The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, putting a silicon material on a screen plate 921 at the center of a pickling roller 92, then covering a sealing cover 91, pushing a pickling roller 9 inwards along a feeding bin 2, then lowering a clamping mechanism 7, enabling two clamping mechanisms 7 to be positioned at two sides of the pickling roller 9, fixedly clamping two ends of a fixed shaft 90 through the clamping mechanisms 7, lifting the pickling roller 9 through an electric telescopic rod 6, enabling a cross beam 5 to slide along a sliding rail 4, sending the pickling roller 9 into a pickling tank, closing a sealing door 3, lowering the pickling roller 9, enabling the fixed shaft 90 to be aligned with two support shafts, then pushing a second support shaft 82 through a second hydraulic cylinder 821, enabling a second connecting rod 902 on the fixed shaft 90 to be inserted into the second support shaft 82 and continuously pushing forwards, enabling a first connecting rod 901 to be inserted into a first support shaft 81, enabling an inserting rod 832 to be inserted into an insertion hole, fixing the pickling roller 9, loosening the clamping mechanism 7 and lifting; at this time, the driving motor 834 is started, the driving motor 834 drives the pickling roller 9 to rotate along the fixing shaft 90 through the matching of the driving gear 833 and the driven gear 831, and meanwhile, the first bump 95 in the pickling roller 9 slides along the sliding chute 931 on the surface of the cylinder 93, so as to realize the rotation and left-right swing of the pickling roller 92, thereby moving the silicon material, which can be further sieved in the pickling roller 92, and meanwhile, the turntable 14 rotates, and the turntable 14 drives the lifting frame 11 to move up and down through the driving rod 16, so that the spraying head 10 sprays towards the pickling roller 9, and the silicon material can be prevented from being clamped in the sieve mesh 922; and finally, after the pickling is finished, lowering the clamping mechanism 7 again, fixing the clamping fixed shaft 90, separating the pickling roller 9 from the two support shafts, drying the pickling roller, finally opening the sealing door 3, putting the pickling roller 9 on the feeding bin 2, and pushing the pickling roller out by the push plate 21.
