The asynchronous accounting data processing method of the disclosed embodiment will be described in detail below with fig. 2 to 5 based on the scenario described in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of an asynchronous accounting data processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the asynchronous accounting data processing of this embodiment includes operations S210 to S250.
In operation S210, in response to an accounting service request for a cash transaction with respect to a target account from a client, information of the cash transaction, status information of the target account, and operation status information of a cash storage device are acquired, wherein the information of the cash transaction includes transaction identification information, cash ticket information in a cash packet, and transaction amount information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the transaction identification information can be used for identifying the corresponding relation between the cash business and the user account information in the cash transaction process so as to ensure the accuracy in the posting process. In the cash asynchronous accounting data processing process, the transaction identification information can be used as a unique index in the whole cash business process, and the process state information of the cash business before and after the accounting can be inquired through the identification, and the like.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the asynchronous cash check-in business scene, the user reserves the transaction amount in advance and then delivers the cash package to the financial institution, and after the user leaves, the cash package is uniformly checked and checked out. Therefore, the cash ticket information and the transaction amount information in the cash packet come from the data table of cash batch counting.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the status information of the target account may be used to characterize whether the target account is currently in a tradable status. The operational status information of the cash storage device may be used to characterize whether the cash storage device is in an enabled or disabled state.
In operation S220, in case that it is determined that the state information of the target account and the operation state information of the cash storage device satisfy the first preset condition, target balance information of the target account is generated according to the transaction amount information and the initial balance information of the target account.
Examples according to the disclosureFor example, the first preset condition may include that the target account is currently in a tradable state and the cash storage device is in an enabled state. For example: the transaction amount information may be M, and the initial balance information of the target account may be M 0 The generated target balance information of the target account may be M 0 +m。
In operation S230, target balance information of the cash storage device is generated according to the transaction amount information and the initial balance information of the cash storage device.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: the transaction amount information may be m and the initial balance information of the cash storage device may be N n The generated target balance information of the cash storage device may be N 0 +m。
In operation S240, target storage ticket information of the cash storage device is generated based on the cash ticket information and the initial storage ticket information of the cash storage device.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, since cash belongs to a physical substance, in the case that the transaction amount in the cash packet is m, the cash ticket information may include various conditions, and the financial institution needs to record specific cash ticket information when depositing or removing the cash storage device. For example: the transaction amount information may be 2000 dollars, the cash ticket information may be 20 sheets of 100 dollars cash, the number of 100 dollars cash in the initial storage ticket information of the cash storage device may be k, and the generated target storage ticket information of the cash storage device may be k +20.
In operation S250, in case that the accounting processing service abnormality feedback information of the cash transaction is received within the preset time period, a correction operation is performed according to the accounting processing service abnormality feedback information, so as to restore the target balance information of the target account, the target balance information of the cash storage device, and the target storage ticket information to the initial balance information of the target account and the initial balance information of the cash storage device and the initial storage ticket information before the accounting processing service of the cash transaction is performed.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, at least a change in the balance information of the target account and a change in the balance information of the cash storage device and stored ticket information are involved in the accounting processing service for the cash transaction. During the process of processing accounting data of cash transaction, any step may feed back abnormal information, such as: in a cash deposit business scenario, the target account may be normally deposited, but the cash storage device may not be deposited. At this time, the information state of the target account and the cash storage device can be restored to the state before the entry by performing a correction operation, so that the cash entry can be checked again, thereby ensuring the consistency of the accounting data.
According to the asynchronous account processing method, device, equipment, medium and program product provided by the disclosure, by acquiring information of a cash transaction, state information of a target account and operation state information of a cash storage device, under the condition that the state information of the target account and the operation state information of the cash storage device meet a first preset condition, target balance information of the target account, the target balance information of the cash storage device and the target storage ticket information of the cash storage device are generated according to transaction amount information, initial balance information of the target account, initial balance information of the cash storage device and cash ticket information respectively, and under the condition that abnormal account processing service feedback information of the cash transaction is received within a preset time period, the information is restored to a state before executing account processing service of the cash transaction according to abnormal account processing service feedback information. After the related information of the target account and the cash storage device is changed, if the abnormal feedback information is received, the related information of the target account and the cash storage device can be restored to the state before posting, and the problem that the asynchronous cash accounting data are inconsistent under the condition of abnormal accounting processing can be effectively avoided.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that it is determined that the state information of the target account and the operation state information of the cash storage device meet the first preset condition, generating the target balance information of the target account according to the transaction amount information and the initial balance information of the target account includes:
receiving status information of the target account and operating status information of the cash storage device;
and under the condition that the state information of the target account is in a normal state and the running state information of the cash storage device is in an enabling state, generating target balance information of the target account according to the sum of the transaction amount information and the initial balance information of the target account.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the state information of the target account sent by the client and the running state information of the cash storage device sent by the cash storage device through the Internet of things are received.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: the transaction amount information may be n, the initial balance information of the target account may be M, and in a case where the state information of the target account is a normal state and the operation state information of the cash storage device is an enabled state, the generated target balance information of the target account may be M + n.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in an actual service scenario, the status information of the target account may further include whether the reserved transaction amount of the cash transaction is consistent with the transaction amount information obtained after the counting is completed, and if not, the status of the target account may be determined to be normal after confirmation by the user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, before asynchronous accounting data processing is performed, the states of the target account and the cash storage device are determined, so that smooth performance of asynchronous accounting service can be ensured, and data processing efficiency can be improved.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method of performing a correction operation according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 3, this embodiment includes operations S310-S330.
