In the video polyphonic ringtone synthesis method provided by this embodiment, a first audio material corresponding to the first audio material number and a first video material corresponding to the first video material number, a second audio material corresponding to the second audio material number and a second video material corresponding to the second video material number are obtained; and then, determining a first video segment based on the first audio material and the first video material, determining a second video segment based on the second audio material and the second video material, and synthesizing according to the polyphonic ringtone materials selected by the calling terminal and the called terminal respectively to obtain the video segments, so that the interactivity of the calling party and the called party and the intelligent degree of video polyphonic ringtone synthesis are further improved, and the user experience of the video polyphonic ringtone is further improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a third embodiment of the video color ring synthesizing method of the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, the video color ring segment includes a third video segment, the first color ring material information includes a third video material number, the second color ring material information includes a third audio material number, or the first color ring material information includes a third audio material number, the second color ring material information includes a third video material number;

In this embodiment, the video color ring server synthesizes each video material in the third video material with each audio material in the third audio material, so as to obtain the third video segment, for example, the video color ring server processes and synthesizes each of m video materials (third video materials) selected by the calling terminal and each of n audio materials (third audio materials) selected by the called terminal, specifically, decodes the current video material to be synthesized and the current audio material to be synthesized, and synthesizes decoding results of the video material to be synthesized and the audio material to be synthesized according to time domain distribution information of the video material to be synthesized and the audio material to be synthesized, so as to obtain p = m × n video segments (third video segments).
Or respectively synthesizing the sub-video materials and the sub-audio materials with the same number to obtain the third video segment, specifically, obtaining the number of each sub-video material and the number of each sub-audio material, wherein the number of the sub-video materials and the number of the sub-video materials can be numbered by the video color ring server according to the sequence of the selection time of the calling user (called user), or the video color ring server numbers each sub-video material according to the content of the sub-video materials, numbers each sub-audio material according to the content of the sub-audio materials, and certainly, the materials can be numbered according to the duration, type, style and the like of the sub-video materials. For example, the video color ring server processes and synthesizes a first material of m video materials (third video materials) selected by the calling terminal and a first material of n audio materials (third audio materials) selected by the called terminal, processes and synthesizes a second material of the m video materials selected by the calling terminal and a second material of the n audio materials selected by the called terminal to obtain a third video segment, and finally obtains p (p is the smaller of m and n) video segments (third video segments) until the third video material is selected or the third audio material is selected.
In the video color ring synthesizing method provided by this embodiment, a third audio material corresponding to the third audio material number and a third video material corresponding to the third video material number are obtained; and then, a third video segment is determined based on the third audio material and the third video material, and the video color ring is synthesized according to the color ring material selected by the calling terminal and the called terminal, so that the interactivity of the calling party and the called party and the intelligent degree of video color ring synthesis are further improved, and the user experience of the video color ring is further improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the method for synthesizing a video coloring ring back tone according to the present invention is provided, and in this embodiment, step S102 includes:
step S401, if the number of the color ring back tone segments of the video color ring back tone segments synthesized before the timeout moment is larger than the preset number, acquiring a fourth video material and a fourth audio material corresponding to the video color ring back tone segments synthesized before the timeout moment;
step S402, determining a first style difference corresponding to each color ring back tone segment to be processed based on the fourth video material and the fourth audio material;
step S403, based on the first style difference, determining a preset number of target color ring segments in the synthesized video color ring segments before the overtime;
step S404, based on the synthesis time of the target color ring back tone segment, synthesizing the target color ring back tone segment into the target video color ring back tone.
In this embodiment, when the material configuration timer times out, the video polyphonic ringtone server counts the number of polyphonic ringtone segments of the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the time-out time, and determines whether the number of the polyphonic ringtone segments is greater than a preset number, if yes, a fourth video material and a fourth audio material corresponding to each to-be-processed polyphonic ringtone segment of the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the time-out time are obtained, that is, a video material and an audio material of each video polyphonic ringtone segment are obtained, the fourth video material is a video material of all the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the time-out time, and the fourth audio material is an audio material of all the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the time-out time, wherein the preset number can be reasonably set according to the preset duration of the video polyphonic ringtone and the duration of the video material, or the preset duration and the duration of the audio material, and each video material can set approximately the same duration.
