The corroded steel structure not only influences the appearance, but also has potential safety hazards, and even equipment accidents and casualties can be possibly caused. Therefore, high attention is paid to the corrosion condition and corrosion prevention technique of steel, and it becomes important to develop a protective material that satisfies the corrosion prevention requirement of a special-shaped member.
Publication (bulletin) No.: CN106433265B discloses a graphene-based steel anticorrosive coating and a preparation method thereof. The steel anticorrosive paint is characterized by comprising, by mass, 50-60 parts of fluorinated acrylate, 30-35 parts of diphenyl ether resin, 10-15 parts of polyvinyl butyral resin, 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose, 15-25 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 0.2-0.8 part of a dispersing agent, 0.3-0.6 part of an anticorrosive agent, 0.6-1.2 parts of an adhesion promoter and 0.5-1.5 parts of graphene powder. The anticorrosive coating disclosed by the invention forms a layer of compact and hard protective film on the surface of steel, and the coating can be uniformly distributed on the surface of the steel, so that the surface of the steel is completely isolated from corrosive media in air, a good anticorrosive effect is achieved, and the anticorrosive performance and the adhesive force of the anticorrosive coating for the steel can be further improved.
