The baking raw material mixing system is characterized by comprising a rotating base, wherein a buckling plate is fixedly connected to the rotating base, at least three clamping grooves which are equidistantly arranged around the center of the buckling plate in a recessed mode are formed in the buckling plate, a stirring barrel which is respectively clamped with all the clamping grooves is further arranged in the stirring barrel, and a driving assembly which is clamped with the stirring assembly is further arranged on the rotating base; the device comprises a stirring barrel, a buckling plate, a heating barrel, an electric heating assembly, a pressing cover, a water spraying assembly and a water supply pipe, wherein the heating barrel is fixedly arranged on the buckling plate and surrounds the stirring barrel, the electric heating assembly is arranged in the heating barrel, the pressing cover is buckled at one end of the heating barrel, which is away from the buckling plate, and the water spraying assembly is arranged in the pressing cover and communicated with the outside; the upper end of the heating cylinder is provided with a supporting ring, an elastic ring is fixedly arranged on the supporting ring, and the inner wall of the lower end of the gland is elastically pressed with the outer wall of the elastic ring; the buckling plate and the heating cylinder are integrally arranged, and the electric heating assembly comprises an annular groove concavely arranged at the middle section of the inner wall of the heating cylinder and a spiral electric heating pipe fixedly arranged in the annular groove; the inner wall of the upper end of the heating cylinder is also provided with a supporting table positioned between the supporting ring and the annular groove, and the upper end of the stirring cylinder is fixedly connected with a leaning ring leaning against the supporting table; a pair of locking grooves are formed in the inner wall of the leaning ring, and a pressing rod matched with the locking grooves to lock the pressing cover and the stirring barrel is fixedly connected to the pressing cover; the locking groove comprises a first vertical section, a horizontal arc section and a second vertical section which are connected, one end of the pressure rod is pressed down along with the pressure cover to slide in the first vertical section, the horizontal arc section and the second vertical section in sequence, and the pressure cover and the elastic ring are completely pressed when the end parts of the two ends of the pressure rod are positioned in the two second vertical sections.

The baked raw material mixing system as recited in claim 1, wherein the water spraying assembly comprises a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe, both ends of the first connecting pipe are fixedly connected with the pressing rod and the pressing cover respectively, the second connecting pipe is fixedly connected with the pressing cover, the second connecting pipe is positioned outside the pressing cover and is communicated with the first connecting pipe through a channel arranged in the pressing cover, the water spraying assembly further comprises a spray head installed on the pressing rod, the spray head is communicated with the second connecting pipe, and an outlet of the spray head is arranged downwards.

The baked raw material mixing system as recited in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a driving motor provided in the rotating base, a driving shaft fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of the driving motor, the driving shaft rotating upward through the buckling plate and the driving shaft having an upper end surface concavely provided with a docking slot, and the stirring assembly comprises a docking head fixedly provided with a fixture block clamped into the docking slot, the docking head rotating through a bottom of the stirring barrel and being fixedly connected to a stirring rod provided in the stirring barrel.

A baked material mixing system as recited in claim 3, wherein a butt-joint hole is provided in the bottom of the stirring tank, the butt-joint hole comprises a diameter-reducing section at the upper end and a diameter-reducing section at the lower end, the butt-joint comprises a limit section and a mounting section which are in sliding contact with the diameter-reducing section and the diameter-reducing section respectively, the stirring rod is connected with the limit section, and the clamping block is connected with the mounting section.
5. The baking raw material mixing system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of supporting blocks respectively engaged with all the engaging grooves are fixedly connected to the outer bottom surface of the stirring tank.
6. The baked raw materials mixing system as recited in claim 5, wherein a plurality of outer convex rings surrounding each clamping groove are protruded upward on the buckling plate, a plurality of concave grooves for accommodating all outer convex rings independently are concavely arranged on the inner bottom surface of the stirring barrel, and each supporting block is fixedly connected in one concave groove.
