Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a positioning method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a positioning platform, and the method includes the following steps:
step 101, under the condition that a first location request sent by a first client is received, a communication number in the first location request is acquired, wherein the first location request is used for requesting to acquire location information of a first terminal, and the communication number is the communication number of the first terminal.
And 102, judging whether the position information of the first terminal sent by a positioning plug-in is acquired or not based on the communication number, wherein the positioning plug-in is deployed at the terminal and is used for sending the position information of the terminal to the positioning platform when a target event of the terminal is monitored.
103, under the condition that the position information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plug-in is obtained, sending the position information of the first terminal to the first client.
The positioning platform can be applied to various scenes for determining the accurate position of the user according to the incoming call of the user, for example, when the rescue call of the user is answered, the user is accurately positioned according to the communication number of the user. Accordingly, the first client may be a client for answering an incoming call of a user, for example, the first client may be a client for answering a rescue call of a user in various rescue platforms.
The first location request may be a location request sent by the first client to the positioning platform when receiving an incoming call from the first terminal. Alternatively, the first location request may be a location request sent by the first client to the positioning platform when the first client ends the call connection with the first terminal. Accordingly, the target event may be: and the first terminal sends a call request to the first client, and the first terminal terminates the call connection with the first client.
The target plug-in may be an application installed in the terminal by the user, wherein the target plug-in may be associated with a location service in the terminal, for example, in a case that a map software is deployed in the terminal, the target plug-in may obtain an accurate location of the terminal through the map software.
It should be noted that, the target plug-in may be deployed in the first terminal, and of course, the target plug-in may not be deployed in the first terminal. And in a case that the first terminal is deployed with the target plug-in, when the target plug-in the first terminal monitors the target event, the target plug-in may successfully acquire the location information of the first terminal, and of course, the target plug-in may also fail to acquire the location information of the first terminal, for example, when the target plug-in does not have the location access right of the first terminal, the target plug-in may fail to acquire the location of the first terminal.
The positioning platform may include a first database, and when the positioning platform receives the location information sent by the target plug-in, the positioning platform may store the received location information and the communication number corresponding to the location information in the first database in an associated manner. Thus, when the positioning platform receives the first position request, the communication number in the first position request can be used as a query condition. In this way, when the inquiry is made in the first database based on the communication number and the position information of the first terminal is inquired, the position information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plug-in is confirmed to be acquired, and when the position information of the first terminal is not inquired, the position information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plug-in is confirmed not to be acquired.
In an embodiment of the present application, a specific process of the positioning method may be: when a user dials a rescue call to a first client through a first terminal, a target plug-in the first terminal determines that a target event is monitored, current position information of the first terminal is obtained, and then the target plug-in sends the obtained position information of the first terminal to a positioning platform. The method comprises the steps that when a first client receives a rescue call of a first terminal, a communication number of the first terminal is obtained, then the first client sends a first position request to a positioning platform, and when the positioning platform receives the first position request, the positioning platform sends received position information of the first terminal sent by a target plug-in to the first client. Therefore, the first client can acquire the position information of the first terminal, and therefore the owner of the first terminal can be conveniently and timely rescued in real time.
In this embodiment, the location plug-in deployed in the terminal is used to obtain the location information of the terminal, and since the location plug-in can obtain the relatively accurate location information of the terminal, compared with the prior art in which the location of the terminal is obtained by a base station, the accuracy of the obtained location information can be improved.
Optionally, the sending, by the positioning platform, the location information of the first terminal to the first client when the location information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plugin is obtained includes:
and under the condition that the first server acquires the position information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plug-in, sending the position information of the first terminal to the first client based on the first server.
The first server may be a server of the rescue platform itself, and the second server may be a server of a telecommunications carrier, where the first server may receive the location information of the terminal sent by the target plug-in. The second server can locate the user terminal by the communication number of the user.
In this embodiment, the first client may send a first location request to the first server, and if the first server receives the location information of the first terminal sent by the location plug-in, the first server may send the location information of the first terminal to the first client in response to the first location request. Correspondingly, when the first server does not acquire the location information of the first terminal sent by the location plug-in, the location platform may locate the first terminal based on the second server.
Optionally, after determining whether to acquire the location information of the first terminal sent by the location plug-in based on the communication number, the method further includes:
under the condition that the first server does not acquire the position information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plug-in, sending a second position request to a second server based on the first server, wherein the second position request comprises the communication number;
determining a target base station to which the first terminal belongs based on the second server through the communication number, and determining position information of the first terminal based on the target base station;
and sending the position information of the first terminal to the first client.
