Claims (10)

1. A tape wound toasting apparatus comprising:
the device comprises a rack (1) with an accommodating space inside;
the baking mechanism (2) is arranged on the rack (1) along the length direction, and the baking mechanism (2) blows airflow into the accommodating space; and
the conveying mechanism (3) comprises a plurality of conveying assemblies (31) and a driving assembly (32) which are arranged in the accommodating space, the plurality of conveying assemblies (31) are divided into an upper group and a lower group, the plurality of conveying assemblies (31) of the upper group are sequentially arranged in the upper area of the accommodating space at intervals along the length direction, the plurality of conveying assemblies (31) of the lower group are sequentially arranged in the lower area of the accommodating space at intervals along the length direction, the plurality of conveying assemblies (31) of the upper group and the plurality of conveying assemblies (31) of the lower group are sequentially arranged in a staggered mode along the length direction, and strip-shaped products are sequentially arranged on the plurality of conveying assemblies (31) in a winding mode along the S direction; the driving assembly (32) is arranged at one end of the transmission assembly (31) and drives the transmission assemblies (31) to rotate.

The strip-wound baking apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising at least one detection mechanism (4), wherein the detection mechanism (4) comprises a lifting assembly (41) and a detection assembly (42), the lifting assembly (41) is disposed at one side of one of the transmission assemblies (31), a height difference exists between the lifting assembly (41) and the transmission assembly (31), one end of the detection assembly (42) is connected to the lifting assembly (41), the strip-shaped product is wound around the lifting assembly (41), and the detection assembly (42) monitors a position change of the lifting assembly (41) in a height direction, so as to monitor whether the strip-shaped product is broken.

The strip-wound toasting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the detection mechanism (4) further comprises a counterweight assembly (43), the strip-shaped product acting on the lifting assembly (41) such that the lifting assembly (41) has an upward movement tendency, the counterweight assembly (43) acting on the lifting assembly (41) such that the lifting assembly (41) has a downward movement tendency, and the upward movement tendency and the downward movement tendency of the lifting assembly (41) cancel each other out.

The strip-wound toasting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the detecting member (42) comprises a rotating shaft (421) and a detecting member (422), two ends of the rotating shaft (421) are respectively connected to the lifting member (41) and the counterweight member (43), the detecting member (422) is disposed on a circumferential side of the rotating shaft (421), the rotating shaft (421) is driven to rotate when the lifting member (41) and the counterweight member (43) synchronously swing, and the detecting member (422) detects a rotation angle of the rotating shaft (421).

The strip-wound toasting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said lifting assembly (41) comprises a lifting connection member (411) and a lifting member (412), one end of said lifting connection member (411) being connected to one end of the rotation shaft (421) close to said transporting assembly (31), said lifting member (412) being rotatably connected to the other end of said lifting connection member (411), the strip-shaped product being wound around said lifting member (421).

The taping toasting apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the weight assembly (43) comprises a weight connection (431) and a weight (431), wherein one end of the weight connection (431) is connected to the end of the rotation shaft (421) remote from the transmission assembly (31), and the weight (431) is connected to the other end of the weight connection (431).

The strip-wound toasting apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the weight connecting member (431) has a plurality of adjustment holes (4311) opened at an end thereof remote from the rotation shaft (421), and wherein the weight member (431) is detachably connected to the adjustment holes (4311).

The strip-wound baking apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the number of the detecting mechanisms (4) is plural, and the plural detecting mechanisms (4) are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the frame (1) for performing a sectional monitoring of the broken strip of the strip-shaped product.

The strip-wound baking equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein one end of the frame (1) is opened with a feeding port (11), the other end of the frame (1) is opened with a discharging port (12), and the feeding port (11) and the discharging port (12) are both located in the lower half area of the frame (1).
10. The reel baking apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a first dripping mechanism (5) provided in the frame (1), wherein the first dripping mechanism (5) drips the strip-shaped product from the inlet (11).
