Compared with the prior art, the immunochromatographic test paper provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: by adding an interception pad (filter pad) between the marker pad and the detection membrane, the filter pad can intercept most of 'micro-aggregation markers', thereby greatly reducing the baseline and the background interference; therefore, the sensitivity is improved, the specificity is reduced, the accuracy is improved, and finally the product performance is improved.

The cellulose nitrate membrane 3 is respectively coated with a detection antibody and a quality control antibody which are respectively used as a detection line 31 and a quality control line 32, and the membrane scratching concentration ratio between the detection antibody and the quality control antibody is (0.5-3): (0.5-3). The quality control antibody is an anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody, goat anti-chicken IgY, avidin or streptavidin.
