Description

Method for preventing pump from being held back in starting process of drilling pump in petroleum drilling engineering
Technical Field

Background
In the petroleum drilling engineering, in order to prevent the drilling pump from being started under the closing state of a high-pressure valve, thereby causing the accident of extremely suffocating the pump (commonly called suffocating the pump), necessary pump pressure protection measures are carried out, and the method is an effective safety protection means. However, in order to perform production safely and orderly, the premise of performing accurate and timely pumping pressure protection is to accurately and timely judge whether a pump is held back. The monitoring and judging method is accurate, efficient and timely, and the timely, efficient and safe pumping pressure protection system is directly concerned.
There are many methods for monitoring whether the drilling pump is blocked, and the most safe and efficient method is the most safe and efficient method, so that the accurate and timely judgment can be accurately and timely achieved by the simplest process method with the lowest cost, which is about the safety of the lives and properties of the group and the individuals, and therefore continuous exploration is necessary to achieve the purpose that the safety protection is time-consuming and the potential safety hazard is eliminated.
The invention patent (patent number 201811049380.2) proposed by the applicant in the past provides a method for preventing the misoperation of a drilling pump in the petroleum drilling engineering, wherein a pressure sensor is respectively arranged on the drilling pump and a vertical pipe, and whether the misoperation of the drilling pump occurs is judged by comparing the difference value of the pressure of the vertical pipe and the pressure of the drilling pump. However, in practical applications, the fluid pressure can reach a certain value due to the fluid accumulation in the pipe to a certain extent, and the process takes time. Therefore, whether the condition of the pump is blocked is judged by comparing the change of the pressure of the vertical pipe and the pressure of the drilling pump, the required reaction time is longer, and the accident prevention at the first time is not facilitated.
Therefore, the applicant conducts research and exploration attempts of various technical ideas, and only one purpose is to timely and accurately realize the safety protection of the pumping pressure and practically protect the life and property safety of people.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail below by means of specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the method for preventing pump holding in the starting process of the drilling pump in the oil drilling engineering of the invention comprises the following steps: a pump speed sensor for acquiring the running speed R of the drilling pump is arranged on the drilling pump, and a rotating speed signal is transmitted to a controller; a flow velocity sensor for collecting the flow velocity S of the slurry in the high-pressure pipeline is arranged on a pipeline at the downstream of the high-pressure valve, and a flow velocity signal is transmitted to a controller;
setting the flow rate of mud in a high-pressure pipeline as s when the drilling pump is normally started and the running speed of the drilling pump is r; when the drilling pump is started, the controller acquires the running speed of the drilling pump and the flow rate of slurry in a high-pressure pipeline in real time; calculating the running speed R of the drilling pump and the flow rate S of the slurry in the high-pressure pipeline in real time, comparing the running speed R of the drilling pump with the flow rate S of the slurry in the high-pressure pipeline in a normal starting state, and judging whether the drilling pump is in a pump holding state:
(1) If R is larger than or equal to R and S is larger than or equal to S, the high-pressure valve of the drilling pump is judged to be in an open state, the pump cannot be blocked, and the drilling pump can be started;
(2) If R is larger than or equal to R and S is smaller than S, the high-pressure valve of the drilling pump is judged to be in a closed state, the pump is blocked, and the drilling pump cannot be started.
From the logic relation, when the borehole pump is started, four elements R, r and S, s are used to judge whether the borehole pump has a pump holding condition, and besides the two logic combinations, the following two logic combinations are also provided, namely:
(3) If R is less than R, S is less than S or S =0, the drilling pump is judged to be in an idle state, and no danger exists under the condition;
(4) If R < R, but S ≧ S, it can basically be judged that the sensor is damaged or that the borehole pump is defective. Because in real life and production practice, the condition that the borehole pump fails to operate normally to output large energy (the conveyed fluid does not obtain kinetic energy and flows in the pipeline) does not exist. Therefore, it can be judged that the sensor is damaged or that a problem occurs in the borehole pump itself.
Because the invention focuses on researching the method for preventing and avoiding the dead lock of the pump when the borehole pump is started, only the first two conditions are researched for four logic combination judgment of R, r and S, s.

when the drilling pump is started, acquiring the running speed of the drilling pump and the mud pressure in a vertical pressure pipeline in real time;
