Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without making any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present application.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the scheme of the present application, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an agricultural greenhouse according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of a support rod and a water collecting tank provided in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of an open pipe clamp according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The application provides an agricultural greenhouse, which comprises a greenhouse framework 2 and a greenhouse film paved on the periphery of the greenhouse framework 2; wherein, the solar water heater 1 is arranged outside the shed framework 2, and the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the shed film; a spraying opening 5 is arranged in the shed framework 2, and the spraying opening 5 is communicated with a water outlet of the solar water heater 1.
The water inlet of the solar water heater 1 is closely attached to the outer surface of the greenhouse film, so that rainwater and snow water can slide down along the outer surface of the greenhouse film and enter the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 in the environments of rainfall, snowfall and the like. Because the outer surface of the greenhouse film is large in area and has a certain radian, even though objective limitations that the size of a water inlet of the solar water heater 1 is limited, the deviation between the rainfall direction and the opening direction of the water inlet is large, snow can not be melted quickly and the like exist, the greenhouse film can guide a large amount of rainwater and snow water to enter the water inlet of the solar water heater 1, and the solar water heater 1 can collect natural rainwater as much as possible.
Wherein, the radian of the outer surface of the greenhouse film means that the greenhouse film generates a curved surface radian because of being attached to the bent greenhouse framework 2. Even if the individual canopy frame 2 has a square frame structure, the canopy film attached to the canopy frame 2 has a shape of a combination of a plane and a plane, and the continuity of the outer surface of the canopy film does not affect the accumulation of much rainwater and snow water, and the rainwater and snow water are guided to flow in a specific direction. Obviously, the position of the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 on the outer surface of the greenhouse film is just in the path of the specific direction, so that rainwater and snow water flowing along the specific direction can quickly and efficiently enter the water inlet of the solar water heater 1.
The water outlet of the solar water heater 1 is communicated with the spraying port 5, the spraying port 5 is arranged in the shed framework 2, therefore, the agricultural greenhouse not only reasonably utilizes natural rainfall conditions to collect rain and snow to meet the irrigation requirements of plants in the greenhouse, but also can utilize solar energy to heat the rain and snow water collected in the solar water heater 1, and when the temperature of the rain and snow water is increased, the rain and snow water is sprayed into the greenhouse through the spraying port 5, the growth environment temperature of the plants in the greenhouse is properly increased, and the plants in the greenhouse can be guaranteed to normally grow in the rainy and snowy seasons.
To summer up visibly, the green house that this application provided can rational utilization nature precipitation and natural lighting, when temperature is suitable, collects a large amount of nature precipitation and satisfies the irrigation demand of plant in the canopy, when temperature is obviously low excessively, collects and heats nature precipitation and sprays the temperature of plant in order to improve the plant in the canopy.
In partial areas with sufficient precipitation and sufficient illumination, the agricultural greenhouse can realize self-sufficiency by utilizing natural precipitation and natural illumination; for some areas with limited precipitation and limited illumination, the agricultural greenhouse can be matched with a conventional well water and river water pumping system to meet the irrigation requirement, and meanwhile, the temperature of plants in the greenhouse is maintained by combining the heat preservation characteristic of the greenhouse.
The agricultural greenhouse provided by the application is further described with reference to the drawings and the implementation mode.
In some embodiments, the solar water heater 1 of the agricultural greenhouse is arranged on the sun surface of the greenhouse framework 2, and meanwhile, the vacuum pipes 11 of the solar water heater 1 are separated from the outer surface of the greenhouse film.
The solar water heater 1 is arranged on the sunny side of the shed framework 2 and can receive more solar radiation energy, so that the solar heating effect can be better exerted before and after raining and snowing seasons. The vacuum pipe 11 of the solar water heater 1 is separated from the outer surface of the greenhouse film, which mainly considers that the heat resistance of the greenhouse film is limited and the greenhouse film can insulate the plants in the greenhouse, therefore, if the vacuum pipe 11 is attached to the greenhouse film, not only the greenhouse film can be damaged, but also the parts of the plants in the greenhouse close to the vacuum pipe 11 and the greenhouse film are easy to be necrotic.
