It should be understood that, since the same mail account can be the sender or the receiver, when the terminal role is the sender, the steps executed by the sender terminal in this embodiment are executed; when the same terminal has the role of the receiving party, the steps executed by the receiving party terminal in the embodiment are executed. The method of this embodiment may be packaged as a plug-in to be stored in the storage medium, and the sender terminal or the receiver terminal may both install the storage medium.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided an email-based enterprise data exchange method, as shown in fig. 1, which implements control over a communication state of a document, including the following steps 101 to 104:
step 101: and after detecting that the mail sending request is triggered by the sender, the sender terminal automatically configures a transmission protocol for transmitting the mail based on the information of the electronic document in the mail to obtain an initial mail transmission protocol.
In this embodiment, the mail sent by the sender through the server may include one or more documents, and after the sender terminal triggers a mail sending request, the configuration of the transmission protocol may be automatically performed based on the information of the electronic documents in the mail. The information of the electronic document may include the document type (the type may be various, such as an invoice, a receipt, etc.) of the electronic document, an identification (such as a name) of each electronic document, and the like.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, automatically configuring a transmission protocol for transmitting the email, and obtaining an initial email transmission protocol includes: and expanding the protocol header of the original transmission protocol on the original transmission protocol of the mail.
In this alternative implementation, the original transmission protocol may be an email protocol commonly used for completing email transmission, such as an SMPT protocol, through which the transmission of the email can be realized. That is, the original mail transmission protocol may be an e-mail transmission protocol in the prior art, or may be an e-mail transmission protocol that is not disclosed in the future, and is not limited herein. The present embodiment is directed to extending the original mail transfer protocol to achieve the objectives of the present implementation.
During the expansion, the expansion can be performed on each part in the original mail transmission protocol, preferably, the protocol header of the original mail transmission protocol is expanded, and the expansion is implemented by means of an expansion field in the protocol header.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, extending the protocol header of the original transmission protocol includes: predefining a protocol header for expanding the original transmission protocol; at the time of automatic configuration, appending the predefined protocol header to an original transport protocol; and assigning a value to a preset field in the transmission protocol after the protocol header is added.
In this alternative implementation, at the time of configuration, an extended protocol header may be added to an original mail transport protocol, such as an SMTP transport protocol. Then, after the protocol header is added, the preset fields in the protocol header can be assigned based on the information related to the document in the e-mail.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the predefining and extending the protocol header of the original transmission protocol includes: defining an email identification field; defining an identification field of each document in the mail and a second preset field corresponding to each document; assigning a value to a preset field in the transmission protocol after the protocol header is attached comprises automatically assigning a unique identification value to the mail; and assigning a value to the identification field of the document based on the name of the electronic document in the mail.
In the optional implementation mode, a mail identification field can be defined during definition, the mail identification field is used for indicating the identity of a mail, and then when the mail is automatically assigned, the mail identification field is automatically assigned, and the uniqueness of the mail is expressed by assigning the field; through the unique identification mail, any mail can be identified in the mail exchange process, and further the management and control of the mail are realized.
Further, when a mail is transmitted, a document may be included in the mail as an attachment, and when the document is attached to the mail sent by the sender, it is determined that the progress of the response of the receiver to the document is an appeal of most senders in time, and the content of the mail (including the content of the document and the like) is fed back to the sender in time, which is also a requirement of the receiver. However, the related art does not address the technical pain points existing in the sender and the receiver. Therefore, during definition, an identification field of each electronic document can be further defined, the identification field of each electronic document is used for indicating the identity of each electronic document, and during automatic assignment, the field can be assigned based on the name of each document, so that the uniqueness of each document can be expressed. Illustratively, if the mail contains a plurality of documents, each document can be distinguished through the document identification field, so that the uniqueness of the documents is ensured, and further, the precise control of the documents in the mail is realized. For example, the document identification field is docID, and the value thereof may be an arbitrary value, such as the first document in the mail indicated by docID = 1. docID =2 may indicate the second document in the mail.
Further, at the time of definition, a second preset field, i.e., a status field, of each electronic document may also be defined, and the value of the status field is determined based on a parameter returned by the receiving terminal, for example, the status field may be defined as "ack", if it is not necessary to assign the value at the time of automatic configuration. The value of the field can indicate what kind of operation is performed on the content in the mail by the receiver, for example, when the ack value is a first preset value, it can indicate that the electronic document is received; when the value is a second preset value, it can indicate that the electronic document is read; when the value is a third preset value, it may indicate that the electronic document is fed back (e.g., confirmed, rejected, etc.).
