Abstract
A device and a method for preparing feed for breeding bumblebees relate to the technical field of bumblebee feeding, and are used for solving the problem of uneven size of feed prepared by artificially preparing bumblebee feed in the preparation process of bumblebee solid feed. Detailed Description

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the extruded tube 12 is a plurality of tubes arranged side by side. The baffle 13 or the stopper 14 serves to generate downward pressing force on the solid feed, so that the solid feed is collected toward the extrusion pipe 12 and is extruded from the extrusion pipe 12.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the cutter guide rail 3 is provided above the conveyor belt 21, as shown in fig. 3, the cutter holder 33 of the cutter 32 is slidably connected to the cutter guide rail 3 in the vertical direction, the cam 36 is provided above the cutter guide rail 3, and the link 35 is provided between the cam 36 and the cutter holder 33. When the cam 36 rotates, the connecting rod 35 drives the cutter holder 33 to reciprocate up and down. In order to facilitate the assembly between the connecting rod 35 and the cutter handle 33, an ear plate 34 is arranged at the top of the cutter handle 33, the ear plate 34 is hinged with the lower end of the connecting rod 35, and the upper end of the connecting rod 35 is hinged with the cam 36. The cross cutting knife guide rail 42 provides guidance for the up-and-down movement of the cross cutting knife 41, and the cross cutting knife guide rail 42 and the frame of the conveying assembly are relatively fixedly installed. The cross cutter guide rail 42, the cross cutter 41, and the cross cutter handle 4 constitute a cross cutting unit.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, there is an adjustment unit between the drum 2 and the cam 36 for changing the transmission ratio between the drum 2 and the cam 36.
