A foldable seat frame for children's carriage according to claim 8, wherein said locking device (100) comprises a left housing (110) at the lower end of the handle bar (3) and a right housing (120) at the upper end of the support bar (2) and capable of rotating relative to the left housing (110), said left housing (110) and right housing (120) enclose a cavity, said cavity is provided with a rotating block (130) capable of rotating therein and a spline (140) capable of moving laterally therein, said rotating block (130) is circumferentially arrayed with a plurality of inclined protrusions (131) having inclined planes, said spline (140) is provided with a plurality of inclined slots (141) capable of cooperating with the inclined protrusions (131) and driving the spline (140) to move laterally when the rotating block (130) rotates, said left housing (110) and right housing (120) are provided with slots (150) capable of engaging with the spline (140) simultaneously, a spring (160) enabling the spline (140) to reset is arranged between the spline (140) and the right shell (120), and a pull rope (170) used for pulling the rotating block (130) to rotate is arranged in the handle rod (3).
