Detailed Description
Hereinafter, representative embodiments of the pet toy of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to these drawings. The drawings are for conceptually illustrating the present invention, and thus, sizes, ratios, or numbers are sometimes exaggerated or simplified as necessary for easy understanding.
For convenience of explanation, the coordinate axes are determined as follows. That is, the Z axis is defined in the vertical direction, and the main body 10 of the pet toy 1 is disposed along the Z axis. Then, the main body 10 is disposed so that the operation unit 20 and the terminal holding unit 40 face the user side, and the direction in which the operation unit 20 and the terminal holding unit 40 face is determined as the X axis. Therefore, the user faces the operation unit 20 and the terminal holding unit 40. Then, the Y axis is determined as a direction orthogonal to the X axis and the Z axis. The Z-axis direction is sometimes referred to as the vertical direction, the X-axis direction is sometimes referred to as the front-rear direction, and the Y-axis direction is sometimes referred to as the horizontal direction.
The pet toy 1 is a tool (see fig. 7) that can stably hold a portable information terminal for capturing an image of a pet P while playing with the pet P. In the present embodiment, a cat is particularly assumed as the pet P as the pet partner, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the pet toy 1 includes a main body 10, an operation unit 20, a game device mounting unit 30, and a terminal holding unit 40.
The body 10 is substantially rod-shaped and is an integrally molded product made of a resin material such as ABS resin, for example. As shown in fig. 3, the body 10 includes a grip 11 and a support hole 12 located above the grip 11.
The grip 11 is a portion gripped by the user H and is provided below the main body 10. The grip 11 has a surface 13 having a textured shape (see fig. 7), for example. This surface 13 acts as a slip-resistant member.
The support hole 12 is open in the front-rear direction, and rotatably supports a base portion 21 of the operation portion 20 (see fig. 6 (a) and (B)). In addition, the support hole 12 allows insertion of the handle of the game machine T from the rear side to the base portion 21 of the operation portion 20.
The main body 10 has a finger hole 14 for inserting a finger (e.g., an index finger) of the user H in the direction of an arrow Y below the operation portion 20. As shown in fig. 7, when the user H inserts a finger into the finger hole 14 and operates the operation portion 20, the body 10 is not dropped even if the user inadvertently releases the grip of the body 10, and the body 10 can be stably held.
As shown in fig. 3, the main body 10 has a mounting portion 15 for mounting the terminal holding portion 40 above the operating portion 20. The mounting portion 15 protrudes forward from the main body 10 and is formed into a substantially spherical shape. Since the mounting portion 15 has a substantially spherical shape, the user H can fix the terminal holding portion 40 to the mounting portion 15 in a state of facing a desired direction (see, for example, fig. 2 a).
Next, the operation proceeds to the description of the operation unit 20.
The operation unit 20 is operated by the user H, and is rotatably supported by the support hole 12 of the main body 10 (see fig. 6 a, B, and 7). As shown in fig. 4 (a) to (D), the operation portion 20 includes a spherical base portion 21, a rod 22 extending from the base portion 21, and a recess 23 formed on the rear side of the base portion 21. The base 21 and the rod 22 may be formed as an integrally molded product using resin.
The base 21 is rotatably supported by the support hole 12.
The lever 22 is a portion operated by the user, and the tip thereof is in contact with a finger (e.g., thumb) of the user H (see fig. 7). Thus, a slip stopper 24 is mounted on the front end of the rod 22. The anti-slip member 24 may also be made of a resin material such as a thermoplastic Rubber (TPR).
The game device mounting portion 30 is fitted into the recess 23. The game instrument mounting portion 30 is a member to which a game instrument T such as a funny stick is detachably mounted. For example, the game device mounting portion 30 is a hole for receiving a handle of the game device T, and is exposed from the support hole 12 when the pet toy 1 is viewed from the rear (see fig. 2B). Therefore, the game tool T attached to the game tool attachment unit 30 is rotated together with the game tool attachment unit 30 in accordance with the rotational operation of the operation unit 20 by the user H (see fig. 7). The game device mounting part 30 may be made of resin material such as TPR.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 (B) and (D), the game device mounting portion 30 has a cylindrical shape as a whole and has a plurality of ribs 31 protruding from an inner surface. These ribs 31 extend substantially toward the axis or center Q of the game machine mounting portion 30 (see fig. 5 a).
