In addition, the USB2.0 signal output by the second upstream port 2 is directly and separately transmitted to the second hub 4, so that the second device can realize the transmission of the USB2.0 signal, the USB3.0 signal and the video signal through the second upstream port 2, and the second upstream port 2 of the KVM switch device of the present invention is suitable for use in a notebook computer.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, the first USB switch 6 includes the first USB2.0 signal switch 62 and the first USB3.0 signal switch 63, the first USB2.0 signal switch 62 is electrically connected to the first hub 3, the second hub 4 and the third hub 81, respectively, and the first USB3.0 signal switch 63 is electrically connected to the first hub 3, the second hub 4 and the third hub 81, respectively. The first USB2.0 signal switch 62 is configured to switch a set of USB2.0 signals output from the first hub 3 and the second hub 4, and the first USB3.0 signal switch 63 is configured to switch a set of USB3.0 signals output from the first hub 3 and the second hub 4.
The KVM switch further comprises a first power circuit 91 electrically connected to the power interface 9. The first power circuit 91 is configured to rectify, filter, and convert a first power input from the power interface 9, and then electrically connect the first power to the controller 7, the first signal switch 11, the second signal switch 21, the video switch 82, the first USB2.0 signal switch 62, the second USB3.0 signal switch, the first hub 3, the second hub 4, the third hub 81, the first USB interface 811, the controller 7, the first video interface 823, the second video interface, the audio chip 831, and the inter-copy chip 5, respectively.
While the invention has been described with respect to the above embodiments, it should be noted that modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept, and these are all within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A KVM switch having a data cross-copy function, comprising: the device comprises a first uplink port, a second uplink port, a switching key, a controller electrically connected with the switching key, a first hub electrically connected with the first uplink port, a second hub electrically connected with the second uplink port, a copy chip electrically connected with the first hub and the second hub respectively, a first USB switcher electrically connected with the first hub and the second hub respectively, and an expansion module electrically connected with the first USB switcher;
the first uplink port is used for connecting equipment I, the second uplink port is used for connecting equipment II, the controller is used for detecting a key signal of a switching key and outputting a first switching signal to the first USB switcher according to the key signal, and the first USB switcher conducts the expansion module with the first hub or the second hub according to the first switching signal;
the expansion module is used for connecting a mouse and a keyboard, the expansion module is used for transmitting electric signals input by the mouse and the keyboard to a first USB switcher, the first USB switcher is used for transmitting signals input by the expansion module to a first hub or a second hub, the first hub is used for outputting signals input by the first USB switcher to a first device through a first uplink port, and the second hub is used for outputting signals input by the first USB switcher to a second device through a second uplink port;
when the data of the first device is copied to the second device, the expansion module is electrically connected with the first hub through the first USB switcher, a first electric signal for executing a data copying instruction is input by the mouse or the keyboard, the first electric signal is sequentially transmitted to the first device through the expansion module, the first USB switcher, the first hub and the first uplink port, and the first device sequentially transmits the data to be copied to the second device through the first uplink port, the first hub, the copying chip, the second hub and the second uplink port according to the first electric signal;
or when the data of the second device is copied to the first device, the expansion module is electrically connected with the second hub through the first USB switcher, a second electric signal for executing a data copying instruction is input by the mouse or the keyboard, the second electric signal is sequentially transmitted to the second device through the expansion module, the first USB switcher, the second hub and the second uplink port, and the second device sequentially transmits the data to be copied to the first device through the second uplink port, the second hub, the copying chip, the first hub and the first uplink port according to the second electric signal;
the KVM switch further comprises a power interface, a PD control chip, a first fast charge protocol chip, a first switching tube circuit, a second fast charge protocol chip and a second switching tube circuit, wherein the PD control chip is electrically connected with a CC channel of a first uplink port and is communicated with equipment I, the first fast charge protocol chip is electrically connected with the PD control chip and the first switching tube circuit, and the first switching tube circuit is also electrically connected with the power interface and the first uplink port; the PD control chip is electrically connected with the CC channel of the second uplink port and is communicated with the second equipment, the second fast charging protocol chip is electrically connected with the PD control chip and the second switching tube circuit, and the second switching tube circuit is also electrically connected with the power interface and the second uplink port.

The KVM switch with data cross-copy function of claim 1, wherein the expansion module further comprises a video switch electrically connected to the controller, the first upstream port and the second upstream port, respectively, and the expansion module comprises a first video interface electrically connected to the video switch.
3. The KVM switch with data cross-copy function of claim 2, wherein the expansion module comprises: and a third hub electrically connected to the first USB switch, and a plurality of first USB interfaces electrically connected to the third hub.
4. The KVM switch with data cross-copy function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the expansion module further comprises a second USB switch electrically connected to the controller, the first hub, and the second hub, respectively, and the expansion module further comprises an audio chip electrically connected to the second USB switch and an audio interface electrically connected to the audio chip.
5. The KVM switch with data cross-copy function as recited in claim 4, wherein a video converter is connected between the first video interface and the video switch, and the first video interface is an HDMI interface.
6. The KVM switch with data cross-copy function as recited in claim 5, wherein the expansion module further comprises a DP interface electrically connected to the video converter.
7. The KVM switch with data cross copy function as claimed in claim 6, wherein when the first upstream port is used for connecting a notebook computer, a first signal switch is connected between the video switch and the first upstream port, the first signal switch is further electrically connected with a first hub, the first signal switch is used for dividing a signal output by the first upstream port into a USB3.0 signal and a video signal, the first signal switch is used for transmitting the USB3.0 signal to the first hub, the USB2.0 signal of the first upstream port is transmitted to the first hub, and the first signal switch is used for transmitting the video signal to the video switch.

The KVM switch with data cross copy function as claimed in claim 7, wherein when the second upstream port is used for connecting a notebook computer, a second signal switch is connected between the video switch and the second upstream port, the second signal switch is further electrically connected to a second hub, the second signal switch is used for dividing signals output by the second upstream port into USB3.0 signals and video signals, the second signal switch is used for transmitting USB3.0 signals to the second hub, USB2.0 signals of the second upstream port are transmitted to the second hub, and the second signal switch is used for transmitting video signals to the video switch.
9. The KVM switch with data cross-copy function as recited in claim 8, wherein the first USB switch comprises a first USB2.0 signal switch and a first USB3.0 signal switch, the first USB2.0 signal switch being electrically connected to the first hub, the second hub, and the third hub, respectively, and the first USB3.0 signal switch being electrically connected to the first hub, the second hub, and the third hub, respectively.

The KVM switch with data copying function according to claim 9, further comprising a power interface and a first power circuit electrically connected to the power interface, wherein the first power circuit is configured to rectify, filter and convert a first power input from the power interface, and then to electrically connect the first power to the controller, the first signal switch, the second signal switch, the video switch, the first USB2.0 signal switch, the second USB3.0 signal switch, the first hub, the second hub, the third hub, the first USB interface, the controller, the first video interface, the second video interface, the audio chip, and the copying chip, respectively.