Then, based on a fourth video material and a fourth audio material, determining a first style difference corresponding to the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout time, specifically, for each color ring segment in the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout time, the first style difference is a style difference between the fourth video material corresponding to the color ring segment and the fourth audio material corresponding to the color ring segment, wherein the style differences between the video materials and the audio materials can be stored in the video color ring server in advance, and when the fourth video material and the fourth audio material are acquired, the video color ring server searches the material style differences between the fourth video material and the fourth audio material in the pre-stored style differences.
Then, based on the first style difference, a preset number of target color ring segments are determined in the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout time, for example, the video color ring server may sort the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout time based on the first style difference, and select the preset number of color ring segments as the target color ring segments according to the sorting result.
Further, in an embodiment, the target color ring back tone segment includes a first color ring back tone segment to be synthesized and a second color ring back tone segment to be synthesized, and the step S403 includes:
step S4031, perform a duplicate removal operation on the fourth video material to obtain a fifth video material;
step S4032, if the material quantity of the fourth video material is smaller than the preset quantity, determining a first color ring back tone fragment corresponding to each fourth video material in the video color ring back tone fragments synthesized before the timeout moment;
step S4033, based on the first style difference, the color ring back tone segment with the smallest style difference in each first color ring back tone segment is taken as a first color ring back tone segment to be synthesized;
step S4034, get the color ring back tone fragment to be screened except said first color ring back tone fragment to be synthesized in the video color ring back tone fragment synthesized before the overtime moment;
step S4035, a target number of second color ring segments to be synthesized is determined in the color ring segments to be screened based on the first style difference, wherein the target number is a preset number-material number.
In this embodiment, when the fourth video material is acquired, the video color ring server performs a duplication elimination operation on the fourth video material to obtain a fifth video material, that is, removes repeated video materials in the fourth video material to obtain a fifth video material, and counts the material quantity of the fifth video material, and the video color ring server determines whether the material quantity is smaller than a preset quantity, if so, determines a first color ring segment corresponding to each fifth video material in the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout time, specifically, for each fifth video material, the corresponding first color ring segment is all color ring segments corresponding to the video material in the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout time, and each first color ring segment may include one or more video color ring segments.
And then, the video color ring server determines the color ring segment with the minimum style difference in each first color ring segment according to the first style difference, takes the color ring segment with the minimum style difference as a first color ring segment to be synthesized, and obtains the color ring segment with the minimum style difference in the first color ring segment of the fifth video material by comparing the first style difference of each color ring segment in the first color ring segment for the first color ring segment of each fifth video material.
Then, the video polyphonic ringtone server obtains the polyphonic ringtone segments to be screened except the first polyphonic ringtone segment in the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout time, namely, other polyphonic ringtone segments except the first polyphonic ringtone segment in the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout time are the polyphonic ringtone segments to be screened. The video color ring server determines a target number of second color ring segments to be synthesized in the color ring segments to be screened based on the first style difference, for example, the video color ring server can sort the color ring segments to be screened based on the first style difference, and select the color ring segments with the target number with the style difference higher (smaller) as the second color ring segments to be synthesized according to the sorting result of the color ring segments to be screened. Wherein, the target quantity is a preset quantity-material quantity.
In this embodiment, when the number of the materials is smaller than the preset number, the preset number of target color ring segments can be selected according to the first style difference, so that the playing time of the synthesized target video color ring can be ensured to be a proper time, and the influence on the user experience due to the overlong playing time of the target video color ring can be avoided.
Further, in another embodiment, the step S403 includes:
step S4035, if the material quantity of the fifth video material is greater than the preset quantity, sequencing the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout moment based on the sequence of the first style difference degree from small to large to obtain a color ring segment sequencing result;
step S4036, the second color ring segments with the preset number in the color ring segment sequencing result are used as the target color ring segments.
In this embodiment, if the number of the materials is greater than the preset number, the video color ring server sorts the video color ring segments synthesized before the timeout time based on the sequence of the first style difference from small to large to obtain a color ring segment sorting result, and uses the second color ring segments with the preset number that are sorted forward in the color ring segment sorting result as the target color ring segments, so that when the number of the materials is less than the preset number, the target color ring segments with the preset number and smaller style difference are selected according to the first style difference, and the playing time of the synthesized target video color ring is ensured to be a proper time, so that the user experience is prevented from being influenced by too long playing time of the target video color ring, and the viewing experience of the user is prevented from being influenced by the larger style difference in the target color ring segments.
