Abstract
本发明涉及一种长效抗菌剂及其制备方法,该长效抗菌剂具有即效性,所述的长效抗菌剂按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水31%‑66%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%‑8%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%‑6%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%‑6%、甘油脂肪酸酯3%‑6%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚3%‑5%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3%‑5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚3%‑5%、辛二醇1.5%‑3%、辛基羟肟酸1.5%—5%、大豆油提取物2%‑5%、亚麻籽油提取物2%‑5%、椰子油提取物2%‑5%、玉米油提取物2%‑5%。本发明的优点是:所采用的原料均来自天然生物油脂,无矿物油成分,特点是无毒性,安全环保可生物降解,其中汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂剂对各种球菌、各种杆菌等及真菌都有很好的杀灭作用,可用于所述复方里另外十种表面活性剂配合使用,效果相互增强,杀菌全面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种长效抗菌剂及其制备方法,属于日化用品技术领域领域。
背景技术
人体生活的环境中存在大量的、种类繁多的细菌,细菌是一种人肉眼看不到,只能通过显微镜才能观察到的微小生物。有一部分细菌入侵人体后会造成人体感染,使人患病,甚至导致人死亡,因此又叫致病菌,比如化脓性细菌引起的扁桃体化脓、肺脓肿、肝脓肿、脑脓肿、肾脓肿等。20世纪以来,科学家们从细菌、真菌和放线菌的代谢产物中发现许多化学物质,并在这些化学物质的基础上进行人工改造,又叫半合成,或者完全人工发明创造许多化学物质,这些化学物质用于人体后,能够通过不同的途径杀灭或者抑制致病细菌的生长繁殖,使感染痊愈、使人体恢复健康,因此有了抗菌药物,比如常听说的青霉素类、头孢类、红霉素等都属于抗菌素。但是人类在进化,细菌也以更快的速度进化,青霉素等抗菌素刚出现的时候杀菌率很高,随着细菌的进化,抗生素的杀菌率逐年降低,细菌的进化将严重的威胁到人类的健康,同时无可避免的出现一些缺点,比如:杀菌种类单一、有残留、不环保、有毒害、对人体有刺激性、气味难闻、不稳定、易挥发、易燃易爆、受温度、使用条件限制等等。
基于现有消毒产品的优缺点,总结出了理想杀菌消毒剂必须具备以下特质:
1、杀菌范围广范,可杀灭细菌、超级细菌及病毒;
2、使用有效浓度低,浓度稀释1%时,对细菌杀灭率也很高;
3、杀菌作用速度快、效率高:1分钟能高效杀灭多种细菌;;
4、对人体皮肤无刺激性、对细胞无毒害,可以直接使用于人体肌肤及伤口;
5、性能及状态稳定,保质期超长;
6、易溶于水及油:可直接溶于水、溶于油;
7、PH值中性,对皮肤无伤害;
8、可在高温、常温、低温下可直接使用,不会出现分层现象;
9、对皮肤、物品无腐蚀性,使用安全;
10、无刺激气味,清透浅色或无色;
11、无毒性或低毒性,消毒后无残留毒害;
12、使用安全,随时使用,不受场地限制,不易燃烧;
13、易存储,对运输工具无限制,运输方便;
目前市面上包括各种抗生素、银离子杀菌剂、各种化学消毒剂、各种生物消毒剂、各种杀菌剂、没有一种能够完全符合上述要求的!因此在使用中,只能根据被杀菌消毒物品性质、工作需要及杀菌消毒剂的性能来选择使用某种杀菌消毒机。具备以上13种特质的杀菌消毒产品将是帮助我们提高生活质量,改善生存环境,造福人类的产品,也是目前急需开发的一种杀菌抗病毒的消毒产品。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种长效抗菌剂及其制备方法,本发明提供的长效抗菌剂是一种可以代替杀抑菌剂、消毒剂、防腐剂、抗生素的天然环保型的长效抗菌剂。本发明的技术方案是:
