Abstract

Background
The primary data refers to the relevant management data collected during the primary remediation process. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)
1. A management method of basic level data is applied to a preset ledger designer, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a standing book management task issued by a superior department, and creating a corresponding standing book template according to the standing book management task;
determining at least one management object for executing the ledger management tasks and distributing the ledger templates to the at least one management object;
acquiring a designated field with data association logic in the standing book template, and matching the designated field with a preset data table in a basic database to determine a target data table associated with the standing book template;
filling a corresponding standing book template according to the target data table through the at least one management object to obtain a filled standing book;
and summarizing the machine account generated corresponding to the at least one management object to the superior department so as to realize the management of the machine account.
2. The method for managing base layer data according to claim 1, wherein distributing the ledger template to the at least one management object specifically includes:
and generating a standing book template copy of the standing book template, and distributing the standing book template copy to the at least one management object.
3. The method for managing base layer data according to claim 1, wherein the step of filling, by the at least one management object, the ledger template corresponding to the target data table according to the target data table to obtain a filled ledger specifically includes:
determining a filling type corresponding to the ledger template, wherein the filling type comprises a line-by-line filling type and a batch filling type;
aiming at the ledger template with the filling type of line-by-line filling, determining a first field which has data association logic with the specified field in the target data table;
taking a field value corresponding to the first field as a to-be-selected field value corresponding to the specified field, and filling the ledger template by selecting the to-be-selected field value;
generating a matching rule corresponding to the specified field aiming at the ledger template with the batch filling type, and determining a second field which has data association logic with the specified field in the target data table according to the matching rule;
and taking the field value corresponding to the second field as the field value corresponding to the specified field, so as to realize batch filling of the ledger template.
4. The method for managing the base layer data according to claim 1, wherein after the corresponding ledger template is filled according to the target data table, the method further comprises:
determining field types respectively corresponding to a plurality of fields contained in the ledger template, and acquiring format check rules respectively corresponding to the field types;
carrying out format check on the fields meeting the corresponding field types through the format check rule so as to determine whether the fields meet a preset format specified by the format check rule;
if not, giving a specified mark to the field to prompt format error.
5. The method for managing the base layer data according to claim 1, wherein after the ledger generated corresponding to the at least one management object is collected to the upper department, the method further comprises:
when the at least one management object needs to change the standing book to be changed, which is submitted to the superior department, submitting a standing book withdrawing request for withdrawing the standing book to be changed;
and under the condition that the standing book withdrawing request passes the examination and approval, returning the standing book to be changed to the at least one management object, and deleting the standing book to be changed from a superior database corresponding to the superior department.
6. The method for managing the base layer data according to claim 1, wherein after creating the corresponding ledger template according to the ledger management task, the method further comprises:
synchronously creating a data table corresponding to the ledger template based on the basic database;
and filling the corresponding standing book template according to the target data table, and after the filled standing book is obtained, the method further comprises the following steps:
and synchronizing the filled standing book into the data table so as to fill the standing book template associated with the standing book through the data table.
7. The method for managing the basic layer data according to claim 1, wherein the creating of the corresponding ledger template according to the ledger management task specifically includes:
determining an information item required to be configured by the standing book template to be created according to the standing book management task, and generating each field of the standing book template according to the information item;
configuring the attribute information of each field to obtain a configured ledger template; the attribute information includes at least one or more of: filling requirements, field formats, format check rules and metadata association logic.
8. The method for managing the base layer data of claim 7, wherein the filling requirements include periodic submission, single statistics, and daily maintenance.
9. A management apparatus of basic level data, applied to a preset ledger designer, comprising:
at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:
receiving a standing book management task issued by a superior department, and creating a corresponding standing book template according to the standing book management task;
determining at least one management object for executing the ledger management tasks and distributing the ledger templates to the at least one management object;
acquiring a designated field with data association logic in the standing book template, and matching the designated field with a preset data table in a basic database to determine a target data table associated with the standing book template;
filling a corresponding standing book template according to the target data table through the at least one management object to obtain a filled standing book;
and summarizing the machine account generated corresponding to the at least one management object to the superior department so as to realize the management of the machine account.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for use with a pre-defined ledger designer, the computer-executable instructions configured to:
receiving a standing book management task issued by a superior department, and creating a corresponding standing book template according to the standing book management task;
determining at least one management object for executing the ledger management tasks and distributing the ledger templates to the at least one management object;
acquiring a designated field with data association logic in the standing book template, and matching the designated field with a preset data table in a basic database to determine a target data table associated with the standing book template;
filling a corresponding standing book template according to the target data table through the at least one management object to obtain a filled standing book;
and summarizing the machine account generated corresponding to the at least one management object to the superior department so as to realize the management of the machine account.
