本发明涉及一种灭蝇胶饵及其制备方法;其中制备方法包括用去离子水将0.3‑2%鱼腥素、0.05‑0.4%橙黄、0.1‑0.5%防腐剂搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液一;用适量的无水乙醇将0.01‑0.05%的粪臭素搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液二;将1.0‑6.0%杀虫悬浮剂悬浮剂、1‑5%鸡蛋加入备用液一中,搅拌均匀后获得备用液三;将10‑40%蔗糖、0.8‑5.0%胶基混合均匀后加入备用液三中并搅拌至凝胶状获得胶状物;将步骤二中获得的备用液二加入胶状物后获得灭蝇胶饵;本发明提供的一种灭蝇胶饵及其制备方法具有安全性高,对环境友好,适用于多种复杂场所的优点。

一种灭蝇胶饵及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生害虫防治领域,尤其涉及一种用胶基、诱食性饵基和杀虫悬浮剂来诱杀苍蝇的灭蝇胶饵及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术虽然公开了专利号为201610026105.3的一种含有噻虫胺和灭蝇胺的杀虫组合物及其应用,有效活性成分由第一活性成分噻虫胺与第二活性成分灭蝇胺组成,第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比是1:50~50:1,含量之和为所述组合物总重量的1%~80%。本组合物可配制成农业上允许的乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、微胶囊剂、颗粒剂、水剂剂型。本发明组分合理,对斑潜蝇、果实蝇效果好,且其杀虫效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂相比,除具有显著的杀虫效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,用药量减少,对作物安全性好。但由于人们渴望一种安全、使用方便、能快速有效诱捕杀灭苍蝇的方法,而灭蝇饵剂具有对靶标针对性强,用药量少的特点,是性价比较高的灭蝇方法。目前现有的灭蝇饵剂基本都采用引诱剂、面粉、糖粉、杀虫悬浮剂、水等混合后造粒再烘干而制得的粉状或颗粒状产品,由于易受潮,而且使用不够方便,从而限制了它的使用场合,存在以下缺陷:
1、由于造粒后再烘干,需要加热烘干水份,制造过程消耗能源较多;
2、粉状或颗粒状产品易滚动,或被风吹跑,易污染环境;
3、不方便投放在垂直面、面朝下的隐蔽处,限制了使用场合,且容易被孩子和宠物误食;
4、受潮或遇水会溶化,影响产品品质。
因此本发明提供了一种高效低耗,安全环保,适合多种场合使用并能迅速诱杀苍蝇的灭蝇胶饵及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种安全性高,对环境友好,适用于多种复杂场所,应用效果十分显著的灭蝇胶饵及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种灭蝇胶饵中各组分的重量百分比为:杀虫悬浮剂1.0-6.0%,蔗糖10-40%,粪臭素0.01-0.05%,鱼腥素0.3-2%,橙黄0.05-0.4%,鸡蛋1-5%,防腐剂0.1-0.5%,胶基0.8-5.0%,余量为去离子水。
对本发明提供的一种灭蝇胶饵做进一步的改进,所述杀虫悬浮剂包括啶虫脒、吡虫啉、呋虫胺中的一种或者多种。
对本发明提供的一种灭蝇胶饵做进一步的改进,所述杀虫悬浮剂是30%吡虫啉悬浮剂。
对本发明提供的一种灭蝇胶饵做进一步的改进,所述灭蝇胶饵包括蔗糖、粪臭素、鱼腥素、橙黄、鸡蛋中的一种或者多种组成的诱食性饵基。
对本发明提供的一种灭蝇胶饵做进一步的改进,所述诱食性饵基中各组分的重量百分比:蔗糖为25-35%,鱼腥素为1.5%,粪臭素为0.2%、橙黄为0.2%、鸡蛋为2.6%。
对本发明提供的一种灭蝇胶饵做进一步的改进,所述胶基可在黄原胶、瓜尔胶中任选一种或者多种。