It should be noted that, if the number of the materials is equal to the preset number, the video color ring server directly takes the color ring segment with the smallest format difference in each first color ring segment as the target color ring segment based on the first format difference.
And finally, synthesizing the target color ring back tone segments into the target video color ring back tone based on the synthesis time of the target color ring back tone segments, specifically, performing time sequencing according to the time sequence of the synthesis time of each target color ring back tone segment, determining the sequence of each target color ring back tone segment in the target video color ring back tone according to the time sequencing result, and further synthesizing to obtain the target color ring back tone segments.
However, the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, if the number of the polyphonic ringtone segments of the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout time is less than or equal to the preset number, the video polyphonic ringtone server directly synthesizes the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout time into the target video polyphonic ringtone based on the synthesis time of the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout time.
In the video polyphonic ringtone synthesis method provided by the embodiment, if the number of polyphonic ringtone segments of the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout time is greater than the preset number, a fourth video material and a fourth audio material corresponding to the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout time are obtained; then, based on the fourth video material and the fourth audio material, determining a first style difference degree corresponding to a video polyphonic ringtone fragment synthesized before each overtime moment; then based on the first style difference, determining a preset number of target color ring segments in the synthesized video color ring segments before the overtime moment; then, the target color ring back tone segments are synthesized into the target video color ring back tone based on the synthesis time of the target color ring back tone segments, a preset number of target color ring back tone segments with smaller style difference degrees are selected according to the first style difference degrees, and then the playing time of the synthesized target video color ring back tone can be ensured to be proper, so that the influence of overlong playing time of the target video color ring back tone on user experience is avoided, and the influence of larger style difference degrees in the target color ring back tone segments on the watching experience of the user is avoided.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, a fifth embodiment of the method for synthesizing a video coloring ring back tone according to the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, step S101 includes:
step S501, sending synthesis selection information of the video color ring to the calling terminal;
step S502, when receiving the synthesis confirmation information of the calling terminal, determining whether the calling terminal and the called terminal support the synthesis of the video color ring;
step S503, if the calling terminal and the called terminal both support video color ring synthesis, sending a color ring material configuration interface to the calling terminal and the called terminal, and starting a material configuration timer.
In this embodiment, a calling terminal sends a call request to a called terminal through a network side (e.g., a core network), and based on the call request of the network side, a video color ring server sends synthesis selection information (confirmation selection window) of a video color ring to the calling terminal, if a user corresponding to the calling terminal needs to synthesize the video color ring, the user of the calling terminal can submit synthesis confirmation information through a display interface of the synthesis selection information, and the calling terminal sends the synthesis confirmation information to the video color ring server.
When receiving the synthesis confirmation information of the calling terminal, the video color ring server determines whether the calling terminal and the called terminal support video color ring synthesis, specifically, the video color ring server can obtain a calling identifier (terminal model) of the calling terminal and a called identifier (terminal model) of the called terminal, and if the calling identifier and the called identifier are both matched with a terminal identifier, prestored in the video color ring server, supporting video color ring synthesis, it is determined that both the calling terminal and the called terminal support video color ring synthesis. And if the calling terminal and the called terminal both support video color ring synthesis, sending a color ring material configuration interface to the calling terminal and the called terminal, and starting a material configuration timer.
In the embodiment, the color ring materials of the color ring material configuration interface are provided by the video color ring server, so that potential risks such as copyright and the like caused by the user providing the color ring materials can be avoided.
In the method for synthesizing a video color ring, the synthesis selection information of the video color ring is sent to the calling terminal; then when receiving the synthesis confirmation information of the calling terminal, determining whether the calling terminal and the called terminal support the synthesis of the video color ring; and then if the calling terminal and the called terminal both support video color ring synthesis, sending a color ring material configuration interface to the calling terminal and the called terminal, starting a material configuration timer, and synthesizing the video color ring according to the intention of the user of the calling terminal when the calling terminal and the called terminal both support video color ring synthesis, thereby further improving the user experience of the video color ring.
