s3: adding traditional Chinese medicines, sewing a string bag on the side surface of the pillow, putting prepared health products into the string bag, and completely and tightly sewing the string bag and the pillow;
s4: removing impurities from fillers, namely preparing silk, and sieving the silk by using an automatic sieving machine to remove solid foreign matters and fine silk scraps;
s5: washing the filler with water, namely putting the silk into water for elutriation, wherein the elutriation frequency is 4 times until no dirt remains on the surface of the silk;
s6: screening fillers, randomly and manually performing spot check on the silk, taking out a part of the silk by hands at will during spot check, then placing the silk in the sun for observation, replacing four angles for repeated observation, continuing the next step after confirming that no stain remains, and returning to the step S4 for treatment if the stain remains;
s7: drying the filler, namely placing the silk in an open air environment for insolation for 1h, then putting the silk into a warehouse, and then putting the silk into a dryer for drying at the drying temperature of 110 ℃ for 1h;
s8: filling the pillow, filling the silk obtained in the step S7 with a small amount of additives into the cavity inside the pillow, and then sewing to obtain the finished product.
Preferably, in the step S1, the base material is latex, and the treating agent includes any one of a silica gel surface treating agent and PE wax.
Preferably, in the step S2, the volume of the cavity is one third of the volume of the solid block.
Preferably, in the step S3, the mesh number of the net bag is 500.
Preferably, in the step S3, the health product comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of glossy privet fruit, 5 parts of asarum, 2 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 12 parts of calendula, 15 parts of polygala root, 5 parts of schizonepeta, 2 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 2 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 5 parts of radix angelicae.
Preferably, in the S6 step, the four angles include 30 °, 50 °, 70 °, and 90 °.
Preferably, in step S7, the silks are put into the warehouse and then are subjected to the next operation at an interval of 4 hours, and the dryer is a drum dryer.

The third embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1, discloses a production and manufacturing method of a chronic rebound memory pillow, which comprises the following production and manufacturing steps:
s1: granulating, namely preparing a base material and a treating agent, uniformly mixing according to the mass ratio of 10;
s2: mixing, namely putting the obtained master batch into a hot melting machine for hot melting, filtering the hot-melted master batch, making the hot-melted master batch into a solid block, and hollowing the inside of the solid block until a cavity is hollowed out to obtain the pillow;
s3: adding traditional Chinese medicines, sewing a string bag on the side surface of the pillow, putting prepared health products into the string bag, and completely and tightly sewing the string bag and the pillow;
s4: removing impurities from fillers, namely preparing silk, and sieving the silk by using an automatic sieving machine to remove solid foreign matters and fine silk scraps;
s5: washing the filler with water, namely putting the silk into water for elutriation, wherein the elutriation frequency is 2 times until no dirt remains on the surface of the silk;

s8: filling the pillow, filling the silk obtained in the step S7 with a small amount of additives into the cavity inside the pillow, and then sewing to obtain the finished product.

Preferably, in the step S3, the health product comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of glossy privet fruit, 5 parts of asarum, 2 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 11 parts of calendula, 17 parts of polygala root, 8 parts of schizonepeta, 2 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 2 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 7 parts of radix angelicae.
Preferably, in the S6 step, the four angles include 30 °, 50 °, 70 °, and 90 °.
Preferably, in the step S7, the silk is put into the warehouse and then is processed at an interval of 4 hours, and the dryer is a drum dryer.
Preferably, in the step S8, the additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower and 4 parts of ginkgo leaf.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned embodiment that health products in the string bag can increase user's experience, especially some middle aged and old people, sleep quality can be improved to these health products, adjust human function, especially be fit for middle aged and old people to use, the inside silk of filling of pillow simultaneously passes through multiple screening step, the quality of silk can effectually be guaranteed, and the course of treatment of silk is comparatively natural, the immunity that can increase user's health is used for a long time to the chrysanthemum indicum and the ginkgo leaf of sneaking into in the silk simultaneously.

Claims (8)
1. The production and manufacturing method of the chronic rebound memory pillow is characterized by comprising the following production and manufacturing steps of:
s1: granulating, namely preparing a base material and a treating agent, uniformly mixing according to the mass ratio of 10;
s2: mixing, namely putting the obtained master batch into a hot melting machine for hot melting, filtering the hot-melted master batch, making the hot-melted master batch into a solid block, and hollowing the inside of the solid block until a cavity is hollowed out to obtain the pillow;
s3: adding traditional Chinese medicines, sewing a string bag on the side surface of the pillow, putting prepared health products into the string bag, and completely and tightly sewing the string bag and the pillow;
s4: removing impurities from fillers, namely preparing silk, and sieving the silk by using an automatic sieving machine to remove solid foreign matters and fine silk scraps;
s5: washing the filler with water, namely putting the silk into water for elutriation, wherein the elutriation frequency is 2-4 times until no dirt remains on the surface of the silk;
s6: screening fillers, randomly and manually carrying out spot check on the silk, taking out a part of the silk by hand, then placing the silk in the sun for observation, changing four angles for repeated observation, continuing the next step after confirming that no stain remains, and returning to the step S4 for treatment if the stain remains;
s7: drying the filler, placing the silk in an open air environment for insolation for 1-2h, putting the silk into a warehouse, and drying the silk in a dryer at 110-120 ℃ for 1-2h;
s8: filling the pillow, filling the silk obtained in the step S7 with a small amount of additives into the cavity inside the pillow, and then sewing to obtain the finished product.
2. The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S1, the base material is latex, and the treating agent includes any one of a silica gel surface treating agent and PE wax.
3. The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S2, the volume of the cavity is one third of the volume of the solid block.
4. The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S3, the mesh number of the net bag is 500-600 meshes.

The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S3, the health care product comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of glossy privet fruit, 5-6 parts of asarum, 2-3 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 10-12 parts of calendula, 15-20 parts of polygala root, 5-9 parts of schizonepeta, 2-3 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 2-3 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 5-10 parts of radix angelicae.
6. The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the S6 step, the four angles include 30 °, 50 °, 70 °, and 90 °.
7. The method for manufacturing the chronic rebound memory pillow according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S7, the silk is put into a warehouse and then is subjected to the next operation at intervals of 4-5 hours, and the dryer is a drum dryer.