步骤一:用去离子水将重量百分比为0.3-2%鱼腥素、0.05-0.4%橙黄、0.1-0.5%防腐剂搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液一;
步骤二、用适量的无水乙醇将重量百分比为0.01-0.05%的粪臭素搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液二;

步骤一:用73.2g去离子水将1.5g鱼腥素、0.2g橙黄、0.3g苯甲酸钠搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液一;
步骤二、用适量的无水乙醇将0.2g的粪臭素搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液二;
步骤三、将30%吡虫啉悬浮剂6g、2.6g鸡蛋加入步骤一获得的备用液一中,搅拌均匀后获得备用液三;

步骤一:用53.2g去离子水将1.5g鱼腥素、0.2g橙黄、0.3g苯甲酸钠搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液一;
步骤二、用适量的无水乙醇将0.2g的粪臭素搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液二;

实施例6
参照《GBT 13917.7-2009农药登记用卫生杀虫悬浮剂室内药效试验及评价第7部分:饵剂》的试验方法,将捕捉的苍蝇放入700mm×700mm×700mm的实验方箱中用上述实施例1-5中A、B、C、D、E制剂1g,分别作试验,不同时间击倒结果如表1。

从表1结果可见,该灭蝇胶饵对家蝇有很好的诱杀效果,同时蔗糖含量对灭蝇胶饵的初始效果很重要。
实施例7
用上述实施例5灭蝇胶饵20克,涂抹于垃圾房外墙上,检查1米范围内的死蝇数,以粘蝇板粘捕数量作为效果对照(在试验前用粘蝇板进行两天的家蝇密度调查),具体结果见表2。

表2结果表明,本发明灭蝇胶饵使用方便,在野外复杂环境中杀蝇效果也很好,可以很好的控制蝇虫的密度。
本发明提供了一种安全高效低耗的含水灭蝇凝胶,其各组分(重量百分比,各组分总和100%)包括杀虫悬浮剂1.0-6.0%,蔗糖10-40%,粪臭素0.01-0.05%,鱼腥素0.3-2%,橙黄0.05-0.4%,鸡蛋1-5%,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.5%,胶基0.8-5.0%,余量为去离子水。
综上所述,本发明的灭蝇胶饵,其安全性高,对环境友好,适用于多种复杂场所,应用效果十分显著。

Claims (4)

1.一种灭蝇胶饵的制备方法,灭蝇胶饵中各组分的重量百分比为:杀虫悬浮剂1.0-6.0%,蔗糖10-40%,粪臭素0.01-0.05%,鱼腥素0.3-2%,橙黄0.05-0.4%,鸡蛋1-5%,防腐剂0.1-0.5%,胶基0.8-5.0%,余量为去离子水,
其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:用去离子水将重量百分比为0.3-2%鱼腥素、0.05-0.4%橙黄、0.1-0.5%防腐剂搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液一;
步骤二、用适量的无水乙醇将重量百分比为0.01-0.05%的粪臭素搅拌至完全溶解,形成备用液二;
步骤三、将重量百分比为1.0-6.0%杀虫悬浮剂、1-5%鸡蛋加入步骤一获得的备用液一中,搅拌均匀后获得备用液三,所述杀虫悬浮剂是30%吡虫啉悬浮剂;
步骤四、将重量百分比为10-40%蔗糖、0.8-5.0%胶基混合均匀后加入上述步骤三中获得的备用液三中并搅拌至凝胶状,获得胶状物,所述胶基可在黄原胶、瓜尔胶中任选一种或者多种;
步骤五、将步骤二中获得的备用液二加入步骤四获得的胶状物中并搅拌均匀后获得灭蝇胶饵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭蝇胶饵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述灭蝇胶饵中各组分的重量百分比:蔗糖为25-35%,鱼腥素为1.5%,粪臭素为0.2%、橙黄为0.2%、鸡蛋为2.6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭蝇胶饵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶基是1%的黄原胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭蝇胶饵的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防腐剂包括苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、山梨酸钾中的一种或者多种。
