Wherein, the first water pump 70 is preferably a high pressure water pump to deliver high pressure water to the components requiring high pressure water, such as the cleaning device or the self-cleaning spray rod 411, and when the high pressure water pump is connected with the clean water tank, the high pressure water pump is controlled to be switched on and off by a ball valve in the middle and impurities are filtered by a water filter; the high-pressure water pump is required to be connected with a plurality of parts at the same time, so that the high-pressure water pump is required to be connected in a structural form of a plurality of branch pipes, specifically, the water inlet end of the high-pressure water pump is connected with the clean water tank through a water inlet pipe, the water outlet end of the high-pressure water pump is connected with the clean water tank through a water outlet pipe, one end of the water outlet pipe, which is far away from the high-pressure water pump, is communicated with a plurality of branch pipes, and the branch pipes are independently connected with a plurality of water-requiring parts; the second water pump 80 is an electric diaphragm pump, and is driven by a vehicle-mounted battery power supply to suck water from the clean water tank 42 and pressurize and feed the water to the dustfall spray bar 432.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the maintenance cleaning mechanism 30 includes a water spraying frame 31, a fixed-point cleaning device 32, a position driving component for driving the water spraying frame 31 to move, and a rotation driving component for driving the fixed-point cleaning device 32 to rotate, and spray heads for spraying water are disposed on both the water spraying frame 31 and the fixed-point cleaning device 32. Specifically, the spray frame 31 includes a main spray bar and an angle spray, the main spray bar is provided with a fan-shaped high-pressure washing spray head, and the sprayed water curtain forms a continuous straight line on the ground. The angle jet is provided with a liquid column flow high-pressure washing spray head, and the sprayed water flow is columnar. Wherein, the position driving assembly can be two electric push rods which can stretch in the up-down direction and the left-right direction, so as to push the water spraying frame 31 to realize the movement in the left-right direction and the up-down direction. Wherein, fixed point belt cleaning device 32 is equipped with at least one liquid column flow high pressure washing shower nozzle, and the rotation driving assembly can drive fixed point belt cleaning device 32 and carry out rotary drive. In order to make the range of the water sprayed by the fixed-point cleaning device 32 wider, the rotary driving assembly can drive the fixed-point cleaning device 32 to rotate, so as to expand the cleaning range, wherein the rotary driving assembly includes the rotatable chassis 10 and a driving member for driving the chassis 10 to rotate, the fixed-point cleaning device 32 is mounted on the chassis 10, and when the driving member drives the chassis 10 to rotate, so as to drive the fixed-point cleaning device 32 to rotate, it should be noted that the driving member is a conventional rotary driving member in the prior art, for example, an output shaft of a motor is directly connected with the chassis 10 to drive the chassis 10 to rotate, and certainly not limited to the driving form mentioned in this application.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to realize three operation modes of the washing vehicle, a transmission control system 100 capable of driving corresponding mechanisms to operate is further required, and the transmission control system 100 includes:
a pulley assembly comprising a first pulley 101 and a second pulley 102 for rotating the first water pump 70 and the suction driving member 90, respectively;
the tail end of an output shaft of the power take-off assembly is provided with an electromagnetic clutch 103, and the electromagnetic clutch 103 is used for controlling the work of the first belt pulley 101 and the second belt pulley 102; and
and the control switch is electrically connected with the electromagnetic clutch 103 and used for controlling the electromagnetic clutch 103 to be electrified or deenergized.
And, an unloading valve is provided at an outlet of the first water pump 70.
When the washing vehicle works, firstly, the input shaft of the power take-off assembly is used for taking power from the flywheel end of the auxiliary engine 104, the tail end of the output shaft of the power take-off assembly is provided with an electromagnetic clutch 103, the electromagnetic clutch 103 is provided with two independent first belt pulleys 101 and a second belt pulley 102, and the two belt pulleys can rotate independently and simultaneously. The first belt pulley 101 is used for driving the high-pressure water pump to rotate, and the second belt pulley 102 is used for driving the fan to rotate through a transmission shaft in a fan bearing seat. When the control switch controls the electromagnetic clutch 103 to be powered, the first pulley 101 can be driven to rotate independently. When the electromagnetic clutch 103 is energized, the first pulley 101 and the second pulley 102 are driven to rotate simultaneously, and the rotation speed and the rotation direction are the same. A belt tensioner 105 is further included in cooperation with the second pulley 102, and a tensioner adjusting device is further provided near the second pulley 102 for adjusting the tightness of the belt, wherein the tensioner adjusting device may be a device for adjusting the tension of the belt, which is common in the prior art.
For the above preferred embodiments, in order to facilitate a more detailed understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, two newly added operation modes are further described as follows:
1) Sewage recovery system working corresponding to product operation 'sewage recovery mode'
When a user needs to use the cleaning cart body 21 to perform deep cleaning and needs to recover sewage, the control switch controls the electromagnetic clutch 103 to be electrified, and the high-pressure water pump and the fan work simultaneously. The high-pressure water pump outputs high-pressure water, the high-pressure water flows to the first spray rod 22 in the cleaning cart body 21 through a high-pressure pipeline, and 1 high-pressure nozzle is respectively arranged at two ends of the first spray rod 22. The first spray bar 22 is rotated at high speed around the center by the thrust force of the high-pressure water jet. The user pushes the wash cart body 21 slowly to form a continuous wash zone. After the fan works, a suction airflow is formed, and sewage generated by the cleaning cart body 21 is sucked into the sewage tank 41 through the sewage tank 41, the sewage suction pipe 412 and the sewage pipe 23 carried by the cleaning cart body 21, so that deep cleaning and sewage recovery are realized.
2) Garbage suction and pickup mode corresponding to product operation of garbage suction and pickup system
When a user needs to use the garbage suction and pickup device to suck and pickup garbage on the ground, the control switch controls the electromagnetic clutch 103 to be electrified, the high-pressure water pump and the fan are driven simultaneously, only in the mode, any path of high-pressure water is not opened, the automatic unloading valve arranged at the outlet of the high-pressure water pump is automatically opened, the high-pressure water flows back to the box body 40, and therefore the high-pressure water pump does not supply water to the outside. After the fan works, suction airflow is formed, and light garbage such as leaves, plastic bottles, paper clusters and the like is sucked into the garbage can 43 through the sewage box 41, the filter screen 433, the garbage can 43, the flow guide pipe 421 and the handheld suction pipe 50 and is collected in the garbage can 44 through gravity settling, so that the function of sucking and picking up the garbage is realized.

