本发明属于新型防水建材领域，具体涉及一种新型保温防水环保建材。
背景技术
建材的保温性能可其收集多余热量，适时平稳释放，梯度变化小，有效降低损耗量，室温可趋、冬季保温均可起到平衡作用，在新楼装饰和旧楼改造中，克服墙面裂缝、结露、发霉、起皮等先天不足弊病，而且安全可靠与基底整体粘结，随意性好，无空腔，避免负风压撕裂和脱落，能有效克服板材拼接后边肋、阳角外翘变形面砖脱落等问题。同时建材的防水性能可防止雨水、地下水、工业和民用的给排水、腐蚀性液体以及空气中的湿气、蒸气等侵入建筑物的材料。但现有市售的防水建材在保温性、防水性等综合性能上总存在性能的短板，综合使用品质不高，导致产品的竞争力或应用范围不佳，需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题，提供了一种新型保温防水环保建材。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种新型保温防水环保建材，包括PVC板材，以PVC板材为基板，在基板的正上方向上依次逐层设有橡胶层、灰砂层、抗压层、防腐层和漆层，所述的抗压层由不锈钢板和复合防水层组成，所述的防腐层为薄铝板材，所述的漆层为丙烯酸涂层。
进一步的，所述的橡胶层为丁基橡胶。
进一步的，所述的灰砂层是由灰砂砖的原料压制而成。
进一步的，所述的不锈钢板为均匀对称的弯折结构，其上还均匀的开设有圆形物料通孔。
进一步的，所述的复合防水层是由玻璃纤维和聚氨酯防水材料共同混合而成，所述的玻璃纤维和聚氨酯防水材料对应的重量比为1:4~5。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型保温防水环保建材，包括PVC板材，其特征在于，以PVC板材为基板，在基板的正上方向上依次逐层设有橡胶层、灰砂层、抗压层、防腐层和漆层，所述的抗压层由不锈钢板和复合防水层组成，所述的防腐层为薄铝板材，所述的漆层为丙烯酸涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温防水环保建材，其特征在于，所述的橡胶层为丁基橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温防水环保建材，其特征在于，所述的灰砂层是由灰砂砖的原料压制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温防水环保建材，其特征在于，所述的不锈钢板为均匀对称的弯折结构，其上还均匀的开设有圆形物料通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温防水环保建材，其特征在于，所述的复合防水层是由玻璃纤维和聚氨酯防水材料共同混合而成，所述的玻璃纤维和聚氨酯防水材料对应的重量比为1:4~5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温防水环保建材，其特征在于，所述的PVC板材的厚度为4~5mm；所述的橡胶层的厚度为2~3mm；所述的灰砂层的厚度为12~15mm；所述的抗压层的厚度为6~8mm；所述的防腐层的厚度为1~2mm；所述的漆层的厚度为0.05~0.1mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温防水环保建材，其特征在于，所述的不锈钢板经过了渗碳处理，所述渗碳处理时的加工温度为920~930℃，控制渗碳处理后不锈钢板表层的渗碳层深度为200~250μm。
