In this embodiment, the step S304 may specifically include: judging whether the calling user is in a blacklist which is signed with the operator platform in advance and deducts additional virtual resources; sending the deduction request message to the operator platform if the calling subscriber is in the blacklist; judging whether the calling subscriber is in a pre-signed gray list which is to be determined whether to deduct additional virtual resources or not under the condition that the calling subscriber is not in the black list and the calling subscriber is not in a pre-signed white list which is not to deduct additional virtual resources and is pre-signed with the operator platform; if the judgment result is yes, triggering to send the deduction request message to the operator platform at the same time of or after the call corresponding to the call request is put through; and under the condition that the judgment result is negative, the calling user is added into the grey list, and the deduction request message is triggered to be sent to the operator platform when the call corresponding to the call request is put through or after the call corresponding to the call request is put through.
Through the steps S302 to S306, the problem that the intercepting effect of the intercepting tools such as APP to the crank calls in the related technology is poor can be solved, the operator platform intercepts the call request based on the blacklist signed by the called user and deducts additional cost (namely additional virtual resources) for the calling user, so that the calling user can balance the advantages and disadvantages of dialing the crank calls, and the possibility that the user is promoted and harassed by the fraud calls is greatly reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, after a deduction request message for deducting additional virtual resources is sent to an operator platform, a call corresponding to the call request is connected; and sending a cancellation deduction message for canceling to deduct the additional virtual resource to the operator platform before or when the call is finished, wherein the cancellation deduction message is used for requesting the operator platform to cancel deduction of the additional virtual resource from the virtual resource account of the calling subscriber.
In another exemplary embodiment, after sending a deduction request message for deducting additional virtual resources to an operator platform, a call corresponding to the call request is connected; and sending a confirmation deduction message for confirming deduction of the additional virtual resource to the operator platform before or when the call is ended, wherein the confirmation deduction message is used for indicating the operator platform to confirm deduction of the additional virtual resource from the virtual resource account of the calling subscriber.
The embodiment can punish the crank call, and the punishment needs to be actively selected by a called party, namely the called party, whether the call needs to be charged or not, the selection is based on a number storage database which is created by the called party, so that the unique definition of the crank call of each user can be reflected besides the defined and recognized crank call. After the user provides the list to the contracted operator, the network of the operator adds corresponding prompt and fee deduction processes to complete the process, and the list database can be updated regularly by the user.
Before a process of deducting the fee of a call defined by a user and needing to be deducted and answered is carried out, an operator firstly checks whether the fee on a call number account is enough to be deducted by the user at this time (the process relates to the inside of the operator, namely the calling party and the called party belong to the same operator, and also relates to different operators, namely the calling party and the called party belong to different operators), if the lowest fee deduction standard of the call at this time is not enough, the operator system is not communicated, and the problem of unsuccessful fee deduction after the user answers is avoided. Otherwise, the calling party is informed of the fee deduction information.
If the calling party receives the fee deduction, the called party is connected after the fee deduction is finished, otherwise, the calling is not connected.
The embodiment is mainly applied to a personal communication scene, and relates to wired and wireless communication networks, wherein a called party uses a mobile terminal, and a calling party is a mobile (wireless) or fixed terminal (wired).
The calling party and the called party can belong to the same operator or different operators, and when the calling party and the called party belong to different operators, the fee inquiry and fee deduction behaviors of the operators are involved.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a device for charging an incoming call by a called party who actively selects according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, including:
an incoming call terminal: may be a wired or mobile terminal;
calling core network and charging center: the system is in charge of accessing a call request of a calling party, processing the balance of a calling account when a called party selects to deduct fees and answer, informing the calling party of the fee deduction request, executing fee deduction operation when the calling party selects to agree to the fee deduction, and transferring the fee to an account appointed by the called party according to an agreement;
called core network and charging center: the system is responsible for accessing the user, and deducting the incoming call sent to the called user and processing the charge attribution after deduction;
user-defined list database: three incoming call lists defined by the called user and the affiliated operator are respectively a white list, a black list and a grey list, and are also a database newly added in the scheme, and the database is different from lists defined by the operator for all the users to which the operator belongs, but can be customized by the user and can be updated;
a wireless access network: comparing the core network with the user defined list, and turning on the user when the user selects to answer the call (if the user selects to answer the call, the call with the fee deduction is already completed) or when the user selects to answer the call
The called terminal: the user can select the mobile terminal according to the defined list.
The terminal user signs a contract with the operator to which the telephone number used by the terminal user belongs, a white list, a black list and a gray list of the terminal user are defined in an appointed number database app, the user can update the numbers in the 3 lists in real time during the use period, and the updated data information is notified to the operator signed with the terminal user, so that the operator signed with the terminal user can carry out the next operation on the number called to the signed terminal.
