Description

Series welding machine and battery series welding method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of battery production, in particular to a series welding machine and a battery series welding method.
Background
The traditional solar cell slice guides the photo-generated current in the cell slice to the outside of the cell slice through the grid lines on the traditional solar cell slice, the current grid lines are mostly printed by silver paste in consideration of the final conductivity, and the solar cell slice is divided into three main grids, four main grids and multiple main grids according to different printing processes.
For the solar cell with three main grids, four main grids and multiple main grids, a plurality of welding strips are respectively welded with the main grid lines of the solar cell by using soldering flux at present, so that a cell string formed by connecting a plurality of cells in series is obtained, and finally, conversion from light energy to electric energy is realized. However, the battery string obtained by welding the welding strip and the main grid line has a large shading area, influences the photoelectric conversion efficiency, and has high silver paste cost. In order to overcome the above problems, crystalline silicon solar cells have appeared.
The existing method for stringing the battery pieces is as follows: and dispensing glue on the battery pieces when the battery pieces and the welding band groups are stacked. And then, heating and pressing the stacked battery plates and the welding band groups to enable the welding band groups to be bonded on the corresponding battery plates through the melted glue, so that the battery string is obtained.
The existing battery piece stringing mode has the defect that firm bonding between the battery piece and the welding strip cannot be realized by glue during the process of stacking the battery piece and the welding strip, so that the quality of a battery string is reduced.
