after a wheel hub blank is pretreated, correctly installing a combined protection tool on a wheel hub to be color-sprayed, and simultaneously pasting an aluminum foil on a back cavity of a color register window of the wheel hub for shape following protection to completely cover the wheel hub;
step two, polishing and cleaning the appearance inside and outside the chromatography window, spraying a first colored paint, matching a spraying tool with a pressure reducing valve by adopting a diaphragm pump spray gun, taking down the combined protection tool after spraying, inspecting and polishing the appearance of the hub, and reworking an unqualified product;
thirdly, after the inspection is qualified, aluminum foils are adhered to the front side and the back cavity of the window at the first colored paint spraying position for conformal protection, a second colored paint is used for spraying the hub, the defects of the sprayed surface are inspected and polished after the spraying, and the unqualified product is reworked;
tearing off the aluminum foils on the front side and the back cavity of the window, checking whether the quality of the first colored paint is polluted or not, and reworking unqualified products;
step five, using the glue wiping agent to carry out glue removing treatment on the pasting position;