1. A washing vehicle, characterized by comprising a chassis (10) and mounted on said chassis (10):
the cleaning device comprises a maintenance cleaning mechanism (30) and a deep cleaning mechanism (20) which are used for cleaning the road surface;
the garbage suction and pickup device is used for sucking and picking up the garbage on the road surface;
the water supply mechanism is used for supplying high-pressure water to the cleaning device;
the sewage suction power mechanism is used for sucking sewage generated by the deep cleaning mechanism (20) or garbage sucked and picked at the garbage suction and pickup device; and
the transmission control system (100) is used for controlling the working states of the water supply mechanism and the sewage suction power mechanism so as to switch the working mode of the cleaning vehicle to a sewage recovery mode, a garbage suction mode and a road maintenance mode;
wherein, under the sewage recovery mode, the water supply mechanism and the sewage suction power mechanism work and are in power communication with the deep cleaning mechanism (20); in the garbage suction and collection mode, the sewage suction power mechanism works and is in power communication with the garbage suction and collection device; and in the pavement maintenance mode, the water supply mechanism works and is in power communication with the maintenance cleaning mechanism (30).
2. The washing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the washing vehicle further comprises a tank (40) provided on the chassis (10), the tank (40) comprising:
a clear water tank (42) for holding clear water;
the sewage tank (41) is used for recovering sewage, a sewage inlet is formed in the side wall of the bottom of the sewage tank, and the sewage inlet is communicated with the deep cleaning mechanism (20) through a sewage suction pipe (412); and
the garbage can (43) and the sewage tank (41) are arranged side by side along the width direction and used for containing the garbage sucked and picked up, a garbage introducing port (431) is formed in the side wall of the garbage can (43), and the garbage introducing port (431) is communicated with the garbage sucking and picking up device through a flow guide pipe (421).
3. The washing vehicle according to claim 2, wherein a trash can (44) is provided under the trash can (43), and a trash outlet is opened at a bottom of the trash can (43) so that the trash introduced from the trash inlet (431) of the trash can (43) is discharged to the trash can (44) through the trash outlet.

The cleaning vehicle of claim 2, characterized in that an air outlet (45) is opened at a joint of the waste water tank (41) and the garbage tank (43), the dirt suction power mechanism comprises a suction driving member (90) arranged at the air outlet (45), and the suction driving member (90) is used for sucking the waste water tank (41) or the garbage tank (43) to enable the waste water tank (41) or the garbage tank (43) to form a suction airflow.

The washing vehicle according to claim 2, characterized in that the box (40) further comprises a tool box (46), the garbage suction and pickup device comprises a handheld suction pipe (50), one end of the handheld suction pipe (50) is used for sucking and picking up garbage, the other end of the handheld suction pipe is communicated with the flow guide pipe (421), and the handheld suction pipe (50) can be stored in the tool box (46).

The washing vehicle of claim 2, characterized in that the deep washing mechanism (20) comprises a washing cart body (21) and a first spray rod (22) arranged in the washing cart body (21), wherein high-pressure nozzles are installed at two ends of the first spray rod (22), the first spray rod (22) is connected with the water supply mechanism through a high-pressure water path, a sewage pipe (23) is connected to the washing cart body (21), one end of the sewage pipe (23) is used for sucking dirt towards the ground, and the other end of the sewage pipe is communicated with the sewage suction pipe (412).

The washing vehicle according to claim 4, characterized in that a self-cleaning spray rod (411) is installed in the sewage tank (41) in both width and length directions, a dustfall spray rod (432) is installed in the garbage tank (43) near the top in the width direction, and the sewage tank (41) and the garbage tank (43) are isolated by an air-permeable partition (434).

The wash vehicle according to claim 7, characterized in that the water supply means comprises a first water pump (70) and a second water pump (80), the water inlet ends of the first water pump (70) and the second water pump (80) are both connected with the clean water tank (42), the water outlet end of the first water pump (70) is provided with an unloading valve and is connected with the washing device or the self-cleaning spray bar (411) through a high-pressure pipeline; the water outlet end of the second water pump (80) is pressurized and then connected with the dust fall spray rod (432).

The washing vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the maintenance washing mechanism (30) comprises a water spraying frame (31), a fixed-point washing device (32), a position driving assembly for driving the water spraying frame (31) to move, and a rotary driving assembly for driving the fixed-point washing device (32) to rotate, and spray heads for spraying water are arranged on the water spraying frame (31) and the fixed-point washing device (32).
10. The washing vehicle according to claim 8, characterized in that the transmission control system (100) comprises:
a pulley assembly comprising a first pulley (101) and a second pulley (102) for rotating the first water pump (70) and the suction drive member (90), respectively;
the tail end of an output shaft of the power take-off assembly is provided with an electromagnetic clutch (103), and the electromagnetic clutch (103) is used for controlling the work of the first belt pulley (101) and the second belt pulley (102); and
and the control switch is electrically connected with the electromagnetic clutch (103) and used for controlling the electromagnetic clutch (103) to be electrified or deenergized.
