is determined. The linear distance and the direction included angle are introduced to comprehensively determine whether the user is about to place the medical instrument into the medical instrument disinfection equipment, so that the accuracy and the reasonability of placing determination are improved.
In one embodiment, the backend server determines an appropriate disinfection protocol based on the instrument image and a preset disinfection protocol library, including:
determining an instrument type of the target medical instrument based on the instrument image;
determining a disinfection scheme corresponding to the instrument type from the disinfection scheme library, and using the disinfection scheme as a proper disinfection scheme;
wherein, the background server also executes the following operations:
determining a placement requirement corresponding to the type of the instrument from a preset placement requirement library;
and controlling the medical instrument disinfection equipment to remind the user of the placement requirement based on the placement requirement.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
an instrument type may be determined based on the instrument image [ implemented based on image recognition techniques ]. Determine a sterilization protocol corresponding to the instrument type from a sterilization protocol library [ for example: the type of instrument is a nail extractor, and the sterilization protocol is sterilization duration 15 minutes ] and is taken as a suitable sterilization protocol. The determination efficiency of the determination of the appropriate disinfection scheme is improved. The preset placement requirement library has placement requirements corresponding to different instrument types [ for example: the type of the instrument is a disinfection bag, and the placing requirement is that the instruments cannot be stacked. The method comprises the steps of determining a placement requirement corresponding to the type of an instrument from a preset placement requirement library, and controlling medical instrument disinfection equipment to perform placement requirement reminding on a user based on the placement requirement [ for example: voice broadcast 'disinfection bag can not pile up and put' ]. The situation that the medical instruments are placed reasonably in the medical instrument disinfection equipment to cause incomplete disinfection is avoided for a user.
In one embodiment, the background server further performs the following operations:
acquiring a plurality of medical instrument disinfection requirements from a big data platform;
acquiring institution configuration information of the medical institution;
pre-screening the medical instrument disinfection requirements based on the mechanism configuration information;
establishing a disinfection demand response mechanism based on the pre-screening result;
acquiring a plurality of institution working logs of the medical institution on the same day;
determining a target disinfection need to be responded to based on the organization working log and the disinfection need response mechanism;
performing disinfection allocation on the idle medical instrument disinfection equipment based on the target disinfection requirement;
wherein, obtain a plurality of medical instrument disinfection demands from big data platform, include:
obtaining a plurality of historical first credibility of a big data platform and second credibility of an information source of the medical instrument disinfection requirement;
based on the first reliability and the second reliability, calculating and obtaining a judgment index, wherein a calculation formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0003881074220000101
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
Figure BDA0003881074220000102
for the obtaining of a decision index, A 1 And A 2 Is a preset weight value, D i Is the ith said first confidence level, n is the total number of said first confidence levels, and H is said second confidence level;
and if the acquisition judgment index is larger than or equal to a preset acquisition judgment index threshold value, acquiring the disinfection requirement corresponding to the medical instrument from a big data platform.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
many medical instruments in some medical institutions are transported for sterilization [ for example: after the operation is finished, the medical machinery for the operation is temporarily packed and transported to a disinfection room for disinfection, which is more complicated. The big data platform determines which medical instrument sterilization needs may be based on big data analysis [ for example: medical instrument sterilization after surgery is completed, etc.). The facility configuration information is facility configuration information in the medical facility, for example: an operating room, a living department, and the like. Based on the mechanism configuration information, the medical instrument disinfection requirements are pre-screened, and the purpose of pre-screening is to eliminate the medical instrument disinfection requirements which cannot exist in the medical mechanism, such as: the medical institution is a health hospital, and does not have an operating room, so that the medical instrument can not be required to be disinfected after the operation is finished, and the medical instrument can not be rejected. And establishing a disinfection demand response mechanism based on the pre-screening result. The plurality of institution work logs of the medical institution on the same day are, for example: xx times a procedure is performed. Based on the organization's work log and the disinfection need response mechanism, a target disinfection need is determined that should be given a response, such as: xx, when a certain operation is performed, medical equipment needs to be sterilized after the operation is finished, and a target sterilization requirement is generated. Based on the target disinfection needs, the disinfection allocation is performed on the idle medical instrument disinfection equipment, such as: allocating medical equipment which can move by oneself to go to an operating room to be disinfected after the operation is finished, and the like. Need not the staff and transports the medical instrument that needs disinfection, promoted the convenience, establish disinfection demand response mechanism, promoted the interior definite accurate nature of disinfection demand of medical institution and confirmed efficiency, carried out the prescreening to medical instrument disinfection demand, rationally confirm the disinfection demand that has in this medical institution, need not artifical input, it is more humanized.
When medical instrument disinfection needs are obtained, a plurality of first credibility on the history of the big data platform are obtained [ the reliability degree of data provided by the big data platform in the history is reflected, the greater the reliability is, the greater the first credibility is ] and the information source of the medical instrument disinfection needs [ for example: a second confidence level of a website for a medical instrument disinfection device that introduces a need scenario when introducing the device [ for example: web site trustworthiness). And calculating an acquisition judgment index based on the first credibility and the second credibility. If the acquisition judgment index is large enough, the acquisition is credible, and then the acquisition is carried out, so that the reliability of acquiring the disinfection requirement of the medical instrument is improved, and the applicability of acquiring the disinfection requirement of the medical instrument by using big data is further improved.
In one embodiment, the backend server pre-screens the medical instrument disinfection requirements based on the institution configuration information, including:
acquiring a demand generation configuration condition of the medical instrument disinfection demand;
determining whether the organization configuration information meets the demand generation configuration condition;
if so, taking the disinfection requirement corresponding to the medical instrument as a pre-screening result.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the demand generation configuration condition for the medical instrument sterilization demand generation configuration condition generates a demand generation configuration condition for the medical instrument sterilization demand generation requirement within the medical facility, for example: the medical instrument disinfection requirement is that medical instrument disinfection is needed after the operation is finished, and the requirement generating configuration condition is that an operating room is configured in a medical institution. And determining whether the mechanism configuration information meets the requirement generation configuration condition, if so, generating the corresponding medical instrument disinfection requirement in the medical mechanism as a pre-screening result. And the pre-screening efficiency of the pre-screening is improved by introducing a demand generation configuration condition.
In one embodiment, the backend server establishes a disinfection demand response mechanism based on the pre-screening result, including:
acquiring a mechanism working log triggering condition of the pre-screening result;
matching the mechanism working log trigger conditions with the corresponding pre-screening results one by one to obtain a plurality of matching items;
and integrating the pairing items to obtain a disinfection demand response mechanism.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the institutional log trigger condition for the pre-screening result is the condition required to trigger the sterilization requirements that produced the pre-screening result, such as: and if the disinfection requirement of the pre-screening result is that medical instruments need to be disinfected after the operation is finished, triggering conditions of the mechanism working log are that the operation starts to be executed and the like appear in the mechanism working log. And matching the trigger conditions of the mechanism working logs with the corresponding pre-screening results one by one, and integrating the obtained matching items to obtain a disinfection demand response mechanism. When the disinfection demand response mechanism is used, whether the mechanism working logs meet the trigger condition of any mechanism working log is judged, and if yes, the corresponding disinfection demand is generated. The mechanism work log triggering condition is introduced, the disinfection demand response mechanism is established by adopting the triggering mechanism, and the response efficiency of the disinfection demand response mechanism is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a medical instrument sterilization method for remote sterilization, as shown in fig. 3, including:
step 1: acquiring an instrument image of a target medical instrument to be put into medical instrument disinfection equipment by a user;