In particular, telecommunications operators typically deploy a large number of base stations within the territories they serve, with different base stations covering different areas. In this way, when a user holding the terminal is located in the service area of the telecommunications carrier, the communication card in the terminal, which has the unique communication number, is normally kept connected to the base station of the area to which it belongs, to ensure that the terminal always has a signal. Therefore, the target base station may refer to: and the base station is connected with the communication card in the first terminal at the current moment. Since the locations of the base stations are fixed, the location information of all the base stations arranged by the telecommunications carrier may be stored in advance in a specific location, so that the second server, upon receiving the second location request, may determine the target base station based on the communication number in the second location request and then acquire the location of the target base station from the specific location.
When the second server acquires the location information of the target base station, the location information of the target base station may be used as the location information of the first terminal. The second server may directly send the location information of the first terminal to the first client, or, of course, the second server may also send the location information of the first terminal to the first server, and then the first server sends the location information of the first terminal to the first client.
In this embodiment, when the first server does not acquire the location information of the first terminal sent by the location plug-in, the location platform may acquire the location information of the first terminal through the second server, thereby ensuring that the target plug-in is not deployed at the first terminal, or when the target plug-in the first terminal does not successfully acquire the location information of the first terminal, the location information of the first terminal may be acquired through the second server.
Optionally, the determining, by the second server, the target base station to which the first terminal belongs through the communication number, and determining, by the target base station, the location information of the first terminal includes:
judging whether the first client has the position access authority of the first terminal or not based on the communication number;
determining the target base station under the condition that the first client has the position access authority of the first terminal;
determining location information of the first terminal based on the target base station.
Specifically, the second server may determine whether the target event actually occurs in the first terminal within a preset time period, for example, the second server may determine whether the first client answers a rescue call of the first terminal within the preset time period. In addition, the second server may also check the identity of the first client to determine whether the first client is a client having a right to acquire the user location.
In this embodiment, when receiving the second location request, the second server determines whether the first client has the location access permission of the first terminal, and only when the first client has the location access permission of the first terminal, the second server obtains the location information of the first terminal. Therefore, the first client can be prevented from abusing the authority, the position information of the user terminal can be acquired at will, and the privacy of the user terminal can be guaranteed.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
under the condition of receiving a target message of a second client, creating an association relation between the first client and a second terminal, wherein the second client sends the target message to a second server under the condition of monitoring a target event of the second terminal;
the judging whether the first client has the position access authority of the first terminal or not based on the communication number comprises the following steps:
judging whether the association relationship exists between the first client and the first terminal or not based on the communication number and the identity information of the first client;
under the condition that the incidence relation exists between the first client and the first terminal, determining that the first client has the position access authority of the first terminal;
and under the condition that the incidence relation does not exist between the first client and the first terminal, determining that the first client does not have the position access authority of the target terminal.
The second terminal may be any user terminal of the server of the second server, for example, the second terminal may include the first terminal. The second client may be a signaling monitoring system of a telecommunications carrier, and the target message may include a communication number of the first client and a communication number of the second terminal. The target event may be that the second terminal requests to establish a call connection with the first client.
In this way, when the signaling monitoring system monitors that the second terminal requests to establish a call connection with the first client, the signaling monitoring system may send the target message to the second server. The second server may create an association relationship between the first client and the second terminal based on the communication number of the first client and the communication number of the second terminal when receiving the target message, where the association relationship may be a temporary subscription relationship.
Specifically, the signaling monitoring system may transmit call information, an SP ID, and the like of the first terminal to the second server through the Mi interface, and the second server generates an association relationship between the first terminal and the first client. The call information may include a communication number of the first terminal, a communication number of the first client, dialing time, dialed region information, and the like. The call information of the first terminal may be transferred to the signaling monitoring system through a Gateway Mobile Switching Center (GMSC).
In an embodiment of the present application, the target message sent by the signaling monitoring system to the second server may include fields in the following table:
Figure BDA0003121297480000081
Figure BDA0003121297480000091
after receiving the target message, the second server may send a return message to the signaling monitoring system, where the return message may include fields in the following table, so as to complete an interaction process between the signaling monitoring system and the second server:
Figure BDA0003121297480000092
Figure BDA0003121297480000101
in an embodiment of the present application, the second server may include a second database, and the association relationship may be stored in the second server. The second location request may include a communication number of the first client and a communication number of the first terminal. In this way, the second server, upon receiving the second location request, may perform an inquiry in the second database based on the communication number of the first client and the communication number of the first terminal, and determine that the first client has a location access right of the first terminal in a case where it is inquired that the association relationship exists between the first client and the first terminal; and under the condition that the incidence relation does not exist between the first client and the first terminal, determining that the first client does not have the position access authority of the target terminal.
In this embodiment, when receiving the second location request, the second server determines whether the first client has the location access right of the first terminal based on the association relationship. Therefore, only when the first terminal actually generates the target event, the first client has the position access authority of the first terminal, so that the first client is prevented from abusing the authority, the position information of the user terminal is acquired at will, and the privacy of the user terminal is guaranteed.
