本发明公开了一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,包括芯纸板、面纸板与防护膜以及生产步骤:所述芯纸板的材料配比为70~80wt%阔叶木热磨化学机械浆,20~30wt%损纸浆;与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:芯纸板通过阔叶木热磨化学机械浆与损纸浆制成,其在干燥以及湿气侵入时会相互粘连,使得其强度与韧性胶较高,同时通过漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆与漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆制备的面纸板表面光滑白洁,从而方便在其表面印刷制造广告以及品牌图画,同时通过胶乳、防油淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、分散剂、抗水剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、烧碱以及杀菌剂制成的防护膜原料,具有较高的放油防水性能且不会在高温下散发,从而更加满足食品包装使用的需求。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,属于食品级白卡纸制备技术领域。
背景技术
白卡纸是一种较厚实坚挺纯优质木浆制成的白色卡纸,经压光或压纹处理,主要用于包装装潢用的印刷承印物,分为A、B、C三级,定量在210-400g/㎡。主要用于印制名片、请柬、证书、商标、及包装等。
而现有的部分用于食品包装的食品级白卡纸,其内部的防油涂层经常会有添加氟碳化合物,使原纸具备较高的防油、防油脂性能,而氟碳化合物具有一定的危害性,且已被欧盟已经列入安全禁止含有成分的目录中的物料成分,而为了解决以上问题有必要提出一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中,部分用于食品包装的食品级白卡纸,其内部的防油涂层经常会有添加氟碳化合物,使原纸具备较高的防油、防油脂性能,而氟碳化合物具有一定的危害性问题,提供一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,包括芯纸板、面纸板与防护膜以及生产步骤:
所述芯纸板的材料配比为70~80wt%阔叶木热磨化学机械浆,20~30wt%损纸浆;
所述面纸板的材料配比为12~14wt%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,86~88wt%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆;
所述防护膜的材料配比为胶乳74%、防油淀粉24%、羧甲基纤维素0.5%、分散剂0.2%、抗水剂0.3%、润滑剂0.1%、消泡剂0.35%、烧碱0.15%以及杀菌剂0.4%;
所述生产步骤包括以下步骤:面浆制备、原料混合、纸板加工成型、纸板贴合以及防护膜涂刷。
作为优选,所述面浆制备包括对木材原料依次进行分切、破碎研磨以及面浆制成,分切可以将原木分切为适合加工大小的多段小型原木,然后可以通过对小段原木进行破碎研磨,从而使得原木被破碎研磨为木粉,之后可以将木粉投入面浆池中,使得木粉中的纤维被泡发并散开,之后并在面浆池中盘磨磨浆机磨浆,可以得到芯纸板与面纸板的原浆。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,其特征在于:所述纸板贴合是将芯纸板与面纸板相向的一面贴合胶水,并使得芯纸板以及面纸板相互粘连后输送至压制机中,并通过压制机对其进行压制,从而使得其紧密贴合,之后再对边缘处的胶水以及边角进行边切,使得纸张保持平整。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,其特征在于:所述防护膜涂刷是通过涂刷设备对防护膜的涂料原浆进行储存,之后并通过涂刷设备将防护膜的涂料原浆平整的涂抹在芯纸板远离面纸板一侧的侧壁上,然后再通过平整设备对涂料原浆进行平整以及修补作业,之后邓起冷却成型后,即可得到食品级白卡纸。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,其特征在于:所述破碎研磨是首先对原木进行破碎,并且在破碎后对其进行筛分,使得破碎不完全的原木再次输送至破碎设备中进行再次的破碎,而研磨通过将小块的原木输送至研磨机中首先对其进行挤压破碎,然后可以通过研磨机将其研磨至相对较大的木粉,从而使得泡发的纤维具有一定的长度,且使得成型的纸张具有一定的强韧性。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种食品级白卡纸新型生产配方,其特征在于:所述修补作业是通过检测设备对是否有错漏处进行检测,在检测到错漏处后可以通过修补装置对其进行定点注射修补。