一种长效抗菌剂,该长效抗菌剂具有即效性,所述的长效抗菌剂按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水31%-66%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%-8%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%-6%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%-6%、甘油脂肪酸酯3%-6%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚3%-5%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3%-5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚3%-5%、辛二醇1.5%-3%、辛基羟肟酸1.5%—5%、大豆油提取物2%-5%、亚麻籽油提取物2%-5%、椰子油提取物2%-5%和玉米油提取物2%-5%。
所述的去离子水50%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂6%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯5%、聚乙二醇油酸酯5%、甘油脂肪酸酯5%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚4%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、辛二醇2%、辛基羟肟酸3%、大豆油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%、椰子油提取物3%和玉米油提取物3%。
一种制备所述长效抗菌剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:按照各组分配比,称取各组分;
S2、将去离子水加热到60-80℃,依次加入汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇油酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛二醇、辛基羟肟酸、大豆油提取物、亚麻籽油提取物、椰子油提取物和玉米油提取物,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀后检测PH值,当测得的PH值在25℃条件下为6-7之间时,得到金黄色油状长效抗菌剂。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的长效抗菌剂作用机制主要有:1、改变细菌膜层的渗透性,使细菌破裂;2、使蛋白质变性;3、抑制细菌体内某些酶,使之失去活性;4、因其有良好的表面活性,可高浓度聚集于菌体表面,影响细胞的繁殖;通过上面的杀菌抑菌的作用机制,可以得知它的杀菌抑菌原理不同于常用的杀菌消毒剂及抗生素原理,即使是所谓的超级细菌也可以杀灭。
本发明的长效抗菌剂是一种既有高效杀抑菌功能并且是安全环保的产品,它有以下特性:1、杀菌谱广,可杀灭各种细菌、超级细菌及病毒;2、其杀抑茵效率与浓度成正比,在高浓度的情况下可以瞬间杀灭各种细菌,即使与水稀释至1%的情况下对各种细菌也具有高效杀灭率;3、安全环保,即使是直接接触原液也对人体肌肤无刺激性、不伤皮肤,对人体细胞无毒害,使用后无残留,可以直接使用于人体肌肤表面及创伤伤口;4、性能及状态稳定,不易受名种物理化学因素影响,保质期超长;5、速溶性,对温度要求不高,可溶于水;6、PH值中性,对人体、物体表面无腐蚀性;7、可在高温、常温、低温下可直接使用,不会出现分层现象;8、对皮肤、物品无腐蚀性,使用安全9、无刺激性气味,清透的金黄色油状外观,溶于水后无色透明;10、使用安全,不易燃烧;11、易存储,运输方便;
本发明的长效抗菌剂具备以上特性,所以用途广泛不但可以直接做为杀菌消毒剂使用,还可以代替防腐剂添加到各种化妆品、洗涤用品中,甚至可以做为防腐剂、保鲜剂限量添加到食品中。也可以经过深度开发代替部分抗生素,用于医药造福人类。
本发明有如下优点:
本发明所采用的原料均来自天然生物油脂,无矿物油成分,特点是无毒性,安全环保可生物降解,其中汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂剂对各种球菌、各种杆菌等及真菌都有很好的杀灭作用,它属于两性表面活性剂,可用于所述复方里另外十种表面活性剂配合使用,起到协同作用,效果相互增强,杀菌全面。
本发明中各种成分及配比都经过了反复的大量实验,根据实验结果进行科学配比,以求达到外观、气味、PH中性、无刺激性、去污力、杀抑菌效率、成分的安全环保性等的尽量完美。

