Recyclable snow storage covering material
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of snow storage covering, in particular to a recyclable snow storage covering material.
Background
The snow storage means that the snow in the last winter is stored in a giant snow pile mode by utilizing heat insulation materials according to the principle of low environmental impact and economy so as to spend summer. Under the background of global warming, extreme weather and climate events frequently occur in recent years, and the snow affair guarantee work of outdoor snow field events is challenged. Therefore, development of artificial snow storage across seasons becomes particularly important. Snow is stacked together at the end of the last skiing season, melting of the snow is reduced by covering the surface layer of the snow pile with heat insulation materials, and the stored snow can be used for guaranteeing smooth performance of winter sports events or prolonging business time of ski fields before the next skiing season or under extreme weather conditions, so that more commercial benefits are obtained. When people are in warm winter or weather conditions cannot reach the ideal snow making state, the cross-season snow storage can ensure the normal business even the business ahead of the ski resort, increase the exercise time of athletes and also ensure the snow using safety of large-scale winter sports events. Therefore, the cross-season snow storage is developed into one of the important contents of modern management of the ski resort.
However, when the snow is stored in the cross-season at present, the used snow storage covering material generally cannot be reused when the covering material on the surface of the snow pile is removed in the whole hot summer, because the geotextile of the snow storage covering material adopted at present can be frequently frozen due to the cold emitted from the inside of the snow pile, so that the geotextile of the snow storage covering material is broken, the covering material needs to be frequently replaced by a new covering material, the covering material on the surface of the snow pile can be blackened due to the deposition of natural dust in summer, the albedo is reduced, and the covering material on the surface needs to be replaced even if the covering material on the surface is not damaged. It is therefore highly desirable for those skilled in the art to invent a reusable snow-storing cover material.

Further, the quantity of material body is more than 2, touch the snow layer with the width on reflection stratum is greater than or equal to the width on heat preservation, the length on reflection stratum, heat preservation and touch the snow layer equals.
Further, the long limit of heat preservation includes first long limit and the long limit of second, splicing mechanism includes draw-in groove and protruding structure, be equipped with a draw-in groove on the first long limit, be equipped with the protruding structure corresponding with the draw-in groove on the first long limit on the long limit of second.
Further, the width of the material body is 0.5m-2m, and the length of the material body is 1.5m-3m.
Further, the reflecting layer is made of a high-light reflecting material, and preferably an ultra-strong reflecting film. The ultra-strong reflecting film not only has high reflecting degree, but also has excellent wear resistance and low temperature resistance.
Furthermore, the heat-insulating layer is any one of an XPS extruded sheet, a polyurethane foam board and a phenolic foam board.
Further, the snow-contacting layer is a low-temperature resistant material, preferably a nanofiber material with molecular/nanometer multi-scale design. The nanofiber material is low-temperature resistant, has excellent hydrophobic property, can not be adhered to snow, is easy to recover, has good long-term stability, can be repeatedly used, and is not easy to be polluted.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the recyclable snow storage covering material is covered above the ice and snow by arranging the plurality of detachable material bodies comprising the reflecting layer, the heat insulation layer and the snow contact layer.
