背景技术
在现有的相关技术中,蚕丝被的制作过程包括:首先将多个蚕丝层叠加后形成被芯;然后在被芯外层增加一层被套;最后将被套与被芯进行绗缝,从而使蚕丝层与蚕丝层之间以及被套与被芯之间贴紧固定。
随着科学技术的不断发展与人们生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的消费者对蚕丝被的要求也不断提升,人们更多的追求一种具有超柔触感的蚕丝被,更是有商家推出婴儿级触感的蚕丝被,蚕丝被的超柔触感成为消费者的消费趋势。在一般的婴儿级服装面料中,可以为机织物或者针织物,为了提高婴儿级服装面料的功能性,添加树脂材料或者大豆纤维等其他功能性材料,但是得到的婴儿级服装面料的功能性不是十分理想,且很难在防水、亲肤、透气、透湿性能方面获得统一。如何实现蚕丝被套的超柔触感,成为本领域需要解决的技术问之一。
鉴于此,我们发明了一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,制作的蚕丝被具有导湿透气、亲肤性能好的优点,能够满足消费者对蚕丝被超柔触感的要求。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明公开了一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、桑蚕丝的蚕茧处理;
S2、蚕丝被胎芯的制作;
S3、蚕丝被套的制作。

S101、选蚕煮茧,将蚕茧按色泽分类待用,并按需求进行煮茧;
S102、拨茧、开茧,把蚕茧一个一个拨在手上,摘去蚕蛹和黑色的蜕皮;或是利用开棉机将煮茧好的桑蚕茧的丝与蚕蛹分离,得到桑蚕丝;
S103、制丝绵片,将桑蚕丝制成固定尺寸的丝绵片;
S104、浸泡,将上述步骤S103的丝绵片静置于溶液温度为65-70℃的混合溶液中,浸泡时间为60-70分钟;其中,所述混合溶液中包括食用盐1.0%-1.25%,食用碱0.75%-0.85%;
S105、清洗,取出浸泡好的丝绵片,用清水清洗干净;
S106、烘干,将5-7片丝绵片开在固定的模型上,用脱水机脱干;然后利用抖松机将脱好水的丝绵片抖松,使丝与丝分离,再利用烘干机烘干丝绵片。

其中,所述超柔蚕丝混纺纤维是由蚕蛹蛋白粘胶纤维4交叉螺旋缠绕在天丝纤维1、桑蚕丝纤维2和丝瓜纤维3而成。蚕蛹蛋白纤维是一种功能性较强的保健纤维,其具有多种氨基酸成份,对人体皮肤十分有益,具有呵护肌肤的特殊功效,从而达到消除疲劳、延缓肌肤衰老的作用;而且由于该纤维的结构独特,开发出的各种纱线及织物导湿、透气性能好,同时还能抵御紫外线侵害。而且,蚕蛹蛋白纤维是我国近年来开发的一种复合长丝纤维,其制成物可生物降解,环保性能极强;蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝兼具真丝和粘胶纤维的优良特性,在一定程度上还优于真丝,所以开发出具有真丝风格的蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝织物将具有很高的使用价值。
另外,牛奶纤维、大豆纤维等在抗菌抑菌、滋养肌肤和提高舒适性方面具有明显的功效,因此婴儿级的面料原料开始逐渐使用改性天然纤维和功能性纤维;超柔蚕丝混纺纤维中的丝瓜纤维3为环保纤维,其回潮率高,吸湿性能优异,而且丝瓜纤维具有一定的保健功效,能预防部分皮肤性疾病,亲肤性能好,使用效果佳;超细活性碳纤维在满足使用要求的同时,具有很好的异味吸附作用。本发明中,超柔蚕丝混纺纤维的使用,使得超柔蚕丝面料既可以达到高度仿真的效果,且在很多方面比真丝绸更具优势。

一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、桑蚕丝的蚕茧处理;
S2、蚕丝被胎芯的制作;
S3、蚕丝被套的制作。
其中,所述蚕丝被套采用婴幼儿级的超柔蚕丝面料制作而成,组成所述超柔蚕丝面料的原料为超柔蚕丝混纺纤维、纤维素纤维、超细活性碳纤维、大豆纤维和牛奶纤维。所述超柔蚕丝面料的组份,按重量份计,包括:

由上表可知,本发明制作工艺制备的蚕丝被,不仅具有蚕丝的贴身、透气,使用舒适的优点,且蚕丝被套利用不同种纤维的不同特性,使得蚕丝被使用时具有很好的导湿透气性、抗菌性,亲肤性能好,且具有超柔触感,低敏,柔软性好。

Claims (8)

1.一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、桑蚕丝的蚕茧处理;
S2、蚕丝被胎芯的制作;
S3、蚕丝被套的制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1包括以下步骤:
S101、选蚕煮茧,将蚕茧按色泽分类待用,并按需求进行煮茧;
S102、拨茧、开茧,把蚕茧一个一个拨在手上,摘去蚕蛹和黑色的蜕皮;或是利用开棉机将煮茧好的桑蚕茧的丝与蚕蛹分离,得到桑蚕丝;
S103、制丝绵片,将桑蚕丝制成固定尺寸的丝绵片;
S104、浸泡,将上述步骤S103的丝绵片静置于溶液温度为65-70℃的混合溶液中,浸泡时间为60-70分钟;其中,所述混合溶液中包括食用盐1.0%-1.25%,食用碱0.75%-0.85%;
S105、清洗,取出浸泡好的丝绵片,用清水清洗干净;
S106、烘干,将5-7片丝绵片开在固定的模型上,用脱水机脱干;然后利用抖松机将脱好水的丝绵片抖松,使丝与丝分离,再利用烘干机烘干丝绵片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述丝绵片的尺寸为(1-1.5)*(1-1.5)平米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2包括以下步骤:
S201、拉丝,采用人力拉丝方式,将丝绵片均匀的拉成被子的大小,并将一片片的丝绵片沿同一方向堆叠铺设;
S202、配重,根据使用需求进行称重;
S203、拉絮、收边,将层层叠加的被胎芯进行厚薄均匀度检查,并人工将其调整到均匀一致,最后根据所需桑蚕丝被规格尺寸进行人工折叠收边,形成一条蚕丝光胎。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,相邻所述丝绵片的夹角为15°-45°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述蚕丝被套采用婴幼儿级的超柔蚕丝面料制作而成,组成所述超柔蚕丝面料的原料为超柔蚕丝混纺纤维、纤维素纤维、超细活性碳纤维、大豆纤维和牛奶纤维。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种润滑超柔蚕丝被的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述超柔蚕丝面料的组份,按重量份计,包括:
