1. The production and manufacturing method of the chronic rebound memory pillow is characterized by comprising the following production and manufacturing steps of:
s1: granulating, namely preparing a base material and a treating agent, uniformly mixing according to the mass ratio of 10;
s2: mixing, namely putting the obtained master batch into a hot melting machine for hot melting, filtering the hot-melted master batch, making the hot-melted master batch into a solid block, and hollowing the inside of the solid block until a cavity is hollowed out to obtain the pillow;
s3: adding traditional Chinese medicines, sewing a string bag on the side surface of the pillow, putting prepared health products into the string bag, and completely and tightly sewing the string bag and the pillow;
s4: removing impurities from fillers, namely preparing silk, and sieving the silk by using an automatic sieving machine to remove solid foreign matters and fine silk scraps;
s5: washing the filler with water, namely putting the silk into water for elutriation, wherein the elutriation frequency is 2-4 times until no dirt remains on the surface of the silk;
s6: screening fillers, randomly and manually carrying out spot check on the silk, taking out a part of the silk by hand, then placing the silk in the sun for observation, changing four angles for repeated observation, continuing the next step after confirming that no stain remains, and returning to the step S4 for treatment if the stain remains;
s7: drying the filler, placing the silk in an open air environment for insolation for 1-2h, putting the silk into a warehouse, and drying the silk in a dryer at 110-120 ℃ for 1-2h;
s8: filling the pillow, filling the silk obtained in the step S7 with a small amount of additives into the cavity inside the pillow, and then sewing to obtain the finished product.
2. The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S1, the base material is latex, and the treating agent includes any one of a silica gel surface treating agent and PE wax.
3. The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S2, the volume of the cavity is one third of the volume of the solid block.
