the top side of the upper floating disc assembly (1) and the bottom side of the lower floating disc assembly (2) are respectively provided with a pressing sealing assembly (4), and an upper penetrating cylinder (6) is movably inserted into the upper end of the pressing sealing assembly (4), and a lower penetrating cylinder (7) is movably inserted into the lower end of the pressing sealing assembly.
