本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
己唑醇,化学式:分子式:C14H17Cl2N3O,属三唑类杀菌剂,甾醇脱甲基化抑制剂,破坏和阻止病菌的细胞膜重要组成成分麦角甾醇的生物合成,导致细胞膜不能形成,使病菌死亡。具有内吸、保护和治疗活性。该药抑菌谱很广,对真菌引起的病害有广谱性的保护和铲除作用,尤其是对担子菌纲和子囊菌纲引起的病害如白粉病、锈病、黑星病、褐斑病、炭疽病等有优异的保护和铲除作用,对水稻纹枯病有良好防效,使用量低于其他三唑类杀菌剂。可应用于黄瓜、小麦、水稻、梨树、苹果树、桃树等,主要由于防治白粉病、黑星病、纹枯病、褐斑病、锈病等。三苯基乙酸锡,化学式:C20H18O2Sn,是一种可被根、茎、叶吸收,是一种非内吸性杀菌剂,它对藻菌纲、卵菌纲病菌等引起的病害具有抑制作用。对细菌病害具有较好的保护和治疗效果,并且能有效防治对铜类杀菌剂敏感的一些菌类,对甜菜褐斑病有较好的防效。主要用于防治马铃薯晚疫病、甜菜褐斑病、大豆炭疽病、褐纹病、紫斑病、水稻稻瘟病、条斑病、胡麻叶枯病、洋葱黑斑病、芹菜叶枯病、菜豆炭疽病等。
随着植物病菌防治难度逐渐增加,农作物、瓜果蔬菜等种植面积的扩大,以及植物病菌对农药抗菌性的增强,单一药剂的防治效果大打折扣,植物病菌防治要求越来越高。而且,上述两种杀菌剂对真菌的作用机理并不相同,三苯基乙酸锡属于一种保护性杀菌剂,它的作用机理是在病原微生物没有接触植物或没浸入植物体之前,用药剂处理植物或周围环境,达到抑制病原孢子萌发或杀死萌发的病原孢子,以保护植物免受其害;而己唑醇属于一种内吸性杀菌剂,它的作用机理是通过植物叶、茎、根部吸收进入植物体,在植物体内输导至作用部位的杀菌剂,同时己唑醇使用量低于其他三唑类杀菌剂,可以较小的量便可达到很好的杀菌效果。
因此,很有必要将上述作用机制不相同的两种杀菌剂进行复配使用,从而得到高效、广谱的复配杀菌组合物,同时由于两者的作用时间也不相同,可延长杀菌持效期,可应用在防治农作物的白粉病、黑星病、纹枯病、褐斑病、锈病、斑点落叶病等病害方面。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何将作用机制不同的杀菌剂进行有效复配,得到具有高效、广谱,同时可延长杀菌持效期的杀菌组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:

所述警戒色可以选用:碱性玫瑰精、碱性紫10、碱性紫49、酸性红51、酸性红52、酸性红14、酸性蓝9、酸性黄23、碱性红10、碱性红108中的一种或多种;
所述填料可以选用:凹凸棒土、硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、膨润土、蒙脱石、碳酸钙、沸石、酸性粘土、白土、叶蜡石、滑石、方解石等中的一种或多种。
本发明的杀菌组合物,在应用时应在病害发生前期或病害发生初期使用。
本发明的杀菌组合物,通常采用喷雾的方法使用,也可以根据需要采用农业上应用的其他使用技术。
本发明提供的杀菌组合物有如下有益效果:
1、本发明提供的杀菌组合物,在一定配比范围内表现出明显的增效作用,组合物的防治效果比单剂有了明显提高,降低了农药的使用剂量,降低了用药成本,减少了农药对生态环境的不利影响;
2、本发明两种杀菌剂的组合,扩大了杀菌谱;
3、本发明提供的杀菌组合物的两种有效成份作用机制不相同,作用时间也不相同,可以延长药剂的使用寿命。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,需要指出的是,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
除非另有说明,下述实施例所涉及的“%”均为“重量百分比”。
实施例1 10%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡5%,己唑醇5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%,膨润土补足100%。
制备方法为:将所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇按重量百分比搅拌混合均匀,加入所述重量百分比的膨润土,吸附混合后,再加入所述重量百分比的十二烷基苯磺酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠混合均匀后,喷雾干燥,水分含量低于5%,气流粉碎过400目筛,即得10%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂。
实施例2 12%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡2%,己唑醇10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%,膨润土补足100%。
制备方法为:将所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇按重量百分比搅拌混合均匀,加入所述重量百分比的膨润土,吸附混合后,再加入所述重量百分比的十二烷基苯磺酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠混合均匀后,喷雾干燥,水分含量低于5%,气流粉碎过400目筛,即得12%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂。
实施例3 22%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡2%,己唑醇20%,油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠6%、木质素磺酸钠5%,膨润土补足100%。
制备方法为:将所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇按重量百分比搅拌混合均匀,加入所述重量百分比的膨润土,吸附混合后,再加入所述重量百分比的油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠混合均匀后,喷雾干燥,水分含量低于5%,气流粉碎过400目筛,即得22%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂。
实施例4 42%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡2%,己唑醇40%,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚羧酸钠5%、木质素磺酸钠5%,轻质碳酸钙补足100%。
制备方法为:将所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇按重量百分比搅拌混合均匀,加入所述重量百分比的轻质碳酸钙,吸附混合后,再加入所述重量百分比的聚氧乙烯月桂基醚羧酸钠、木质素磺酸钠混合均匀后,喷雾干燥,水分含量低于5%,气流粉碎过400目筛,即得42%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂。
实施例5 62%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡2%,己唑醇60%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯5%、木质素磺酸钠5%,轻质碳酸钙补足100%。
制备方法为:将所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇按重量百分比搅拌混合均匀,加入所述重量百分比的轻质碳酸钙,吸附混合后,再加入所述重量百分比的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、木质素磺酸钠混合均匀后,喷雾干燥,水分含量低于5%,气流粉碎过400目筛,即得62%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇可湿性粉剂。
实施例6 31%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡30%,己唑醇1%,聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸酯钠6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯8%、羧甲基纤维素钠3%、丙三醇3%、硅酮1%,水补足100%。
