The side bottoms of the cleaning tank 8, the sterilizing tank 12 and the dewatering tank 11 are respectively provided with a water outlet which is horizontally and externally fixedly connected with the motor 10, and preferably, the motor 10 is provided with a valve which can discharge the liquid in the cleaning tank 8, the sterilizing tank 12 and the dewatering tank 11 at any time.
The driving mechanism and the hydraulic cylinder 4 are both connected with a PLC controller, preferably, the driving mechanism is a servo motor, the PLC controller controls forward and reverse rotation of the driving mechanism and extension and contraction of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 4, and the control is in the prior art and will not be repeated.
When the carpet drying device is used, the initial position of the drying device is shown above the cleaning box 8 in fig. 1, a worker places one end of a carpet into the curved electric heating pipe 7 from above the electric heating pipe 7, the other end of the carpet is outside the electric heating pipe 7 until the two ends of the carpet are flush, then the carpet is stretched out from the electric heating pipe 7 at the top along the curved shape, and the hanging of the carpet is completed, and at the moment, the two ends of the carpet are positioned near the electric heating pipe 7 at the lowest end (the carpet drying device can be applied to carpets with different sizes). The cleaning operation is started. The motor 9 is started, the connecting rod 19 rotates along with the output shaft 18, the stirring rod 20 is driven to stir and foam, then the motor 9 is stopped, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is started, the piston rod stretches out and contracts to reciprocate, the carpet is driven to circularly enter and leave the cleaning box 8 along with the electric heating pipe 7 through the in-out extrusion hole 14, the carpet is completely soaked by the carpet cleaning agent in the process, the cleaning effect is realized by continuously scraping and extruding at the in-out extrusion hole 14, and then the hydraulic cylinder 4 stops working.
Then the servo motor rotates positively, the driving slide block 3 moves rightwards along with the screw nut on the ball screw 2, and then the drying device is driven to move rightwards to the position above the fixed plate inlet and outlet hole 15 and the wringing hole 16, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is started, the piston rod performs extending and contracting reciprocating motion, and the carpet is driven to circularly enter and leave the wringing hole 16 along with the electric heating pipe 7, so that preliminary dehydration is completed. After that, the drying device moves to the right above the sterilizing box 12, after the sterilizing work is completed through the up-and-down movement of the carpet, the servo motor is reversed, the carpet is dehydrated for the second time after moving to the left above the dehydrating box 11, after the completion, the drying device returns to the initial position, the switch is closed, the electric heating pipe 7 is electrified to perform drying, and as the front surface and the back surface of the carpet are all covered on the surface of the electric heating pipe 7, the drying efficiency is high.
