Background
The disease control is particularly important in the process of breeding livestock and poultry, but in recent years, due to the wide and unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs, the problem of bacterial drug resistance is becoming more serious, and the drug resistance level of bacteria is continuously rising, and the development from single drug resistance to multi-drug resistance is shown, so that a plurality of drugs are ineffective in veterinary clinic use, if the use of the antibacterial drugs can be reduced in the breeding process, the generation of bacterial drug resistance is certainly reduced and delayed, the drug residue is reduced, and more green and healthy animal food is provided for human beings.
The traditional Chinese medicine is inherited for thousands of years in China, and also has the effect on preventing and treating infection. Researches show that a part of traditional Chinese medicines have good bacteriostatic effect when being used singly, and some traditional Chinese medicines have good synergistic effect when being used together with antibacterial medicines although the traditional Chinese medicines have no in-vitro antibacterial activity or low antibacterial activity, so that the antibacterial capability of the antibacterial medicines can be enhanced, and the drug resistance of bacteria can be reduced. In addition, some traditional Chinese medicines have the effects of enhancing the immunity of the organism and preventing diseases.

Effect example 1
1. Test animal
In a certain meat duck farm, 600 healthy 1-day-old Gao ducks with the weight of 50g to 60g are randomly selected.
2. Test method
The ducklings are randomly divided into 2 groups of 300 ducklings.
Group A feeds formulated duck feed and clean drinking water.
Group B the granules prepared according to example 1 were mixed and drunk at 3 to 5 days old, 8 to 10 days old, 15 to 17 days old, 21 to 23 days old in a proportion of 1g of water per 1L, and the rest feeding modes were the same as those of group A.
The weight of the ducks is weighed at the age of 30 days, and the fatality rate of the two groups of ducks is recorded.
3. Results and analysis
The test results are shown in the following table
Group of | Birth average body weight (g) | Average body weight (g) at 30 days of age | Average body weight gain (g) | Rate of disease death |
A | 57.63 | 1108.59 | 1050.96 | 5.67% |
B | 55.21 | 1246.87 | 1191.66 | 1.67% |
From the test results, the addition of the granules prepared according to example 1 to drinking water can promote the growth of ducks, improve the weight of ducks and obviously reduce the fatality rate of ducks.
Effect example 2
1. Test animal
360 healthy 5-day-old black foot partridge chickens are selected from a certain chicken farm and are fed for 1 week and then grouped.
2. Test method
(1) Grouping: the chicks are randomly divided into 4 groups, namely, a group A, a group B, a group C and a group D, wherein the group A is a healthy control group, the group B is a negative control group, the group C is a positive control group, the group D is a test group, and 90 chicks are respectively arranged in each group.
(2) Molding method
The bacteria for molding are salmonella standard strain CVCC (B) 50335 which are purchased from the inspection institute of veterinary drugs in China.
Preparing bacterial liquid: inoculating the strain into common nutrient broth culture medium, performing shake culture at 37 deg.C for 18-24 h to obtain bacterial liquid, and diluting with sterile MH broth to 3 × 10 8 cfu/ml of bacterial liquid.
Molding: chick pectoralis muscle injection 3X 10 8 0.5ml of cfu/ml salmonella liquid is observed for the clinical symptoms of the chicken every 1 h.
And (3) judging standard of successful molding: when the chickens are in full flock and have the symptoms of listlessness, head weakness and low drooping, blindness, diet reduction or even abolition, loose and disorderly feathers, white and thin feces discharge, excrement paste around the anus and the like, the molding success is indicated. After the model is successfully made, the medicine treatment is carried out.
The B, C and D groups were molded as described above, and the A group was injected with an equal amount of physiological saline.
(3) Feeding and administration method
Group A is a healthy control group, and is fed with formula chicken feed and clean drinking water.
Group B is negative control group, and is fed with formula chicken feed and clean drinking water.
And C group is a positive control group, and is fed with formula chicken feed, and the medicinal drinking water is administered according to the proportion of adding 0.75mL10% enrofloxacin solution into 1L water for 5 days continuously.
Group D was the test group, and the group was fed with a formula chicken feed, and medicated drinking water was administered for 5 days in a proportion of 0.375mL10% enrofloxacin solution and 0.25g of the granule prepared in example 2 per 1L of water.
Mortality was recorded on day 5 of dosing and day 7 of withdrawal.
3. Results recording and analysis
After the chicken is injected with the salmonella bacteria liquid for 2 hours, the chicken shows symptoms of listlessness, head weakness and low drop, blindness and poor standing, diet reduction and even abominability, loose and disorderly feathers and white and thin excrement discharge, which indicates that the molding is successful, and then the chicken is treated according to the administration method. The number of dead chickens on the 5 th day (17 days old) and 7 th day (24 days old) after drug administration is recorded, and the death rate and the treatment effective rate of the chickens are calculated.
Mortality = (number of dead chickens in group/initial total number of chickens in group) × 100%
Effective rate = 1-mortality
Mortality and treatment efficacy of the chickens are shown in the following table
Group of | Mortality on day 5 of administration (%) | Effective rate on day 5 of administration (%) | Mortality on day 7 of drug withdrawal (%) | Effective rate (%)% on day 7 after stopping taking medicine |
A | 0.00 | - | 6.67 | - |
B | 56.67 | - | 73.33 | - |
C | 16.67 | 83.33 | 20.00 | 80.00 |
D | 16.67 | 83.33 | 16.67 | 83.33 |
From the test results, the effective rate of the group D is the same as that of the group C on the 5 th day of administration treatment, which shows that after the dosage of the enrofloxacin is halved, the granules can still achieve the treatment effect when the dosage is not halved after being combined with the granules, namely the granules can reduce the dosage of the enrofloxacin after being combined with the enrofloxacin; the mortality of the group C is increased after the medicine is stopped for 7 days, while the mortality of the group D is not increased, which shows that the combination of the granules and the enrofloxacin can last longer for the treatment of animal organisms, namely the granules have certain slow release.
Finally, it is noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that, although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