Fig. 5 is a first flowchart of a method for a called party to actively select to charge for an incoming call according to this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, including:
the calling user initiates a call request to the charging center of the home operator of the called user, the charging center of the home operator of the called user compares the 3 list databases of the called user to obtain a comparison result, the call request is sent to the called user according to the comparison result, and the called user and the calling user establish normal call, hang up or missed processing. If the comparison result shows that the calling user defines the number from the white list with the called terminal user signed with the operator in the white list of the called user, the connection process is directly entered according to the network condition of the called user (such as whether the called user is busy, the network coverage quality and other factors) in order to reduce the time delay caused by the intermediate process, realize quick connection and avoid fee deduction.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a terminal interface when a white list calls, and as shown in fig. 6, after the network is connected, the terminal interface of the subscriber terminal displays that the number comes from the white list, the terminal also displays options of answering and hanging up without charging, and the terminal user answers, hangs up or does not process the call according to the own condition.
Fig. 7 is a second flowchart of a method for a called party to actively select to charge an incoming call according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, in this example, for processing rules from a blacklist user, a subscriber terminal and an operator subscribed to the subscriber terminal agree to deduct a fee for the incoming call from the blacklist user according to a certain time, and agree to a fee deduction rule for each call.
When a calling party calls the signed terminal user, the operator communication system finds that the calling party comes from the blacklist defined by the signed terminal user after comparing with 3 list databases provided in app of the signed user (steps a-b in fig. 7), and firstly inquires whether the balance of the incoming call number account meets the per-time deduction amount appointed in the signing (steps c-d in fig. 7).
If the balance of the calling account is not enough to meet the deduction threshold required by one call, or the call belongs to the network telephone and the like and cannot inquire the balance of the account, the call is not communicated to the terminal of the signed user.
As shown in fig. 7, if the balance of the calling account is greater than or equal to the amount of the per-time deduction agreed by the operator and the user after the inquiry, the information or voice is used to prompt the calling user to deduct the fee (step e in fig. 7), if the calling user does not want to be deducted after receiving the fee deduction information from the operator or does not want to continue the call for other reasons, the call is disconnected, and the subscriber terminal does not display the call information, so that the functions of isolating harassment and promoting calls are achieved.
If the calling user still insists on continuing the call after receiving the fee deduction prompt from the signed operator, the operator communication system is electrically connected to the signed user terminal in future.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a blacklist incoming call terminal interface according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, at this time, the terminal displays that the current incoming call comes from a blacklist defined by the current incoming call, and displays that a deduction answering and hanging up option is provided for a user to select. The user can choose to answer the phone with a fee deduction, hang up the phone or do no processing. If the user selects to answer the deduction fee, the contracted operator finishes the deduction fee (step g in fig. 6) and distributes the fee to the respective account according to the rule agreed by the contract.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a third method for the called party to actively select to charge for the incoming call according to the embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, for the unfamiliar incoming call from the grey list, the number of the incoming call in the list is neither in the white list nor in the black list, that is, the grey list may be empty. For the part of incoming calls, the processing flow of the network side is the same as that of the blacklist to be treated, the only difference is that the network side inquires the cost of the incoming call account to meet the appointed minimum deduction amount, and provides the relevant deduction information to the caller, if the caller still wants to continue to connect the call after receiving the deduction notification, the network side of the operator freezes the corresponding cost and connects the call to the signed called terminal, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a grey list incoming call terminal interface according to the embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, at this time, the called terminal interface displays the incoming call as 'from a grey list' on the called terminal on one hand, and on the other hand, the terminal interface displays 'frozen answer' and hang-up on the other hand.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a terminal interface during a call with a user in a gray list according to the embodiment, and as shown in fig. 11, if "frozen answer" is selected, the terminal interface displays "confirmation deduction" and "hang-up" during the call.
If the called user confirms that the incoming call belongs to the defined harassing call, selecting 'confirmation deduction' on the terminal interface, finishing the deduction process by the operator platform, and automatically transferring the incoming call number to a blacklist; if the incoming call belongs to a harassing call defined by a non-called user in the call process or the called user does not select 'confirm deduction' before hanging up the call, the operator platform cancels the freezing charge.
In the future, similar functional applications can be introduced by the mobile phone AI app which possibly has deep learning user intention and habits, corresponding operations are directly executed according to three lists defined by the user, charges are directly deducted from incoming calls of blacklists, automatic answering and hanging up are carried out, listeners are not disturbed, and a behavior summary report of the day is provided only on the day to be presented to the user.
