In order to solve the problems of wrinkles, odor, etc. caused by washing of laundry and long-term exposure to the external environment, the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus, and referring to fig. 1, a detailed structural diagram of the laundry treating apparatus includes an operation control device 10, a steam generating structure 20, a blowing structure 30, a heating structure 40, and a drum 60.
Specifically, the operation control device 10 is used to control the steam generating structure 20, the blowing structure 30, the heating structure 40, and the drum 60, and thus these structures are electrically connected to the operation control device 10.
Wherein, the drum 60 is provided with an air inlet which is connected with the steam generating structure 20, so that the steam generating structure 20 generates steam and delivers the steam into the drum 60 through the air inlet under the control of the operation control device 10.
The drum 60 is further provided with an air inlet, which is connected to the blowing structure 30, so that the blowing structure 30 blows cold air into the drum 60 through the air inlet under the control of the operation control device 10. In addition, the blowing structure 30 is also connected to the heating structure 40, so that the heating structure heats the air sucked by the blowing structure 30 under the control of the operation control device 10 to provide hot air to the drum 60.
That is, the blowing structure 30 is always operated during the time when the air needs to be blown into the drum 60, and hot air is blown into the drum 60 during the operation of the heating structure 40, and cold air is blown into the drum 60 during the non-operation of the heating structure 40.
The drum 60 is further provided with a laundry inlet.
Based on the functional description of the respective structures described above, the control principle of the operation control device 10 is:
when clothes are put into the drum 60, the steam generating structure 20 is controlled to continuously supply steam to the drum 60 to remove wrinkles and peculiar smell on the clothes, then the blowing structure 30 is controlled to supply cold air to the drum 60 for a period of time to reduce the temperature of the system, and finally the blowing structure 30 and the heating structure 40 are controlled to supply hot air to the clothes in the drum 60 to dry the clothes.
The technical effects that can be achieved based on the above description are: the invention further provides cold air to the drum for a period of time to reduce the temperature of the system, thereby reducing the noise of the starting operation of other structures, and finally hot air is introduced to the clothes in the drum to achieve the aim of drying the clothes.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the laundry treatment apparatus may further include a filter 50, and the air outlet of the remaining drum 60 is connected to filter the attachments carried by the cold air and the hot air on the laundry.
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a laundry treatment method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to the operation control device 10 in the laundry treatment apparatus shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
step 201: steam is supplied to laundry in a drum of a laundry treating apparatus to remove wrinkles and smells from the laundry.
In an alternative embodiment, the material type of the clothes put into the drum by the user is obtained, the steam time period and the first heating time period are determined according to the material type, and the steam for the steam time period is continuously provided for the clothes in the drum.
In an alternative embodiment, a display panel is usually provided for the clothes processing device to be operated by the user, and the display panel is provided with various selection keys for processing programs and/or selection keys for types of clothes materials, for example, the display panel is provided with selection keys for types of clothes materials such as "shirt/silk/mink skin", "cashmere", "school uniform", "western/wind coat", "cotton/linen/large piece", and the like.
Based on the above, if the user opens the drum inlet to put in clothes, a signal that the clothes are put in the drum inlet is detected, then a selection signal for receiving a selection key for pressing the clothes material type on the display panel by the user is triggered, and the material type of the clothes put in by the user is obtained based on the received selection signal.
Before step 201 is executed, the steam operation parameters and the hot air operation parameters of the clothes with different material types may be determined in advance through an experimental calibration manner, and the steam duration and the first heating duration corresponding to each material type obtained through the experimental calibration are added to the control parameter library so as to facilitate subsequent direct searching and use.
Based on the above, the steam time and the first heating time corresponding to the material type selected by the user are searched in the pre-obtained control parameter library.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the steam time period indicates a time required for continuously supplying steam to the laundry in the drum. The first heating time is the time for providing hot air to the roller underwear.
Optionally, high-temperature steam may be supplied to the drum to sterilize, iron, heat, and smooth the fiber roughness while wetting the laundry.
It should be noted that different types of clothes made of different materials require different steam durations, for example, for the clothes of shirts, silks, marten, cashmere, and school uniforms, the clothes made of small fiber holes are not suitable for long-time steam, if the steam duration is too long, the clothes may be damaged, and for the clothes made of western-style clothes, wind-style clothes, cotton, hemp, and large pieces of clothes, the steam duration required to be passed is longer, so as to ensure the treatment effect.
