Abstract
The invention discloses a lifting type operation station, which comprises a fixed frame, an operation station, an electric push rod and a cable groove, wherein the fixed frame is fixed on the operation station; the fixed frame is used for bearing each part and is provided with a chute for lifting the operation station; the operation station is arranged on the fixed frame and is connected with the fixed frame in a sliding way through the lifting frame; the push rod at the other end of the electric push rod is connected with the lifting frame of the operating station; the electric push rod pushes the operation station to move along the sliding groove of the fixing frame through the push rod; the cable duct and the operation station are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixing frame, and the cable duct is used for placing cables for supplying power to the operation station. The electric lifting device has the advantages that the electric lifting function is realized by the electric push rod, the requirements of operation maintenance personnel with different heights can be met, and therefore the adjustment and modification of repeatedly modifying the height of the operation station, increasing the steps and the like are reduced.

In view of the above, it is desirable to design an operation station with adjustable height, which can satisfy the use of operators with different heights, and reduce the number of modifications such as repeatedly modifying the height of the operation station and increasing steps.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a lifting type operation station, which has an electric lifting function by utilizing an electric push rod and can meet the requirements of operation and maintenance personnel with different heights, thereby reducing the rectification of repeatedly modifying the height of the operation station, increasing the steps and the like.

one end of the electric push rod is arranged on the supporting bottom plate at the bottom of the fixing frame, and the push rod at the other end of the electric push rod is connected with the lifting frame of the operating station; the electric push rod pushes the operating station to move along the sliding groove of the fixing frame through a push rod;
the cable duct with the operation station branch is located the both sides of mount, this cable duct is used for placing the cable for the operation station power supply.
Preferably, the fixing frame comprises a chute frame and balance frames symmetrically arranged on two sides of the chute frame;
the sliding chutes are symmetrically arranged on the sliding chute frame;
the supporting bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the chute frame.

Preferably, the maximum effective stroke of the push rod on the electric push rod is 600mm.

The lifting operation station has the following beneficial effects:

