The technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the attached drawings in an embodiment of five groups of filter plate opening and closing mechanisms of a large-scale high-efficiency filter press and an operation procedure thereof, and the described embodiment is only a preferred part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments that are not inventive by those skilled in the art, such as five groups of filter plates with the same pulling-open manner and similar structure, and the operation procedures thereof, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1

The second to fifth plate pulling devices 2 to 5 are driven by the plate pulling motor 6 to rapidly pull open the corresponding second to fifth groups of filter plates 32 to 35 respectively from the second to fifth times, and include the second plate pulling device 2, the third plate pulling device 3, the fourth plate pulling device 4 and the fifth plate pulling device 5; the mutual structures are the same, but the installation positions are different from the connected grouping filter plates 26; taking the second and third pulling plate devices 2 and 3 as examples, the pulling plate devices respectively comprise a pulling plate motor 6, a double-chain transmission device, a filter plate connecting chain 11, a filter plate chain hanging piece 12 and a grouping filter plate handle 13; for rapidly pulling apart the second through fifth groups of filter plates 32-35, respectively, while simultaneously pulling together the upper group of filter plates 26.
The plate pulling motor 6 is a YVF2-90L-4 type speed reducing motor (the second to fifth plate pulling devices 2-5 are respectively provided with one plate pulling motor 6) which respectively and independently drives the second to fifth plate pulling devices 2-5, and comprises a motor and a speed reducer, and the speed reducer is provided with an output shaft and a chain wheel. The double-pulling plate motors 6 of the second pulling plate device 2 and the third pulling plate device 3 are respectively arranged at the lower part of the tailstock 28 and are respectively linked with the double-long-shaft linkage device 7 and a communicated PLC program control system; the double pulling plate motors 6 of the fifth pulling plate device 4 and the fifth pulling plate device 5 are respectively arranged at the lower part of the machine head thrust plate 27 and are respectively linked with the double long shaft linkage device 7 and the communicated PLC program control system; a double chain transmission device for driving the second to fifth pulling plate devices 2-5 respectively.

Third and fifth installation of the pulling plate devices 4 and 5: the double-pulling-plate motor 6 is respectively arranged at the lower part of the nose thrust plate 27 and is respectively connected with the double-long-shaft linkage device 7 and the communicated PLC program control system; the double-long-shaft linkage device 7 is alternately arranged on the head ends of the double main beams 25, the four short-shaft displacement devices 8 respectively penetrate through the double main beams 25 and are arranged on the head ends of the double main beams 25 in a staggered manner (two short-shaft displacement devices 8 are arranged at the head end of each main beam 25), and the four driven half-shaft devices 9 are respectively alternately arranged at corresponding positions in the middle and outside of the double main beams 25 (two driven half-shaft devices 9 are arranged in the middle of each main beam 25) and are equal to the short-shaft displacement devices 9 in height; the third-stage pulling plate chain is connected with the eccentric short shaft displacement device 8, the driven half shaft device 9 and the grouped filter plate handles 13 of the fourth group of filter plates 34 to form a fourth pulling plate device 4 which can pull the fourth group of filter plates 34 apart and pull the third group of filter plates 33 together; the third-stage plate pulling chain is connected with the left short-shaft deflection device 8, the driven half-shaft device 9 and the grouped filter plate handles 13 of the fifth group of filter plates 35 to form a fifth plate pulling device 5, and the fifth group of filter plates 35 can be pulled open and the fourth group of filter plates 34 can be pulled close.

(4) Pulling the fourth set of filter plates 34 open: after the third group of filter plates 33 are pulled open and unloaded, the plate pulling motor 6 of the fourth plate pulling device 4 is automatically started to drive the double-chain transmission device to pull open the fourth group of filter plates 34 and pull close the third group of filter plates 33;