As can be seen from the above description of the embodiments, the shed film can guide rainwater and snow water to flow in a specific direction due to the continuity of the outer surface of the shed film regardless of whether the outer surface of the shed film has a curvature. Of course, considering the conventional structural shape of the canopy framework 2 and the guiding performance of the canopy film to rainwater and snow, in the embodiment provided by the present application, the canopy framework 2 is specifically configured as an arched framework, and accordingly, the canopy film laid on the arched framework presents an arched curved surface shape. Based on the arch shape of the greenhouse framework 2 and the greenhouse film, the solar water heater 1 of the agricultural greenhouse is attached to the middle part or the lower part of the greenhouse film, so that at least part of the arch surface of the arch framework is positioned above the water inlet, obviously, rain and snow accumulated on the arch surface can slide down into the water inlet along the greenhouse film, and the other surfaces of the greenhouse film lower than the arch surface can not guide the rain and snow to enter the water inlet.
When the greenhouse film adopts an arch structure, the greenhouse film has at least two common structures.
In one structure, the whole shed film is in an arch surface shape, at the moment, the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 can be attached to the middle part of the shed film, and the arch surface of part of the shed film is positioned above the water inlet; the water inlet can also be attached to the bottom of the greenhouse film, so that the arch surface of all the greenhouse films is positioned above the water inlet.
In another structure, the arch-shaped framework comprises two vertical frameworks 21 which are vertically distributed at intervals and an arc-shaped framework 22 connected between the two vertical frameworks 21; correspondingly, the greenhouse film comprises a plane greenhouse film attached to the vertical framework 21 and a cambered greenhouse film attached to the cambered framework 22. In this structure, the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 is often closely attached to the junction of the arc frame 22 and the vertical frame 21, and is also located at the junction of the flat greenhouse film and the arc greenhouse film.
No matter the whole shed film is in an arch surface shape but in a local arch surface shape, based on the special shape of the arch surface, the solar water heater 1 of the agricultural shed can be provided with two groups of water inlets which are respectively arranged at two ends of the arc surface framework 22 along the arc length direction and are also arranged at two ends of the shed film along the self arch bending direction. The two water inlets are communicated with the solar water heater 1, for example, the two water inlets are connected with the vacuum pipe 11 of the solar water heater 1, when natural rain and snow fall to the surface of the greenhouse film, the two water inlets can collect as much rain and snow accumulated on the arch surface of the greenhouse film as possible.
Furthermore, the vacuum tubes 11 of the solar water heater 1 may be used not only as heating elements for heating rain and snow, but also as supporting elements for enhancing the structural stability of the canopy framework 2. For example, the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 is arranged at the top end of the vacuum pipe 11, and the top end of the vacuum pipe 11 can be tightly attached and relatively fixed with the shed framework 2 because the water inlet is attached to the outer surface of the shed film; the bottom end of the vacuum pipe 11 can be positioned on the same working surface with the bottom end of the shed framework 2, so that the vacuum pipe 11 is obliquely supported between the working surface and the shed framework 2.
In some embodiments, the water inlet is provided with a filter screen. Impurities are mostly doped in the natural precipitation, and the impurities can be effectively screened out by a filter screen at the water inlet, so that the impurities are prevented from entering the solar water heater 1.
As mentioned above, the agricultural greenhouse provided by the present application collects and guides rain and snow into the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 by using the greenhouse film, so that the size of the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 does not need to be too large, and accordingly, the size of the filter screen disposed at the water inlet can be controlled within a reasonable range, which not only saves cost, but also reduces the installation difficulty of the filter screen, and can prevent the filter screen from being damaged by collision of large foreign matters due to the limited size of the water inlet.
