After flowing out through the oil outlet, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank 1403 flows through the oil outlet pipeline 1404, the connecting pipeline 1406 and the oil return pipeline 1405 in sequence and then flows back to the oil tank from the oil return port, and when flowing through the connecting pipeline 1406, the hydraulic oil enters the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 or the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 to drive the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 or the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 to move.
Further, the hydraulic station 14 further includes a gear pump 1409, a speed regulating valve 1410, a three-position four-way solenoid valve 1411, a check valve 1412, a radiator 1413, and an oil return filter 1414, wherein the gear pump 1409 is provided on the oil outlet line 1404 for pressurizing the hydraulic oil in the oil outlet line 1404; a speed control valve 1410 is provided on the outlet line 1404 for regulating the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the outlet line 1404; the three-position four-way solenoid valve 1411 has a first port, a second port, a third port and a fourth port which are communicated with each other, the first port is connected with the second end of the oil outlet pipe 1404, the second port is connected with the first end of the first drive connecting pipe 1407 (the second end of the first drive connecting pipe 1407 is communicated with a first oil chamber in the first telescopic drive mechanism 4 or the second telescopic drive mechanism 5), the third port is connected with the first end of the second drive connecting pipe 1408 (the second end of the second drive connecting pipe 1408 is communicated with a second oil chamber in the first telescopic drive mechanism 4 or the second telescopic drive mechanism 5), and the fourth port is connected with the first end of the oil return pipe 1405 and is used for conveying and controlling the flow direction of hydraulic oil in the connecting pipe 1406; the check valve 1412 is disposed on the oil return pipeline 1405, and is used for making hydraulic oil in the oil return pipeline 1405 flow in a single direction; the radiator 1413 is arranged on the oil return pipeline 1405 and used for radiating heat of hydraulic oil in the oil return pipeline 1405; an oil return filter 1414 is also provided on the oil return line 1405 for filtering out impurities in the hydraulic oil and avoiding bringing the impurities into the tank 1403.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the frame 2 in the chassis is in a horizontal state (i.e., when the body of the agricultural machine is in a horizontal state), neither the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 nor the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 needs to be operated; or the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 and the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 can be extended or shortened simultaneously to adjust the ground clearance of the frame 2 in the chassis;
when the frame 2 in the chassis inclines to the left, the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 is controlled to shorten (in the embodiment, the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 is arranged on the right side of the first frame connecting structure 1), and at the moment, the frame 2 pivots clockwise around the middle connecting shaft 7, so that the transverse leveling function of the frame 2 is realized, and the frame 2 is kept horizontal in the left-right direction;
as shown in fig. 9, when the frame 2 inclines to the right in the chassis, the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 is controlled to extend (the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 is disposed at the right side of the first frame connecting structure 1 in the present embodiment), and the frame 2 pivots counterclockwise about the intermediate connecting shaft 7, thereby implementing the lateral leveling function of the frame 2, so that the frame 2 is kept horizontal in the left-right direction;
when the frame 2 in the chassis is inclined forwards, the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 in the front leveling system extends to push each connecting rod in the front leveling system to pivot clockwise (namely pivot upwards) around the axle pivot connecting end, so that the parallelogram structure in the front leveling system extends to lift the front end of the frame 2 to keep the front end of the frame horizontal with the rear end of the frame 2;
as shown in fig. 10, when the frame 2 in the chassis is tilted backwards, the first telescopic drive mechanism 4 in the rear leveling system extends, pushing each side link in the rear leveling system to pivot counterclockwise (i.e., upward) about the axle pivot connection end, causing the parallelogram structure in the rear leveling system to extend so as to lift the rear end of the frame 2 to be level with the front end of the frame 2.