实施例1:
一种长效抗菌剂,按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:
去离子水54%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂6%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯4%、聚乙二醇油酸酯4%、甘油脂肪酸酯3.5%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚3.5%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、辛二醇2%、辛基羟肟酸3%、大豆油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%、椰子油提取物3%、玉米油提取物3%。
将去离子水加热到60℃,依次加入其它各组分,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀后检测PH值,当测得的PH值在25℃条件下为6时,得到金黄色油状长效抗菌剂。

1、用于衣物的杀菌消毒和清洗;
2、用于手足、人体肌肤的杀菌消毒;

5、外用药:可用于各种细菌真菌微生物引起的皮肤问题,也可以用于创伤、烧伤等杀菌消毒清洗处理;
6、对毒虫、蚊虫叮咬有很好的止痒及消肿的作用;
7、作为人体粘膜杀菌消毒剂使用;
8、代替抗生素:可以杀灭抗生素杀灭不了的超级细菌;
9、经过进一步开发可用于医药领域;
10、用于环境杀菌消毒;

本发明天然长效抗菌剂、具有即效性的长效抗菌剂的使用说明;
1、其杀抑菌效率与浓度成正比,在原液的情况下可以瞬间杀灭各种细菌,抑菌效果最好,浓度越高杀灭细菌的时间越短抑菌的效果也较好,随着浓度的降低,杀灭细菌的时间相应变长抑菌的效果也会减弱。在用于杀菌抑菌时,大家可以根据实际使用情况确定使用浓度及作用时间。
2、其PH值中性;兼容性强,可以和各种酸性碱性液体搭配使用。
实施例2:一种长效抗菌剂,按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水56%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯4%、聚乙二醇油酸酯4%、甘油脂肪酸酯5%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚4%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、辛二醇2%、辛基羟肟酸2%、大豆油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%、椰子油提取物3%、玉米油提取物3%。将去离子水加热到70℃,依次加入其它各组分,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀后检测PH值,当测得的PH值在25℃条件下为6.5时,得到金黄色油状长效抗菌剂。
实施例3:一种长效抗菌剂,按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水66%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%、甘油脂肪酸酯3%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚3%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、辛二醇1.5%、辛基羟肟酸1.5%、大豆油提取物2%、亚麻籽油提取物2%、椰子油提取物2%、玉米油提取物2%。将去离子水加热到80℃,依次加入其它各组分,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀后检测PH值,当测得的PH值在25℃条件下为7时,得到金黄色油状长效抗菌剂。
基于本申请的实施例,测得的抗菌效果如下:
一、对冠状病毒杀灭试验:
(1)、器材
1.病毒株:冠状病毒(GX-P2V),系从穿山甲体内分离出来的一株冠状病毒,其氨基酸序列与新冠病毒的同源性大于90%,两者S蛋白同源性达92.2%,GX-P2V与新冠病毒的亲缘关系优于SARS病毒,是新冠病毒药物、疫苗及消毒剂研究、筛选与试验的理想替代模型。
2.宿主细胞:Vero E6细胞。
3.消毒剂:本实施例的抗菌剂,淡黄色透明液体。
4.耗材:细胞培养瓶、96孔培养板、无菌离心管、无菌移液管及吸头。
5.仪器设备:生物安全柜、恒温水浴箱、二氧化碳培养箱、单道移液器及倒置显微镜。
6.试剂:DMEM/高糖细胞培养基、胎牛血清、PBS溶液、0.25%胰酶、双抗溶液及无核酸酶水。
7.中和剂溶液:30g/L的D/E中和肉汤。
(2)、方法
检测依据:《消毒技术规范》2002.11版,第2.1.1.10.5条和2.1.1.10.7条。
1.病毒悬液:用滴度为106TCID50/ml的冠状病毒(GX-P2V)悬液。
2.中和剂鉴定试验:采用中和稀释法。试验时使用本实施例的抗菌剂与D/E中和肉汤十倍稀释液。作用时间为10min,试验温度为20℃±1℃。试验重复3次。
3.冠状病毒杀灭试验:试验时使用本实施例制备的抗菌剂。作用时间为30min,试验温度为20℃±1℃。试验重复3次。
(3)、结果
1.中和剂鉴定试验
依据《消毒技术规范》2002版,第2.1.1.10.5条。经3次重复试验,组1病毒平均滴度值为1.50,组2病毒平均滴度值为3.61,组3、组4和组5病毒平均滴度值分别为4.48、4.44和4.47。表明采用中和稀释法所用中和剂(30g/L的D/E中和肉汤)可中和本实施例的抗菌剂,且中和剂和中和产物溶液对冠状病毒(GX-P2V)及Vero E6细胞生长无影响(如表1所示):