The present invention also provides a video polyphonic ringtone synthesis device, which is applied to user equipment, and referring to fig. 6, the video polyphonic ringtone synthesis device includes:
a starting module 10, configured to start a material configuration timer;
a color ring back tone segment synthesizing module 20, configured to, if the material configuration timer is overtime, receive first color ring back tone material information sent by the calling terminal and second color ring back tone material information sent by the called terminal, and synthesize a video color ring back tone segment based on the first color ring back tone material information and the second color ring back tone material information;
and the video color ring back tone synthesizing module 30 is configured to determine a target video color ring back tone based on the video color ring back tone segment synthesized before the timeout time if the material configuration timer is overtime, and send the target video color ring back tone to the calling terminal and the called terminal.
Further, the video color ring back tone segments comprise a first video segment and a second video segment, the first color ring back tone material information comprises a first audio material number and a first video material number, and the second color ring back tone material information comprises a second audio material number and a second video material number; the color ring back tone segment synthesizing module 20 is further configured to:
acquiring a first audio material corresponding to the first audio material number, a first video material corresponding to the first video material number, a second audio material corresponding to the second audio material number and a second video material corresponding to the second video material number;
a first video segment is determined based on the first audio material and the first video material, and a second video segment is determined based on the second audio material and the second video material.
Further, the video color ring back tone segments comprise third video segments, the first color ring back tone material information comprises third video material numbers, and the second color ring back tone material information comprises third audio material numbers, or the first color ring back tone material information comprises third audio material numbers, and the second color ring back tone material information comprises third video material numbers; the color ring back tone fragment synthesizing module 20 is further configured to:
acquiring a third audio material corresponding to the third audio material number and a third video material corresponding to the third video material number;
determining a third video segment based on the third audio material and the third video material.

determining a first style difference corresponding to a video polyphonic ringtone fragment synthesized before each overtime moment based on the fourth video material and the fourth audio material;
determining a preset number of target color ring segments in the synthesized video color ring segments before the overtime moment based on the first style difference;
and synthesizing the target polyphonic ringtone segment into the target video polyphonic ringtone based on the synthesis time of the target polyphonic ringtone segment.
Further, the color ring back tone fragment synthesizing module 20 is further configured to:
performing duplication elimination operation on the fourth video material to obtain a fifth video material;
if the material quantity of the fifth video material is smaller than the preset quantity, determining a first color ring back tone segment corresponding to each fifth video material in the video color ring back tone segments synthesized before the overtime moment;
based on the first style difference, taking the color ring back tone segment with the minimum style difference in each first color ring back tone segment as a first color ring back tone segment to be synthesized;
obtaining a color ring back tone segment to be screened except the first color ring back tone segment to be synthesized in a video color ring back tone segment synthesized before the overtime moment;
and determining a target number of second polyphonic ringtone segments to be synthesized in the polyphonic ringtone segments to be screened based on the first style difference, wherein the target number is a preset number-material number.
Further, the color ring back tone segment synthesizing module 20 is further configured to:
if the material quantity of the fifth video material is larger than the preset quantity, sequencing the video color ring segments synthesized before the overtime moment based on the sequence of the first style difference degree from small to large to obtain a color ring segment sequencing result;
and taking the second polyphonic ringtone segments with the preset number in the polyphonic ringtone segment sequencing result which are sequenced at the front as the target polyphonic ringtone segments.
Further, the starting module 10 is further configured to:
sending the synthesis selection information of the video color ring to the calling terminal;
when receiving a synthesis confirmation message of a calling terminal, determining whether the calling terminal and the called terminal support video color ring synthesis;
and if the calling terminal and the called terminal both support video color ring synthesis, sending a color ring material configuration interface to the calling terminal and the called terminal, and starting a material configuration timer.

1. A video color ring synthesizing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
starting a material configuration timer;
if the first coloring ring back tone material information sent by the calling terminal and the second coloring ring back tone material information sent by the called terminal are received before the material configuration timer is overtime, synthesizing a video coloring ring back tone segment based on the first coloring ring back tone material information and the second coloring ring back tone material information;
and if the material configuration timer is overtime, determining a target video color ring based on the video color ring fragment synthesized before the overtime moment, and sending the target video color ring to the calling terminal and/or the called terminal.