制备方法为:先将聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、丙三醇、硅酮及水经高速剪切混合均匀,再加入三苯基乙酸锡、己唑醇到砂磨机中研磨0.5-1.5小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下混合均匀,即制成31%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂。
实施例7 21%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡20%,己唑醇1%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯6%、羧甲基纤维素钠3%、丙三醇3%、硅酮1%,水补足 100%。
制备方法为:先将蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、丙三醇、硅酮及水经高速剪切混合均匀,再加入三苯基乙酸锡、己唑醇到砂磨机中研磨0.5-1.5小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下混合均匀,即制成21%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂。
实施例8 11%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡10%,己唑醇1%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯6%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%、丙二醇3%、硅酮1%,水补足 100%。
制备方法为:先将蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙二醇、硅酮及水经高速剪切混合均匀,再加入三苯基乙酸锡、己唑醇到砂磨机中研磨0.5-1.5小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下混合均匀,即制成11%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂。
实施例9 6%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂
配方组成为:三苯基乙酸锡5%,己唑醇1%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚基醚甲醛缩合物6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯6%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%、丙二醇3%、硅酮 1%,水补足100%。
制备方法为:先将烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚基醚甲醛缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙二醇、硅酮及水经高速剪切混合均匀,再加入三苯基乙酸锡、己唑醇到砂磨机中研磨0.5-1.5小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下混合均匀,即制成6%三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇悬浮剂。
对比例1
与实施例3相比,杀菌剂只有22%三苯基乙酸锡,不含己唑醇。
对比例2
与实施例7相比,杀菌剂只有21%己唑醇,不含三苯基乙酸锡。
将实施例1~9制备的三苯基乙酸锡·己唑醇杀菌组合物与对比例1、对比例 2制备的三苯基乙酸锡杀菌剂、己唑醇杀菌剂分别进行田间试验防治小麦纹枯病药效的性能测试,通过茎叶喷雾处理方式。
实验按照实验组、对照组及空白对照组进行测试,发病初期喷雾施药,每7 天施药一次,共施药2次。每小区对照线法5点取样调查20株,每株调查上、中、下各4片叶,记录总叶片数及各级病叶数,分别计算病情指数。
病情指数=100×∑(各级病叶数×各级代表值)/(调查总叶数×最高级代表值)
防治效果(%)=(对照病情指数—处理病情指数)/对照病情指数×100
分级方法:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%~25%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26~50%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的51~75%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的75%以上;
测试结果如下表所示;
综上所述,本发明提供的杀菌组合物有如下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的杀菌组合物,在一定配比范围内表现出明显的增效作用,组合物的防治效果比单剂有了明显提高,降低了农药的使用剂量,降低了用药成本,减少了农药对生态环境的不利影响;2.本发明两种杀菌剂的组合,扩大了杀菌谱; 3.本发明提供的杀菌组合物的两种有效成份作用机制不相同,作用时间也不相同,可以延长药剂的使用寿命。

Claims (10)
1.一种含三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的活性成分为三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇,其余成分为助剂,所述组合物的活性成分总重量占整个制剂总重量的1~80%,所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇的重量比为30:1~1:30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇的重量比为20:1~1:20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇的重量比为10:1~1:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇的重量比为5:1~1:5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的活性成分的总重量占整个制剂总重量的10~40%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述助剂包括溶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、成膜剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、警戒色及填料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇的杀菌组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂或悬浮剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂时,包括以下成分:三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇1%~80%、润湿剂2-10%、分散剂2-10%,余量为填料。
9.根据权利要求7所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物的剂型为悬浮剂时,包括以下成分:三苯基乙酸锡与己唑醇10%~40%、润湿剂2-10%、分散剂2-10%、增稠剂1-5%、防冻剂1-5%、消泡剂0.1-2%,余量为水。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一所述的杀菌组合物,应用于白粉病、黑星病、纹枯病、褐斑病、锈病、斑点落叶病的病害防治。