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, a field of a type to which a document in an email belongs is defined, where a value is assigned to the field of the type of the document in a transmission protocol after the protocol header is attached; defining a field indicating receiver feedback information; defining a version number field, wherein assigning values to preset fields in the transmission protocol after the protocol header is added comprises: assigning a value to the version number field; and/or, define a field that indicates the recipient to return content.
In this optional implementation manner, different documents may have different types, such as invoices, receipts, and the like, a field indicating the document type may be predefined, and the field indicating the document type may be assigned with a value, and different values may indicate different types of documents, for example, the field indicating the document type is defined as t, and the value of t may be that einvoice represents that the document is the invoice type, or that quote represents that the document is the receipt type.
Further, different values of different version number fields may indicate different versions, e.g. V =1 indicates version 1 and V =2 indicates another version 2; different versions of the service may be mapped with a set of extensions (i.e., the contents of the protocol header) having different fields as previously described. Multiple sets of standard traffic fields may also be mapped. For example, different service types can determine a service field with a unique standard in different service versions, such as in version 1, if the mail content is an invoice type, the default service field is: b1 =.; b2 =.; each field is determined based on traffic data belonging to the mail, such as unit price, quantity, amount, etc., the value of which is configurable. Through standardized fields, the content of the document can be standardized, and different documents can be automatically distributed to different business systems for processing.
Further, after the receiving side reads the content of the mail, it may feed back specific information, so this embodiment defines a field (field of returned content) indicating to return specific information (e.g., msg), whose value may be the returned specific information, including information for the content of the mail returned by the receiving side, such as content related to unit price; or after the receiver fails to receive the mail, returning specific error information, such as a status code, to determine whether the reason is a network reason or a domain name reason.
Illustratively, with the above definition, the contents of the protocol header may be as follows: X-Control-Exchange v =1; t = einvoice; docId =588c72c8-2b61-11ed-a261-0242ac120002; ack =; msg = accepted; this is merely exemplary.
Step 102: and the sender terminal interacts with the server based on the initial mail transmission protocol so as to send the mail to a receiver.
In this embodiment, the initial mail transfer protocol completed based on the configuration can realize the transfer of the mail data between the sender and the receiver.
Step 103: and the sender terminal automatically receives the reply mail sent by the server through the target mail transmission protocol after the receiver terminal automatically returns the parameters to the server and the server updates the initial mail transmission protocol based on the returned parameters to obtain the target mail transmission protocol.
In this optional implementation manner, after the plug-in packaged by the method of this embodiment is installed in the receiving side terminal, the operation of the user on the electronic document in the mail may be automatically detected, and different parameters are returned to the server based on different operations, so that the server, after receiving the value, assigns the value to the file status field in the protocol header, obtains an updated target mail transmission protocol after assigning the value, and sends different reply contents, including pairs, to the sending side terminal based on the target mail transmission protocol.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the automatically returning the parameter to the server by the receiving side includes: the terminal of the receiving party automatically detects the operation of the user on the electronic document in the mail; and automatically returning parameters to the server based on the result obtained by the automatic detection.
In this optional implementation manner, after the receiving-side terminal receives the email sent by the server, the receiving-side terminal receives the email and can operate any document in the email, the operation can be divided into operations in three states of receiving, reading, and feeding back (for example, confirming, rejecting, and the like), and the operation can be determined as needed, which is not limited herein. After the plug-in of the method of the embodiment is installed and packaged, the receiver terminal can detect the operation of the user and return the parameters to the server based on the operation of the receiver.
Illustratively, the value of the return ack may be 1 if the recipient receives the mail, 2 if the user of the recipient opens the mail or the document, and 3 if the user of the recipient confirms the mail content. The value of ack may also be RECD indicating successful reception; READ indicates READ; ACCT indicates acceptance of document content, the content of fields, and the content of values, but is not limited thereto.
Step 104: after receiving the reply mail, the sender terminal analyzes the target mail transmission protocol to obtain an analysis result; and updating the state of the electronic document in the mail based on the analysis result.
In this embodiment, after receiving the reply email from the server, the sender terminal may parse the target email transmission protocol to obtain the value of the second preset field (status field) under each document identifier. The value of the second preset field is used as the change basis of the state of the electronic document, and the state of the electronic document is changed, such as a received state, a read state and a feedback state.
The embodiment is based on an open type electronic mail system and has globally unified operability. Nearly all enterprises are using email systems, with which enterprise data exchange is most easily implemented and landed. By defining the electronic data exchange state control standard of the embodiment, the standardization of enterprise data exchange is realized, and the problem that the common mail does not have state control is solved; the data exchange is realized by expanding the electronic mail system, so that the investment cost of enterprise software can be reduced to the maximum extent.