Step 202: and providing cold air for a first preset time period in the roller so as to reduce the temperature of the system.
Based on the description of step 201, after the clothes in the drum are fumigated by the high-temperature steam, the temperature of the whole system is higher, if the clothes are dried by directly introducing hot air, the operation noise of other structures in the clothes treatment equipment is very high, particularly for a compressor in the system, a plurality of mechanical structures are arranged in the closed system, due to high-temperature expansion, the starting noise is very large, cold air is applied to the drum for a period of time, the temperature of the whole system is reduced, the noise of the starting operation of other structures is reduced, the clothes are dried by the hot air, and the operation noise of the whole system is very small.
Alternatively, the time for supplying the cold air to the drum may be set according to practical experience, for example, the preset time period may be set to 10 minutes.
Step 203: hot air is supplied to the laundry in the drum to dry the laundry.
Based on the above description of step 201, hot air may be continuously supplied to the drum underwear for a first heating time period to dry the laundry.
By adopting the above processing scheme, if the clothes are stained with oil, the cleaning agent can be coated on the area with the oil stain, after the clothes are wetted by steam and dried by hot air blowing, the light oil stain of the clothes can be further removed, and the mode is particularly suitable for the fur which is not suitable for washing.
In an optional embodiment, after the hot air is provided to the clothes in the drum, cold air can be provided for a second preset time period to reduce the temperature of the clothes, so that a user can take the clothes out of the drum without scalding and can directly try on the clothes.
Preferably, the second preset time period may be less than the first preset time period required for reducing the temperature of the system.
It should be noted that, during the whole process of treating the laundry, the drum may be controlled to rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction alternately, so that the laundry is in a shaking state all the time during the whole process, and the laundry treatment applying conditions (i.e. steam, cold air blowing, hot air blowing) are ensured to be fully contacted with the laundry, thereby achieving the best treatment effect.
In practice, the drum may be rotated in reverse for a period of time at regular intervals.
For example, the drum is reversely rotated once every 5 minutes.
To this end, the processing flow shown in fig. 2 is completed, and through the processing flow shown in fig. 2, wrinkles and peculiar smell on the clothes are removed by introducing steam to the clothes in the drum, at this time, the temperature of the drum rises, so that the system temperature of the clothes processing equipment is also high, and when other structures in the equipment start to operate, the noise is large, the invention further introduces cold air to the drum for a period of time to reduce the system temperature, thereby reducing the noise when other structures start to operate, and finally, hot air is introduced to the clothes in the drum to achieve the purpose of drying the clothes.
The second embodiment:
fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another clothes treating method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, the clothes treating method includes the following steps:
step 301: and obtaining the material type of the clothes in the drum.
For the process of the step 301, reference may be made to the relevant description in the above embodiment, and the description of the present invention is not repeated herein.
Step 302: and determining whether the roller needs to be preheated according to the material type, if so, executing step 303, and if not, executing step 304.
In an alternative embodiment, since the clothes belonging to the large fiber hole type have a large surface fiber hole ratio, such as suits/fanning clothes and cotton/linen/large pieces, the clothes are not easy to be penetrated by steam directly at normal temperature, while the clothes belonging to the small fiber hole type have a small surface fiber hole ratio, such as shirts/silks/mink skins, cashmere and school uniforms, and the steam is easy to penetrate into the clothes even if the clothes are penetrated by steam at normal temperature.
Based on the above, if the material type belongs to the large fiber hole type, the roller needs to be preheated; if the material type belongs to the small fiber hole type, the roller is determined not to be required to be preheated.
Step 303: and acquiring a second heating time corresponding to the material type, and continuously providing hot air in the second heating time into the roller.
Wherein the second heating time period is a time period for supplying hot air into the drum to preheat the drum.
In this embodiment, in order to further enhance the processing effect of the laundry, the drum may be preheated in advance to enhance the effect of subsequently introducing steam into the laundry, thereby promoting the effect of drying the laundry with hot air.
In some embodiments, for the obtaining process of the second heating duration corresponding to the material type, an experimental calibration mode may also be adopted, and the corresponding second heating duration is set in advance for the material type belonging to the macro-fiber pore class, so that the second heating duration corresponding to the material type may be directly obtained.
Further, the preheating time required for different material types is also different, for example, the preheating time required for the material types of the suit/the wind coat is shorter than the preheating time required for the material types of the cotton/the linen/the heavy piece.