In order to more flexibly utilize natural rain and snow to irrigate plants in the greenhouse and adjust the temperature of the plants in the greenhouse, on the basis of the various embodiments, the agricultural greenhouse provided by the application further comprises a spray pipe 3, a cold water inlet pipe 41 and a hot water inlet pipe 42. Wherein, the spray pipe 3 is provided with a plurality of spray openings 5 which can uniformly spray rainwater and snow water flowing through the solar water heater 1 to all positions in the shed; the cold water inlet pipe 41 and the hot water inlet pipe 42 are both arranged between the spray pipe 3 and the solar water heater 1, cold water in the solar water heater 1 flows into the spray pipe 3 through the cold water inlet pipe 41, and hot water in the solar water heater 1 flows into the spray pipe 3 through the hot water inlet pipe 42; the cold water inlet pipe 41 and the hot water inlet pipe 42 are provided with water inlet valves, and the water temperature in the spray pipe 3 can be adjusted by controlling the opening and closing states and the opening and closing time lengths of the two water inlet valves, so that water with proper temperature can be sprayed to the plants in the shed.
Because the water inlet of the solar water heater 1 is attached to the greenhouse film, in order to conveniently position and install the solar water heater 1, in the above embodiment, the solar water heater 1 is provided with a vacuum tube 11, and is also provided with a clamping piece 12 arranged on the top of the vacuum tube 11, and the clamping piece 12 is provided with a support rod 121, a water collecting tank 123 and an opening clamping tube 122; the opening of the opening clamping tube 122 is a side opening arranged on the local periphery side of the opening clamping tube, and the opening clamping tube 122 is separated from the support rod 121 and can be detached and installed with the support rod 121; the water collecting groove 123 is provided with the clamping member 12, one end of the water collecting groove 123 is exposed outwards, and the other end is communicated with the vacuum tube 11, in other words, the water collecting groove 123 is the water inlet mentioned above.
The opening clamping tube 122 and the supporting rod 121 are clamped and separated from each other, so that the clamping piece 12 and the shed film can be positioned, installed and detached. For example, a part of the greenhouse film may be adhered to the surface of the support rod 121, and the support rod 121 may be sleeved with the open clamping tube 122, so that the part of the greenhouse film may be clamped between the open clamping tube 122 and the support rod 121 which are clamped with each other.
When the clamping piece 12 is used for positioning and connecting the solar water heater 1 and the greenhouse film, the greenhouse film can be smoothly connected with the clamping piece 12, and rain and snow can be guided into the water collecting tank 123 of the clamping piece 12 by the greenhouse film. Meanwhile, the clamping piece 12 can also reliably position the greenhouse film, so that the positioning and mounting strength of the greenhouse film on the periphery of the greenhouse framework 2 is improved, and the greenhouse film is convenient to replace.
In addition, the solar water heater 1 also comprises a water storage tank 13 arranged at the top of all the vacuum tubes 11; the water storage cylinders 13 are distributed horizontally, and the water storage cylinders 13 are communicated with any vacuum tube 11. After rain and snow enter the solar water heater 1 from the water collecting tank 123 of the clamping piece 12, the rain and snow are heated in the vacuum tube 11 of the solar water heater 1 by using solar radiation energy, the heated water flows upwards and is temporarily stored in the water storage cylinder 13, and conversely, the low-temperature rain and snow which just enter the solar water heater 1 are positioned at the lower part of the vacuum tube 11.
The solar water heater 1, the water storage tank 13 and the vacuum tube 11 are only briefly described above, and reference may be made to the related prior art regarding the specific structure and functional principle of the solar water heater 1.
The agricultural greenhouse provided by the application is described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present application are explained herein using specific examples, which are provided only to help understand the method and the core idea of the present application. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the principle of the present application, the present application can also make several improvements and modifications, and those improvements and modifications also fall into the protection scope of the claims of the present application.
