After the treatment is finished, the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder 35 stretches out to recover the mediating particles 49 from the soil, the rack 37 slides reversely, the limiting column 48 enters the horizontal section in the special-shaped groove 41, the spring 46 is compressed at the moment, the outer cylinder 43 descends to wrap the mediating particles 49, the outer cylinder 43 plays a role of protecting the mediating particles 49, meanwhile, the third motor 28 is started to drive the cross rod 24 to ascend through the third screw rod 26, the cross rod 24 enters between the movable ends of the two driving rods 30 through a gap between the two driving rods 30, the cross rod 24 is propped against the driving rods 30 along with the continuous ascent of the cross rod 24, the two electrode guard plates 16 move towards each other, the electrode plates 23 are wrapped between the two electrode guard plates 16, and the next work is ready.
