The second limiting plate 28 can prevent the second guiding rod 9 from rotating over the position, and when the swinging plate 25 is attached to the top of the second limiting plate 28, the second limiting plate 28 prevents the second guiding rod 9 from continuing to rotate, so that the connecting plate 7 is pushed by the elastic sheet 17 to rotate outwards quickly.