In operation S310, information to be corrected is determined according to the accounting handling service anomaly feedback information, wherein the information to be corrected includes at least one of the following: balance information of the target account, balance information of the cash storage device and storage ticket information of the cash storage device;
determining transaction amount information and cash ticket information according to the transaction identification information in operation S320;
in operation S330, the information to be corrected is changed according to the transaction amount information and/or the cash ticket information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the information to be corrected can be determined according to the accounting processing service exception feedback information, for example: the abnormality feedback information is abnormality of the cash storage device, and the information to be corrected can be determined to be balance information of the cash storage device and/or storage ticket information of the cash storage device.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the cash transaction corresponding to the abnormal feedback information can be determined according to the transaction identification information, and further the transaction amount information and the cash ticket information of the cash transaction are determined.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, since the condition of the abnormal feedback information is complicated, the information to be corrected that needs to be changed needs to be determined according to specific conditions, for example: the abnormal feedback information is that the stored ticket information of the cash storage device is abnormal, and generally, when asynchronous financial data processing of cash transaction is carried out, the balance of a target account is changed first, then the balance of the cash storage device is changed, and finally the stored ticket information of the cash storage device is changed. Therefore, when the stored ticket information of the cash storage device is abnormal, the balance of the target account and the balance of the cash storage device are changed, and if the stored ticket information is not changed by the cash storage device, the correction operation can be executed by restoring the balance of the target account and the balance of the cash storage device to the initial amount before posting, namely, changing the information to be changed according to the transaction amount information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: after the cash storage device stores the stored ticket information, the abnormal feedback information is due to manual operation errors, such as: the amount is wrongly input, the initiated abnormal feedback information is sent, and the executed correction operation can be to restore the balance of the target account, the balance of the cash storage device and the ticket information to the initial amount before the account is posted, namely, the information to be corrected is changed according to the transaction amount information and the cash ticket information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the information to be corrected is determined according to the abnormal feedback information of the specific account processing service, the information to be corrected which needs to be changed can be accurately positioned, and the related information is restored to the state before the accounting processing service, so as to ensure the consistency of asynchronous accounting data processing of cash transactions.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the changing of the information to be corrected according to the transaction amount information and/or the cash ticket face information comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the information to be corrected is balance information of the target account, generating initial balance information of the target account according to the difference between the current balance information of the target account and transaction amount information;
under the condition that the information to be corrected is balance information of the cash storage device, generating initial balance information of the cash storage device according to the difference between the current balance information and transaction amount information of the cash storage device;
and under the condition that the information to be corrected is the stored ticket information of the cash storage device, generating initial stored ticket information of the cash storage device according to the current stored ticket information and the cash ticket information of the cash storage device.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: the current balance information of the target account may be M 0 The transaction amount information may be n, and the initial balance information of the target account may be M 0 -n。
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: the current balance information of the cash storage device may be N 0 The transaction amount information may be N and the initial balance information of the cash storage device may be N 0 -n。
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: the currently stored ticket information of the cash storage device is 150 pieces of 100-yuan cash, the ticket information of the cash transaction is 10 pieces of 100-yuan cash, and the initially stored ticket information of the cash storage device can be determined to be 140 pieces of 100-yuan cash.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the information to be corrected corresponding to abnormal service information is determined through transaction identification information, and the related information of the target account and the cash storage device is changed correspondingly according to the information such as the transaction amount and the cash ticket of the cash transaction corresponding to the transaction identification information, so that the consistency of the accounting data can be still maintained under the condition of abnormal service in the asynchronous accounting data processing scene of the cash transaction.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of an asynchronous accounting data processing method in case of receiving accounting processing service exception feedback information for a cash transaction.

In operation S410, in case of receiving accounting service abnormality feedback information for a cash transaction within a preset time period, information of the number of executions of the correcting operation and information of the execution result of the correcting operation are recorded.
In operation S420, in the case that the execution result information and the execution number information satisfy the second preset condition, sending manual correction request information to the client.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the abnormal feedback information may be the abnormal feedback information automatically triggered by the system, when the abnormal feedback information is received, an automatic correction operation needs to be performed, and the number of times of performing the correction operation and the result of performing the correction operation may be recorded. For example: after the first correction operation is executed, if the feedback execution result indicates that the correction fails, the next correction operation can be continued, and the information of the times of executing the correction operation is recorded.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second preset condition may be that the execution result information is execution failure and the execution times exceed a preset threshold. For example: the preset threshold may be 10 times, and when the number of times of repeatedly performing the correction operation exceeds 10 times and all correction operations fail, the manual correction request message may be sent to the client, and the manual correction processing is performed manually.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the case that the execution result information and the execution number information satisfy the second preset condition, sending manual correction request information to the client, including:
receiving the execution result information of the t correction operation;
if the execution result information is failure, executing the (t + 1) th correction operation and changing the execution frequency information of the correction operation;
and sending manual correction request information to the client under the condition that the execution time information is greater than a preset threshold value.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: receiving the execution result information of the 7 th correction operation, and if the execution result information is failed, executing the 8 th correction operation and changing the execution time information of the correction operation from 7 to 8. When the number of times of executing the correction operation exceeds a preset threshold, for example: it may be 10 times, and if the result of the 10 th correction operation is still failure, the manual correction request message may be sent to the client. Exception feedback information, transaction identification information, and the like may be included in the manual correction request information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the system automatically corrects the frequent failures and exceeds the maximum correction times, the manual correction processing can be timely switched to, so that the efficiency of processing the accounting data is improved while the accuracy of processing the asynchronous accounting data is ensured.
