and under the condition that the traffic light information indicates that the traffic light is green light and the road information indicates that the vehicle runs in the wrong direction in a non-motor lane, confirming that the illegal driving behavior of the take-out person occurs at the intersection.

the information receiving unit is used for receiving induction information reported by an induction base station preset at an intersection when a carrier preset with a positioning chip reaches the intersection; the positioning chip is bound with the identity of a takeaway in advance; the sensing information comprises a driving path of the vehicle and the occurrence time of the driving path; the driving path is generated based on each piece of position information sent to the induction base station by the positioning chip;
the video acquisition unit is used for accessing the monitoring equipment of the intersection and acquiring the video information acquired by the monitoring equipment within the occurrence time;
the video identification unit is used for carrying out image identification on the video information to obtain traffic light information of the intersection and road information of the path where the driving path is located;
the information analysis unit is used for confirming that the illegal driving behavior of the take-out person occurs at the intersection under the condition that the traffic light information indicates a red light and the road information indicates a motorway;
the information generating unit is used for acquiring the identity information of the take-out personnel from a database and generating violation information of the take-out personnel based on the identity information, the video information and the induction information;
and the information sending unit is used for sending the violation information of the takeout personnel to a takeout platform so as to enable the takeout platform to carry out criticizing education on the takeout personnel.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the information analysis unit is further configured to:
and under the condition that the traffic light information indication is a red light and the road information indication is a pedestrian road, confirming that the illegal driving behavior of the take-out person occurs at the intersection.