In one embodiment of the invention, the hydraulic station 14 further comprises a unidirectional balancing valve 1401 and a bidirectional balancing valve 1402 for adjusting the negative load balancing of the first telescopic drive mechanism 4, respectively the second telescopic drive mechanism 5. In this embodiment, the negative load means that the force receiving direction of the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 and the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 is consistent with the moving direction thereof. In the process of longitudinal leveling of the chassis, the gravity direction of the agricultural machinery vehicle body is always downward along the vertical direction, namely the load direction of the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 is always downward vertically, and the load direction of the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 is consistent with the motion direction when retracting, so that the adjustment of the load balance can be realized only by arranging the one-way balance valve 1401 in the connecting pipeline 1406 where the first telescopic driving mechanism 4 is located; in the process of transverse leveling of the chassis, the gravity center of the vehicle body can be changed (that is, the position of the gravity center in the left-right direction is uncertain) due to leftward or rightward inclination of the vehicle body, and further the change of the load direction of the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 during transverse leveling is caused, so that the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 may have a negative load in the extending and retracting processes, and therefore a bidirectional balance valve 1402 is required to be arranged to adjust the balance of the negative load of the second telescopic driving mechanism 5 at this time.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a novel agricultural machine, which includes the chassis provided in the above embodiments, so that the chassis of the agricultural machine has a simple and compact structure, and the hydraulic station 14 can be controlled according to the terrain change to adjust the inclination angle of the chassis, so that the working platform of the agricultural machine is always in a horizontal state, and the agricultural machine is more easily accepted by the farmers, and the safety and comfort of the farmers during using the agricultural machine are improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the specific features in any suitable way, and the invention will not be further described in relation to the various possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature may be directly contacting the first and second features or indirectly contacting the first and second features through an intermediate. Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature "under," "beneath," and "under" a second feature may be directly under or obliquely under the second feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.

Claims (10)

1. A chassis leveling system, comprising:
a first frame connection structure (1) for connecting a frame (2) of the chassis;
the connecting rod assembly (3) comprises a first connecting rod (301) and a second connecting rod (302), the first connecting rod (301) and the second connecting rod (302) are respectively distributed on the left side and the right side of the first vehicle frame connecting structure (1), respective first ends of the first connecting rod (301) and the second connecting rod (302) are in pivot connection with the first vehicle frame connecting structure (1), and second ends of the first connecting rod (301) and the second connecting rod (302) are in pivot connection with a vehicle axle; and
the first telescopic driving mechanism (4) is used for driving the connecting rod assembly (3) to pivot around the pivoting connection end of the axle (10), so that the connecting rod assembly (3) can drive the first frame connecting structure (1) to move up and down.
2. Chassis leveling system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle frame (2) has a pivot centre, the chassis leveling system further comprising a second telescopic drive mechanism (5) arranged on the left and/or right side of the first frame connection structure (1) for driving the vehicle frame (2) to pivot about the pivot centre.
3. The chassis leveling system according to claim 2, further comprising a second frame connection structure (6) fixedly connected to the frame (2) and an intermediate connection shaft (7), the intermediate connection shaft (7) being connected to the first frame connection structure (1) through the second frame connection structure (6).
4. Chassis leveling system according to claim 2, characterized in that a first pivot axle (8) is provided on the first frame connection structure (1), a second pivot axle (9) is provided on the bottom of the frame (2), the lower end of the second telescopic drive mechanism (5) is pivotally connected to the first pivot axle (8), and the upper end of the second telescopic drive mechanism (5) is pivotally connected to the second pivot axle (9).
5. Chassis leveling system according to claim 1, further comprising a first (11) and a second (12) articulation seat, both arranged on an axle (10) of the chassis and connected with an axle pivot connection end of the first (301) and the second (302) side link, respectively.
6. Chassis leveling system according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that it further comprises a third side link (303) and a fourth side link (304) connected between the first frame connection (1) and the axle (10) and coinciding with the motion state of the first side link (301) and the second side link (302), respectively.
7. Chassis, characterized in that it comprises a frame (2) and an axle (10), between which frame (2) and axle (10) a chassis leveling system according to any of claims 1-6 is mounted.
8. Chassis according to claim 7, characterized in that the first telescopic drive mechanism (4) and the second telescopic drive mechanism (5) are hydraulic cylinders, the chassis further comprising a hydraulic station (14) for driving the first telescopic drive mechanism (4) and the second telescopic drive mechanism (5) to telescope.
9. Chassis according to claim 8, characterized in that the hydraulic station (14) comprises a one-way balancing valve (1401) and a two-way balancing valve (1402) for adjusting the load balancing of the first telescopic drive mechanism (4), the second telescopic drive mechanism (5), respectively.
10. An agricultural machine, characterized in that the agricultural machine comprises a chassis according to claims 7-9.