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way.
The lifting operation station adopts the electric push rod as the lifting power of the operation station, although the electric push rod technology is mature at present, the electric push rod has wide application in the industry and the household appliance industry; however, the application in the field of port cranes is still relatively few, and the field of port cranes mostly uses traditional hydraulic push rods, so that an electric push rod is adopted in an operation station of a port machine to enable the operation station to have an electric lifting function.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the lifting operation station provided by the present invention includes a fixed frame 1, an operation station 2, an electric push rod 3, and a cable trough 4. Wherein the fixed mount 1 is used for bearing each part, the fixed mount 1 is provided with a chute 14 for the operation station 2 to go up and down; the operation station 2 is arranged on the fixed frame 1, and the operation station 2 is connected with the fixed frame 1 in a sliding way through the lifting frame 21. One end of the electric push rod 3 is fixed on the supporting bottom plate 13 at the bottom of the fixing frame 1, and the push rod 31 at the other end of the electric push rod 3 is connected with the lifting frame 21 of the operation station 2; the electric push rod 3 pushes the operation station 2 to move along the sliding chute 14 of the fixed frame 1 through the push rod 31. The cable trough 4 and the operation station 2 are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixing frame 1, and the cable trough 4 is used for placing cables for supplying power to the operation station 2. The lifting operation station of the invention utilizes the extension and retraction of the push rod 31 on the electric push rod 3 to enable the operation station 2 to have the electric lifting function, on one hand, the safety of the debugging process can be increased, the dangerous behaviors of raising operation and the like due to the overhigh operation station 2 are reduced, and on the other hand, the equipment can be more personalized; meanwhile, the lifting operation station can meet the requirements of debugging, operation and maintenance personnel with different heights, reduces the repeated height modification of the operation station 2, increases the steps and other modifications, enables the product to be more personalized, and further develops the market.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing frame 1 includes a chute frame 11 and balance frames 12 symmetrically disposed at two sides of the chute frame 11; the balance frame 12 is composed of a sloping plate connected with the lower part of the chute frame 11 and a transverse plate connecting the sloping plate with the upper part of the chute frame, and the three form a stable triangular structure. Wherein the sliding chutes 14 are symmetrically arranged on the sliding chute frame 11; the supporting bottom plate 13 is arranged at the bottom of the chute frame 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the lifting frame 21 is provided with a slide block 22 matched with the slide groove 14 so that the operating platform can move along the slide groove 14 of the fixed frame 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the maximum effective stroke of the push rod 31 on the electric push rod 3 is 600mm; the motor of the electric push rod 3 adopts a servo motor, the servo motor is powered by 220V alternating current, and the servo motor can be randomly hovered at any position in the effective stroke.
In a specific embodiment, the operation station 2 is provided with a lifting button for controlling a servo motor of the electric push rod 3, and the lifting button is connected with a communication module for controlling the servo motor in the operation station 2. The lifting button is arranged at the bottom or the lower part of the operation station 2, and smooth electric adjustment is carried out through the lifting button, so that the working noise is low; the lifting button comprises a lifting button and a descending button; the lifting button is used for controlling the push rod 31 of the electric push rod 3 to extend, so that the operation station 2 is pushed to lift (see fig. 3); the descending button is used for controlling the retraction of the push rod 31 of the electric push rod 3, so as to drive the operation station 2 to descend.
Referring to fig. 2, the cable is connected to the operation station 2 through a flexible transition cable 5, wherein the flexible transition cable 5 may be a rubber flexible transition cable, such as a cable type of CEFR, H07, and the like, and to ensure the protection level of the operation station 2, the flexible transition cable 5 is led out from the cable trough 4 and enters the bottom of the operation station 2 through a stuffing box lead-in manner; before the flexible transition cable 5 enters the stuffing box at the bottom of the operation station 2, enough allowance needs to be reserved, and when the operation station 2 is placed to rise to the highest position, the cable allowance is insufficient.
The push rod 31 on the electric push rod 3 shown in fig. 3 is shortened to the minimum (the operation station 2 is at the lowest position), when the height of the operation station 2 needs to be increased, the lifting button is pressed, the push rod 31 of the electric push rod 3 extends out, the operation station 2 can be driven by the electric push rod 3 to lift, and the button is released to stop. When the height of the operation station 2 needs to be lowered, the descending button is pressed, the push rod 31 of the electric push rod 3 retracts, the operation station 2 can descend under the driving of the electric push rod 3, and the operation station stops when the button is released.
In summary, the liftable operating station of the invention can be widely used in various occasions where port machinery equipment needs to adjust the height of the operating station to meet different height requirements, such as a cart operating station, a machine room operating station, a pitching operating station, and the like.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

1. A lifting type operation station is characterized by comprising a fixed frame, an operation station, an electric push rod and a cable groove;
the fixed frame is used for bearing each part, and a sliding groove for lifting the operation station is arranged on the fixed frame;
the operating station is arranged on the fixed frame and is connected with the fixed frame in a sliding way through the lifting frame;
one end of the electric push rod is arranged on the supporting bottom plate at the bottom of the fixing frame, and the push rod at the other end of the electric push rod is connected with the lifting frame of the operating station; the electric push rod pushes the operating station to move along the sliding groove of the fixing frame through a push rod;
the cable duct with the operation station branch is located the both sides of mount, this cable duct is used for placing the cable for the operation station power supply.
2. The lift station of claim 1, wherein the fixed frame comprises a chute frame and a balance frame symmetrically disposed on both sides of the chute frame;
the sliding chutes are symmetrically arranged on the sliding chute frame;
the supporting bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the sliding groove frame.
3. The elevating operator station as set forth in claim 1, wherein the elevating frame is provided with a slider that fits the chute.
4. The lift station of claim 1, wherein the maximum effective stroke of the push rods on the power rams is 600mm.
5. The lift station of claim 1, wherein the motor of the power ram is a servo motor powered by 220V ac.
6. The elevating operator station as set forth in claim 5, wherein the operator station is provided with a lift button for controlling the electric putter servo motor, the lift button being connected to a communication module in the operator station for controlling the servo motor.
7. The lift station of claim 6, wherein the lift buttons comprise a raise button and a lower button; the lifting button is used for controlling a push rod of the electric push rod to extend out so as to push the operating station to lift; the descending button is used for controlling the push rod of the electric push rod to retract, so that the operating station is driven to descend.
8. The lift station of claim 1, wherein the cable is connected to the station by a flexible transition cable which exits the cable trough and enters the station by stuffing box entry.