Optionally, after the creating the association relationship between the first client and the second terminal, the method further includes:
and under the condition that the creation time length of the association relationship exceeds the preset time length, the association relationship between the first client and the second terminal is released.
Specifically, in the rescue process, a rescuer generally needs to continuously and dynamically acquire the position information of the object to be rescued, so that the association relationship between the first client and the second terminal can be maintained within a preset time period after the association relationship between the first client and the second terminal is created, so as to ensure that the first client always has the permission to acquire the position of the second terminal within the preset time period, that is, the first client can always acquire the position information of the second terminal through the second server within the preset time period. The preset time period may be set according to actual needs, for example, the preset time period may be 20 minutes, 1 hour, and the like.
In addition, in order to avoid that the first client abuses the right to freely obtain the location information of the terminal after the rescue is finished, in an embodiment of the present application, when the creation duration of the association exceeds the preset duration, the association between the first client and the second terminal may be released, for example, the association between the first client and the second terminal may be directly deleted from the second database. In this way, after the creation time length of the association relationship exceeds the preset time length, the first client no longer has the authority to acquire the location information of the second terminal, that is, the first client cannot acquire the location information of the second terminal again through the second server until the association relationship is created again between the first client and the second terminal.
Optionally, after determining whether the first client has a location access right of the first terminal based on the communication number, the method further includes:
and sending feedback information to the first server based on the second server under the condition that the first client does not have the position access authority of the first terminal, wherein the feedback information is used for indicating that the first client does not have the position access authority of the first terminal.
Specifically, if it is determined that the association relationship does not exist between the first client and the first terminal, it is determined that the first client does not have the access right of the first terminal, and in this case, the second server may send feedback information to the first server, where the feedback information is used to indicate that the first client does not have the location access right of the first terminal.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a positioning method provided in another embodiment of the present application is different from the foregoing embodiment in that, when the first server does not obtain the location information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plugin, the first client sends a third location request to the second server, where the third location request includes a communication number of the first terminal and a communication number of the first client, the second server determines whether the first client has a first terminal access right, and when the first client has the first terminal location access right, determines the target base station; determining location information of the first terminal based on the target base station. And sending the position information of the first terminal to the first client. And sending the feedback information to the first client under the condition that the first client does not have the position access authority of the first terminal, wherein the feedback information is used for indicating that the first client does not have the position access authority of the first terminal.
When monitoring that a first terminal sends a call request to a first client, the signaling monitoring platform sends the target message to the second server, so that the second server creates an association relationship between the first terminal and the first client, and determines whether the first client has the position access right of the first terminal or not based on the association relationship.
The specific process of the positioning method provided in the embodiment of the present application is the same as that in the above embodiment, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram of a positioning system provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the positioning system may be used to implement the positioning method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the positioning system includes: a first client and a positioning platform, the positioning platform comprising: the first client can be a client used for answering a call of a user terminal and requesting the positioning platform to acquire the position of the user terminal, for example, the first client can be a client of a rescue command center, so that when the first client receives a rescue call, the user terminal can be positioned according to a communication number of the user terminal, and the rescue efficiency is improved. The second client may be a signaling monitoring system, and when the signaling monitoring system monitors that the user terminal sends the call request to the first client, the signaling monitoring system may send the target message to the second server. The second server may obtain the location information of the user terminal through the LSP platform, and specifically, the second server may send the communication number of the terminal user to the LSP platform, and the LSP platform may first obtain a CELL ID (base station ID) through an HLR (home location register) and an MSC (mobile switching center), and then the LSP platform may query a location database of the CELL ID according to the CELL ID to obtain the location information of the target base station corresponding to the CELL ID, and return the location information of the target base station to the second server as the location information of the user terminal, thereby implementing a process of locating the user terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the present application provides a positioning method. The method specifically comprises the following steps: when monitoring that a first terminal sends a call request to a first client, a positioning plug-in sends position information of the first terminal to a first server, and meanwhile, when monitoring that the first terminal sends the call request to the first client, a signaling monitoring system sends a target message to a second server, and the second server creates an association relation between the first client and the first terminal based on the target message. The first client side can send a first position request to the first server when receiving an incoming call of the first terminal and needing to acquire position information of the first terminal, the first server can judge whether the position information of the first terminal sent by a positioning plug-in is acquired, and under the condition that the position information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plug-in is acquired, the position information of the first terminal is sent to the first client side. And when the first server does not acquire the position information of the first terminal sent by the positioning plug-in, sending a second position request to a second server based on the first server, judging whether the first client has the position access authority of the first terminal or not by the second server based on the association relation, acquiring the position information of the first terminal based on an LSP platform and sending the position information of the first terminal to the first server under the condition that whether the first client has the position access authority of the first terminal or not is determined, and sending the position information of the first terminal to the first server by the first server under the condition that the position information of the first terminal sent by the second server is received by the first server, so that the positioning process is completed.
