When the stroller is folded, as shown in fig. 20 to 25, the extending directions of the push handle bar 113, the front wheel bracket 111 and the rear wheel bracket 112 are substantially the same, the upper end portion of the push handle bar 113, the lower end portion of the front wheel bracket 111 and the lower end portion of the rear wheel bracket 112 are close to each other, and the front wheel assembly 2 and the rear wheel assembly 3 are overlapped in the left-right direction, so that the stroller has a minimum volume and is convenient to transport and carry.

a first locking device having a locking operation state in which the push handle lever is prohibited from rotating with respect to the front wheel bracket and/or the rear wheel bracket and an unlocking operation state in which the push handle lever is permitted to rotate with respect to the front wheel bracket and/or the rear wheel bracket;
the child stroller is provided with a forward using state and a backward using state, and when the first locking device is in an unlocking working state, the push handle rod rotates forwards or backwards relative to the front wheel bracket and the rear wheel bracket, so that the child stroller is changed between the backward using state and the forward using state; in the process of changing the backward use state and the forward use state, the upper end part of the folding pull rod and the lower end part of the push handle rod are connected in a sliding and rotating way along the sliding groove; in the backward use state and when the first locking device is in the unlocking working state, the frame is allowed to be converted from the unfolding state to the folding state; in the forward use state and when the first locking device is in the unlocking working state, the frame is allowed to be converted from the unfolding state to the folding state.

4. The stroller as recited in claim 1, wherein the rear wheel frame has a partial circular guide slot formed in an upper end thereof, the partial circular guide slot being disposed around the central pivot axis.

the child stroller comprises a front wheel support, a rear wheel support, a front locking hole, a first locking device and a second locking device, wherein the front locking hole is formed in the upper end of the front wheel support or the upper end of the rear wheel support, the hole opening direction of the front locking hole is the radial direction of the central rotating shaft, and when the child stroller is in the forward use state, the lock tongue is inserted into the front locking hole, and the first locking device is in a locking working state;

9. The stroller as recited in claim 1, wherein a cross-link is connected between said side frames.
10. A method of collapsing a stroller according to claims 1-9, wherein said stroller is operable to transition from said collapsed position to said expanded position in either said rearward or forward use positions with said first and second locking means in said unlocked operative positions.