Step 304: and determining the steam time and the first heating time according to the material type, and continuously providing the steam for the steam time into the drum so as to remove wrinkles and peculiar smell on the clothes.
Step 305: and providing cold air for a first preset time period in the roller so as to reduce the temperature of the system.
Step 306: the hot wind is continuously supplied to the drum underwear for a first heating time period to dry the laundry.
For the process from step 304 to step 306, reference may be made to the relevant description in the above embodiments, and the description of the present invention is not repeated herein.
To this end, the processing flow shown in fig. 3 is completed, and through the processing flow shown in fig. 3, in order to further enhance the processing effect of the laundry, the drum is preheated for a period of time in advance to enhance the effect of subsequently introducing steam into the laundry, so as to better remove wrinkles and odor molecules on the laundry.
Example three:
fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of another clothes treating method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and based on the embodiments illustrated in fig. 2 to 3, as shown in fig. 4, the clothes treating method includes the following steps:
step 401: the steam is supplied to the laundry within the drum to remove wrinkles and smells from the laundry.
Step 402: and providing cold air for a first preset time period in the roller so as to reduce the temperature of the system.
For the process from step 401 to step 402, reference may be made to the relevant description in the foregoing embodiment, and details of the present invention are not repeated herein.
Step 403: the hot air and the cold air are alternately blown to the clothes in the drum in a circulating way, so that the clothes are dried while attachments, peculiar smell and wrinkles on the clothes are better removed.
The clothes wetted by the steam are blown by the cold and hot air alternately and circularly, peculiar smell molecules such as non-lasting curing dust mites, smoke smell, hot pot smell and the like and attachments attached to the clothes can be taken away by the cold and hot air alternately and circularly, and meanwhile, wrinkles and fiber roughness on the clothes can be smoothed under the action of the cold and hot air blowing beating, so that the clothes are fluffy and soft, namely the clothes can be worn immediately, and the light dry cleaning treatment function of the clothes is realized.
It should be noted that, as for the cold and hot air alternating manner, hot air may be blown first and then cold air may be blown, or cold air may be blown first and then hot air may be blown, which is not specifically limited in the present invention.
It should be further noted that, in the process of blowing cold air and hot air alternately to clothes, the time for blowing hot air each time may be different, and correspondingly, the time for blowing cold air each time may also be different.
So far, accomplish the processing procedure shown in above-mentioned figure 4, through the processing procedure shown in figure 4, after providing steam, cold wind to the cylinder, carry out cold and hot wind circulation in turn and blow the dozen to the clothing to further get rid of the attachment and the peculiar smell molecule on clothing surface, blow and beat the clothing in-process, the supplementary steam that has let in can go deep into the clothing, smooths the fibre hair and is rough, gets rid of the fold, makes the clothing fluffy more soft.
Example four:
fig. 5 is a detailed flow chart of a clothes treating method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and based on the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 4, as shown in fig. 5, the clothes treating method includes the following steps:
step 501: and acquiring the material type of the clothes put into the drum by the user.
Step 502: and determining whether the roller needs to be preheated according to the material type, if so, executing step 503, and if not, executing step 504.
Step 503: and acquiring a second heating time corresponding to the material type, and continuously providing hot air in the second heating time into the roller.
Step 504: the steam time and the first heating time of the laundry are determined according to the material type.
Step 505: continuously supplying the steam to the drum laundry for a long time to remove wrinkles and smells on the laundry.
Step 506: and providing cold air for a first preset time period in the roller so as to reduce the temperature of the system.
Step 507: and continuously providing hot air for the first heating time period to the clothes in the drum, or alternatively and circularly blowing hot air and cold air to the clothes in the drum.
Step 508: and providing cold air for a second preset time period into the drum to reduce the temperature of the clothes.
For the processes of step 501 to step 508, reference may be made to the relevant descriptions in the above embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
Based on the clothes treatment schemes described in the above embodiments, an exemplary description is given below of specific treatments of clothes of various material types, as shown in table 1 below, five material types of shirts/silks/mink skins, cashmere, school uniforms, suits/fanning clothes, and cotton/big clothes are given, for the material types of suits/fanning clothes and cotton/big clothes, which belong to the big fiber hole type, heating is required for a certain time before steaming, and the heating time of the material type of suits/fanning clothes is shorter than that of the material type of cotton/big clothes. .
