现有专利号为CN207405801U的中国实用新型专利，公开了一种高性能玻璃纤维板，包括玻镁纸层、保温层、玻璃纤维层、基板、隔音层、隔热层和金属丝，所述玻镁纸层底端设置有保温层，所述保温层底端设置有玻璃纤维层。上述专利中仅仅是通过增加一层隔音层来提高玻璃纤维板的隔音效果，隔音层的吸音效果较差，使得玻璃纤维板整体的隔音效果不佳，不能满足现在人们使用的要求。

其中，基板10包括基板本体11，基板本体11上表面与下表面均粘接有有隔音层12，隔音层12远离基板本体11的一侧均匀设有支撑尖端13。支撑尖端13与隔音层12呈一体式结构，隔音层12采用吸音棉制成，在将玻璃纤维层20和缓冲层50粘接在基板10的上表面与下表面时，位于基板10上表面的隔音层12表面的支撑尖端13与玻璃纤维层20接触，且支撑尖端13与玻璃纤维层20下表面之间均匀形成有中空腔14，位于基板10下表面的隔音层12表面的支撑尖端13与缓冲层50接触，且支撑尖端13与缓冲层50上表面之间均匀形成有中空腔14，这样能够增加隔音层12的吸音表面积，提高了玻璃纤维板的隔音效果。
进一步地，支撑尖端13可以是沿着隔音层12横向设置的三棱柱结构，可以是沿着隔音层12横向设置的弧形板结构，可以是在隔音层12表面均匀设置的半球形结构，也可以是在隔音层12表面均匀设置的三棱锥结构。
实施例2
请参阅图1，本实施例提供一种技术方案：一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，包括自上而下依次设置的玻镁纸层40、保温层30、玻璃纤维层20、基板10、缓冲层50和隔热层60，基板本体11内部均匀开设有矩形腔15，矩形腔15内部均匀插接有橡胶管16，为了降低玻璃纤维隔热板整体的重量，在基板本体11内部开设矩形腔15，为了防止基板本体11在矩形腔15处受压出现裂痕，通过橡胶管16对矩形腔15进行支撑，避免基板本体11受压时出现裂痕。
其中，橡胶管16之间的缝隙中填充有阻水纱17，通过在橡胶管16之间填充阻水纱17，起到了阻水的作用。
其中，为了提高玻璃纤维层20的强度，在玻璃纤维层20内部镶嵌有金属丝。
其中，保温层30采用珍珠岩保温板制成，提高了玻璃纤维隔热板整体的保温性能。
其中，为了增加玻镁纸层40的美观，以及便于安装，玻镁纸层40包括涂料层、玻镁纸本体和粘合层，涂料层均匀涂覆在玻镁纸本体上表面，粘合层均匀涂覆在玻镁纸本体下表面，玻镁纸本体通过粘合层粘接在保温层30上表面。
其中，缓冲层50采用EVA海绵制成，在玻璃纤维隔热层受到挤压时，通过EVA海绵制成的缓冲层50能够吸收玻璃纤维隔热层受压时的力，避免玻璃纤维隔热层受压变形。
其中，为了使隔热层60的隔热效果更好，隔热层60采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板制成，且隔热层60表面涂覆有一层耐高温涂料。
工作原理：在使用时，将玻璃纤维层20粘接在基板10上表面，将保温层30粘接在玻璃纤维层20上表面，将玻镁纸层40粘接在保温层30上表面，将缓冲层50粘结在基板10下表面，将隔热层60粘接在缓冲层50下表面，从而组合成该玻璃纤维隔热板，通过在隔音层12表面设置支撑尖端13，在将玻璃纤维层20和缓冲层50粘接在基板10的上表面与下表面时，位于基板10上表面的隔音层12表面的支撑尖端13与玻璃纤维层20接触，且支撑尖端13与玻璃纤维层20下表面之间均匀形成有中空腔14，位于基板10下表面的隔音层12表面的支撑尖端13与缓冲层50接触，且支撑尖端13与缓冲层50上表面之间均匀形成有中空腔14，这样能够增加隔音层12的吸音表面积，提高了玻璃纤维板的隔音效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，包括自上而下依次设置的玻镁纸层(40)、保温层(30)、玻璃纤维层(20)、基板(10)、缓冲层(50)和隔热层(60)，其特征在于：所述基板(10)包括基板本体(11)，所述基板本体(11)两侧均设有隔音层(12)，所述隔音层(12)远离所述基板本体(11)的一侧均匀设有支撑尖端(13)，所述支撑尖端(13)之间形成有中空腔(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述基板本体(11)内部均匀开设有矩形腔(15)，所述矩形腔(15)内部均匀插接有橡胶管(16)。
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述橡胶管(16)之间的缝隙中填充有阻水纱(17)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述玻璃纤维层(20)内部镶嵌有金属丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述隔音层(12)采用吸音棉制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述保温层(30)采用珍珠岩保温板制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述玻镁纸层(40)包括涂料层、玻镁纸本体和粘合层，所述涂料层均匀涂覆在所述玻镁纸本体上表面，所述粘合层均匀涂覆在所述玻镁纸本体下表面，所述玻镁纸本体通过所述粘合层粘接在所述保温层(30)上表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述缓冲层(50)采用EVA海绵制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板，其特征在于：所述隔热层(60)采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板制成，且所述隔热层(60)表面涂覆有一层耐高温涂料。