2. The video polyphonic ringtone synthesis method according to claim 1, wherein the video polyphonic ringtone segments include a first video segment and a second video segment, the first polyphonic ringtone material information includes a first audio material number and a first video material number, and the second polyphonic ringtone material information includes a second audio material number and a second video material number; the step of synthesizing the video color ring segments based on the first color ring material information and the second color ring material information comprises the following steps:
acquiring a first audio material corresponding to the first audio material number, a first video material corresponding to the first video material number, a second audio material corresponding to the second audio material number and a second video material corresponding to the second video material number;
a first video segment is determined based on the first audio material and the first video material, and a second video segment is determined based on the second audio material and the second video material.

The video color ring back tone synthesizing method according to claim 1, wherein the video color ring back tone segment includes a third video segment, the first color ring back tone material information includes a third video material number, the second color ring back tone material information includes a third audio material number, or the first color ring back tone material information includes a third audio material number, the second color ring back tone material information includes a third video material number; the step of synthesizing the video color ring segments based on the first color ring material information and the second color ring material information comprises the following steps:
acquiring a third audio material corresponding to the third audio material number and a third video material corresponding to the third video material number;
determining a third video segment based on the third audio material and the third video material.

The video color ring back tone synthesizing method according to claim 3, wherein the third video material includes a plurality of sub-video materials, the third audio material includes a plurality of sub-audio materials, and the step of determining a third video segment based on the third audio material and the third video material includes:
respectively synthesizing each sub-video material with each sub-audio material to obtain a third video segment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and respectively synthesizing the sub-video materials with the same serial numbers and the sub-audio materials to obtain the third video clip.
5. The method for synthesizing video polyphonic ringtone according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target video polyphonic ringtone based on the video polyphonic ringtone segment synthesized before the timeout period comprises:
if the number of the polyphonic ringtone segments of the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout moment is larger than the preset number, acquiring a fourth video material and a fourth audio material corresponding to the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the timeout moment;
determining a first style difference corresponding to a video polyphonic ringtone fragment synthesized before each overtime moment based on the fourth video material and the fourth audio material;
determining a preset number of target color ring segments in the synthesized video color ring segments before the overtime moment based on the first style difference;
and synthesizing the target color ring back tone segment into the target video color ring back tone based on the synthesis time of the target color ring back tone segment.

The video polyphonic ringtone synthesis method of claim 5, wherein the target polyphonic ringtone fragments comprise a first polyphonic ringtone fragment to be synthesized and a second polyphonic ringtone fragment to be synthesized, and the step of determining the preset number of the target polyphonic ringtone fragments in the video polyphonic ringtone fragments synthesized before the timeout time based on the first style difference comprises the steps of:
performing duplication elimination operation on the fourth video material to obtain a fifth video material;
if the material quantity of the fifth video materials is less than the preset quantity, determining a first polyphonic ringtone segment corresponding to each fifth video material in the video polyphonic ringtone segments synthesized before the overtime;
based on the first style difference, taking the polyphonic ringtone segment with the smallest style difference in each first polyphonic ringtone segment as a first polyphonic ringtone segment to be synthesized;
obtaining a color ring back tone segment to be screened except the first color ring back tone segment to be synthesized in a video color ring back tone segment synthesized before the overtime moment;
and determining a target number of second color ring segments to be synthesized in the color ring segments to be screened based on the first style difference, wherein the target number is a preset number-material number.
7. The video color ring back tone synthesizing method according to claim 6, wherein after the step of performing a deduplication operation on the fourth video material to obtain a fifth video material, the method further comprises:
if the material quantity of the fifth video material is larger than the preset quantity, sequencing the video color ring segments synthesized before the overtime moment based on the sequence of the first style difference degree from small to large to obtain a color ring segment sequencing result;

and if the calling terminal and the called terminal both support video color ring synthesis, sending a color ring material configuration interface to the calling terminal and the called terminal, and starting a material configuration timer.

A video color ring back tone synthesizing device is characterized in that the video color ring back tone synthesizing device comprises: a memory, a processor and a video ring back tone synthesizing program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the video ring back tone synthesizing program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the video ring back tone synthesizing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a video ring back tone synthesizing program is stored thereon, and when executed by a processor, the video ring back tone synthesizing program implements the steps of the video ring back tone synthesizing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