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5 (a), each rib 31 extends in a direction away from the center Q of the game device mounting portion 30 by an angle γ. As shown in fig. 5 (B), when the handle of the game device T is stored, the rib 31 is pressed outward by the game device T. At this time, each rib 31 generates a restoring force to restore the original state, and presses the game device T in the opposite direction. Thus, the game device T having an outer diameter within a predetermined range can be fitted into the operation unit 20.
As an example, the angle γ is preferably 15 ° ≦ γ ≦ 25 ° from the viewpoint of ease of attachment and detachment of the game device T and expansion of the range of the receivable lever.
As shown in fig. 4D, each rib 31 is cut outward at an angle δ at an entrance portion (end portion on the rear side). From the viewpoint of ease of insertion of the game device T, the angle δ of the notch is preferably 40 ° to 50 °.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 6 (a) and (B), the operation unit 20 and the game machine mounting unit 30 are rotated in the vertical and horizontal directions within the predetermined angular ranges α and β around the base 21 in response to the user's operation. As an example, the movable range α in the left-right direction is preferably about 60 ° to 80 °, and the movable range β in the up-down direction is preferably about 60 ° to 80 °.
Next, the description proceeds to the terminal holding portion 40.
As shown in fig. 7, the terminal holding unit 40 is a member for holding a portable information terminal S with an imaging function such as a smartphone, and is attached to the main body 10 via the attachment unit 15. As shown in fig. 3, the terminal holding portion 40 includes a fixing component 41 for fixing the portable information terminal S, and a cover 42 for attaching the fixing component 41 to the attachment portion 15 of the main body 10.
More specifically, the fixing component 41 includes a pair of arms 43, 44 that sandwich the portable information terminal S; a connecting portion 45 connecting the arms 43, 44; and a screw 46 projecting from the connecting portion 45 toward the main body 10. The distance L between the arms 43 and 44 is adjustable according to the size of the personal digital assistant S (see fig. 2D). The screw 46 engages with a threaded groove formed in the inner surface of the cover 42, thereby fixing the terminal holding portion 40 to the mounting portion 15 of the main body 10.
As described above, since the mounting portion 15 is spherical, the terminal holding portion 40 can be fixed to the main body 10 within a certain angular range (see fig. 2 a and 7). Therefore, the user H can orient the camera of the portable information terminal S in a desired direction.
Next, a method of using the pet toy 1 will be described. However, the pet toy 1 is not necessarily used in the following order.
The user H first mounts the portable information terminal S to the terminal holding portion 40. At the same time, the game device T is mounted on the game device mounting unit 30. For example, when the game device T is a catwalk stick, a handle of the catwalk stick is inserted into the game device mounting portion 30.
Next, the user H grips the grip portion 11, inserts, for example, an index finger into the finger hole 14, and adjusts the orientation of the terminal holding portion 40 so that the camera of the portable information terminal S is oriented in a desired direction. Then, the user H starts shooting of the pet P by the camera of the portable information terminal S while operating the operation section 20 by, for example, the thumb.
The game device T attached to the game device attachment unit 30 is operated by the operation of the operation unit 20, and the pet P plays with the game device T. In this way, the user H can play with the pet P.
At this time, the camera of the portable information terminal S captures the pet P at the same line of sight as the line of sight of the user H with which the pet P plays. Therefore, the user H can photograph the pet viewed from the line of sight of the user H playing with the pet P.
At this time, since the portable information terminal S is fixed to the pet toy 1, the user H can stably photograph a high-quality pet image while suppressing shaking due to the operation of the game machine T and the frame loss of the unconscious pet P at the time of photographing.
Since the grip 11 of the body 10 is formed with the uneven shape (textured), the user H gripping the body 10 is less likely to slip his or her hands. Further, the user H does not worry about dropping the pet toy 1 even if, for example, the user H is involved in the operation of the game machine T by inserting, for example, an index finger into the finger hole 14.
While the above has been described with reference to specific embodiments of the pet toy according to the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various design changes can be made, and the embodiments relating to these design changes are also included in the technical scope of the present invention.