2.冠状病毒杀灭试验
依据《消毒技术规范》2002版,第2.1.1.10.7条。经3次重复实验,在试验温度20℃±1℃条件下,用本实施例的抗菌剂,作用30min,对冠状病毒(GX-P2V)的平均杀灭率可大于99.99%(表2)。

注:阳性对照组平均滴度对数值及范围4.35(4.23-4.50)。
(4)、结论
1.采用中和稀释法,所用中和剂(30g/L的D/E中和肉汤)可中和本实施例的抗菌液,且中和剂溶液和中和产物溶液对冠状病毒(GX-P2V)及Vero E6生长无影响。
2.在试验温度20℃±1℃条件下,本实施例的抗菌液作用30min对冠状病毒(GX-P2V)的平均杀灭率可大于99.99%,具有较好灭活作用。
二、对肺炎链球菌的抗菌试验:
(1)样品名称:本实施例的抗菌剂,样品1:10无菌纯化水稀释液作检验液;仪器设备名称:生化培养箱、生物安全柜。
(2)、检验条件:1.培养环境:37℃、8%CO2;2.兔血琼脂培养基(pH=7.0);样品检验液与菌落接触作用时间:30min。效果如表3(杀菌剂对肺炎链球菌的杀菌率)所示。

三、对幽门螺旋杆菌的试验:
1.样品名称:本实施例抗菌剂,样品1:10无菌纯化水稀释液作检验液;
2.仪器设备名称及编号:生化培养箱、生物安全柜;
检验条件:
1.培养环境:37℃、5%CO2;2.脑心浸液琼脂培养基(pH=6.8、含5%胎牛血清)。
样品检验液与菌落接触作用时间:30min,效果如表4(抗菌剂对幽门螺旋杆菌的杀菌率)所示。

3、仪器设备名称及编号:生物安全柜YQF-057,生化培养箱YQF-058。
4、样品配制:吸取样品10ml加入100ml纯水混匀配制成浓度为1:10。
(2)方法:
1、检验依据:GB 15979-2002附录CC3。2、评价标准;杀菌率N90%,产品有杀菌作用。
3、检验环境温度:25C,相对湿度:48%.
(3)结果
1、中和剂鉴定试验
1.1细菌鉴定中和剂成分:3%吐温-80、2%卵磷脂、营养肉汤,结果列于表5。
1.2真菌鉴定中和剂成分:3%吐温-80、2%卵磷脂、营养肉汤,结果列于表6。
杀菌试验结果列于表7。
(4)结论:该样品作用浓度为1:10,作用时间分别是30分钟、60分钟、90分钟,试验重复3次,对大肠杆菌(8099)、嗜肺军团菌(ATCC 33152)、白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)、沙门氏菌(ATCC 14028)、福氏志贺氏菌(ATCC 12022)、化脓性链球菌(ATCC 12344)的杀菌率〉90%,对所测菌株有杀菌作用。

Claims (3)
1.一种长效抗菌剂,其特征在于,该长效抗菌剂具有即效性,所述的长效抗菌剂按质量百分数计,其原料配比如下:去离子水31%-66%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%-8%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯3%-6%、聚乙二醇油酸酯3%-6%、甘油脂肪酸酯3%-6%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚3%-5%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3%-5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚3%-5%、辛二醇1.5%-3%、辛基羟肟酸1.5%—5%、大豆油提取物2%-5%、亚麻籽油提取物2%-5%、椰子油提取物2%-5%和玉米油提取物2%-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述的去离子水50%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂6%、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯5%、聚乙二醇油酸酯5%、甘油脂肪酸酯5%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚4%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、辛二醇2%、辛基羟肟酸3%、大豆油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%、椰子油提取物3%和玉米油提取物3%。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述长效抗菌剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:按照各组分配比,称取各组分;
S2、将去离子水加热到60-80℃,依次加入汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇油酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛二醇、辛基羟肟酸、大豆油提取物、亚麻籽油提取物、椰子油提取物和玉米油提取物,并保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀后检测PH值,当测得的PH值在25℃条件下为6-7之间时,得到金黄色油状长效抗菌剂。
